There is a private entrance into the apartment. Once you enter, there are 2 rooms each side - one is the Airbnb room and the one opposite is a workspace/storage. You then enter an open space, living room and kitchen area. First left is the bathroom with a shower and washing machine and next to that is my bedroom. There is a balcony where people can smoke if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, egg boiler, water boiler, coffee machine, mixer, pots and pans and more. Coffee, tea, oil, spices, sugar and such, is provided for free.
The bigger bedroom has a king size bed (180 cm), made up with 2 duvets and 2 pillows. There is also an empty wardrobe with extra pillows in the bedroom.
The smaller bedroom has a small double bed (150 cm) which can fit 2 people.
The bathroom is between the bedrooms. It has a shower. You get to use shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toilet paper, cotton pads, q-tips and plenty of clean towels for free. There is also a hairdryer for you to use.
The laundry room is spacious with a washing machine, a dryer, a drying rack and a sink. You get to use washing powder for free. There is also door where you can enter the backyard.
The living room is big with a comfy sofa and a TV. There is also a dining table. In the living room is a door to enter the backyard.
The backyard is spacious, closed off, south-facing garden where you can enjoy the sun all day and watch the northern lights at night.
There is a private entrance to the apartment and private parking in front of the apartment.
Children welcome. Travel baby crib and a high chair can be provided for free if needed.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment, but you can smoke outside.
The apartment was recently renovated so everything is brand new.

I will be away on holidays during the time when my home is rented out but my daughter-in-law, Linda, will take care of my page, be in contact with you and help you with information.

Other things to note
Selfoss is a great place to explore the northern lights as it is so close to isolated areas. They can even be seen inside the town and are regularly seen in the backyard.

The apartment is in the middle of Selfoss, close to the swimming pool, gym, shops, restaurants and the Old Dairy Selfoss. Here you can relax and enjoy some rest during your vacation. It’s a great stopover on your way to or from Keflavik airport if you’re sightseeing the south coast of Iceland.
The Golden circle is 50 minute drive away, Seljarlandsfoss is a 45 minute drive away, the Black beach (Reynisfjara) is 1 hour and 40 minute drive away.
