A car is recommended when staying in the Highlands (especially in the Dornoch area). Taxis operate 24 hours of the day. There are bus stops in Dornoch that can take you North and South of Dornoch.

No smoking. No parties or events. Check-in time is 6 PM – 10 PM. Check out time is 10 am. Although housekeeping staff will clean the property after you leave, we respectfully ask all guests to clean and put away any plates, cups, glasses, etc they have used during their stay. All bed linen, towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person), electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included in the price. A starter pack of supplies: includes toilet rolls, complimentary sachets of coffee, sugar, teabags.

We've been coming to Dornoch for short family breaks for many years but this was our first visit to The Meadows. The house is very clean with everything you could ever need and renovated to a very high standard. Communication was excellent from booking to confirmation to exit. Really super property. The property is in a peaceful location and has a private back garden. The house was very clean and was also easy to keep clean. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The living room had ample comfortable seating and an extra large T.V. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We would highly recommend this property and are looking forward to a return visit."
