We were 30min or less from all the major sightseeing destinations including waterfalls, craters, and several lagoons/thermal baths. We had no issues with construction noise or anything like that, although once you get through the main gate, it was a little hard to find the house as they haven’t labeled everything yet. In 2014 we built two big luxury summerhouses, 50 m2 each. They have 2 bedrooms, one with a double queen size bed and the other with two separate beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room that fits 2 people so the summerhouses can fit 4 - 6 guests. The big terrace is very beautiful and has garden furniture and a private geothermal hot tub.

We welcome you to our comfortable apartment in Selfoss. We have always put a lot of effort into hygiene and we focus on that now following Covid19.
The apartment is well located, Is a perfect place to stay, only 30 minutes from Reykjavík and a perfect location when you go to the Golden circle and the South. In our new town center you will find grocery stores, restaurants and a very good public swimming pool. The apartment is in a quiet area not far from the city center. This 20 square meter GUESTHOUSE is just SO COZY and is 5 minute DRIVE from SELFOSS. The COZY GUESTHOSE has everything YOU NEED and is great for TWO PEOPLE. It has a QUEEN SIZE BED, 32" TV with NETFLIX, FREE WiFi, small BATHROOM, seating area, DINING ROOM and a small KITCHEN. The guesthouse is located on a BEAUTIFUL LAND with DOGS and HORSES. The HOSTS live in the MAIN HOUSE which is 20 meters away, thus there is EASY ACCESS to hosts who are VERY FRIENDLY. The guesthouse has FREE PARKING.

The space
The guesthouse is 20 square meters in size.

The sleeping area has a 200x160cm bed. Two pillows and two duvets. There is a comfortable lighting above the bedroom which is great for reading. Also, a 32" TV on the wall thus it is easy to watch TV before going to bed. The TV is quipped with Netflix.

The kitchen is small and has tools to prep most meals. There is a refrigerator, stove, no oven, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle and all the utensils to cook meals. The dining area has a table and two chairs which is just perfrect for two people. Beside the dining table is window where sometimes you can see the horses in the area just few meters outside of the window.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, faucet, hair dryer and a mirror cabinet. The bathroom is small and fits one person just fine.

The living room has a nice seating area where it is comfortable to sit. Two single chairs and one 3-seate sofa. There is a table in middle and this furniture does not make the guesthouse too crowdy but is a very nice looking interior.

The guesthouse is located on a private land. The land has a main house, workshop, a stable and of course the guesthouse. The hosts live in the main house and that is just 30 meters away. Thus if you need any kind of help, the hosts are not far away.

The room is in a rustic three-story farmhouse. Bedroom #2 is on the top floor, up a flight of stairs. All rooms except bedrooms are shared.

Cozy cabin located in my backyard, wich is a quiet and safe space for everyone to stay during a trip around southern Iceland. Good place to have stay over after day on the Golden Circle or on the way to Black beach. The accomodation is located on the Golden Circle and only 1 hour + 30 min. from Black Beach and the airport in Keflavík.
I put a lot of effort to cleanliness and comfort for my gests. The guesthouse comes with all bedding, towels, hand and body soap. Nice restaurants nearby.
