- "We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. Yet, they have a laundry room in the building which was ok. The unit had a washer and that was great for us. The view of the city was great and if you go to the terrace you could see and amazing views of Quito. The infinity pool at the terrace is heated nice and cozy after a long day of work or walking, it was a plus. The only reason I rate the property as 4 starts, because no dryer and they only provide me with on roll of toilet paper and 2 bath towels and two hand towels. The staff is very professional and well organized. You have open communication with reception via chat all the time if need anything they are very helpful. Location Location Lotion The building is across Carolina Park and I enjoyed a morning walked. República del Salvador offers great places to eat and if you have business meeting the coffee shops nearby are great. Is a beautiful room with full size bed, satelital tv, closet, little hairdresser, mirror in a nice apartment with all services: internet, , hot water, laundry place, access to kitchen, living room, garden. Close to all turistic and educational centers. All kind of transportation is close and available during day and night. Nice an cozy environment.

It is a bright apartment. Unlimited wifi and coffee . Hot showers on a bath tub are great! 24 hours pick up service from the airport. The room has double bed (the mattress is new and very comfortable). In this department there are only two rooms, mine and host . I am a person related to art, theater and psychology. If you like that side of life, you will feel comfortable in this house and will enjoy its essence. I speak spanish, english, some portuguese, some french and little pharsi.

The kitchen has oven , blender , refrigerator , water heater , sandwich maker and microwave . There is a heater in the room and another in the dining and living area ( it is not often used because the climate of Quito is mild most of the time ) . The garbage is thrown in an impound located 100 meters from the house . Garbage collectors pass daily . The minimum stay is 3 nights .

Our home is located near Plaza Foch, a very touristic zone, and 10 minutes away from La Floresta and Guapulo. We are surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and cute parks. It’s an ideal location because we are not too far from the Historic neighborhood, el Panecillo, and other locations you might visit. It’s an ideal place for travelers.
