You’ll love it because of the queen size comfy bed and the convenient/safe location. We cater for anyone who feels our place is suitable for them.

We are close to the beach and within walking distance to many convenient local amenities ..... supermarkets, pharmacy, take away places, restaurants (Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Fish & Chips to name a few) bars, petrol stations, shops and post office. There is a deck area for you to sit at and enjoy as well as a small sitting area within the kitchen. There is storage space for your luggage and hanging facility for your clothing. I can provide washing of your clothes if required at an additional cost. For guests who stay longer than 10 nights, I will arrange for the unit to be cleaned and the linen to be changed half way through the stay. We provide towels for your use and if you would like anything else, please let me know before your stay I will do my best to try and arrange this for you.

The cottage is separate to the main house with a private entrance and own secure undercover parking for two cars. There is a spacious bedroom, en suite, with a double sleeper couch in the living area, aswell as a single bed. The unit is ideally suited to accommodate a small family, couples or singles travelling for work or leisure. It is NOT suitable for 4 adults.
The living space is cooled by a ceiling fan, incorporates a spacious TV lounge, equipped with DSTV and has WiFi access. A sleeper couch is situated in the living area and acts as the second sleeping space ideally suited for 2 small children.
The kitchenette has a full size fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & crockery.
The bedroom has a queen bed with an en suite shower and toilet and washing machine. There is a ceiling fan and ample cupboard space along with adaptors and cell phone charging points.

The property is accessed via a LockBox which is situated on the road-facing driveway pillar. The cottage is accessed up a pan handle driveway into a private carport alongside the front door. One literally falls out of the car into the cottage.

There is secured off-street parking inside the yard. A separate pedestrian gate for guests and visitors is also useful if you want to take a walk to the beach or a run to Umhlanga Rocks Lighthouse.

The area is safe and buzzing with fitness enthusiasts, holiday makers and local beach lovers. The Glenashley Beach is 900m (a 15 minute stroll, by foot) away. Umhlanga Lighthouse and Prominade is a 5,5 km run there and if you can get this far, then taking a run through the Hawaan Forest (starts another 1,5 kms on) and onto the beach is a must.

Bring your bikes, boards, rods, snorkels and loads of Sun Protection of all kinds. There is so much to do and see all the way up the coast (Umdloti... Ballito...
