Our B and B boasts a very generous common space inside the house. The library, the kitchen, the dining room and the living room are all nearly exclusively used by B and B guests. In fact, other than the kitchen, our family rarely even uses any of these rooms. We encourage guests to kick back and watch a movie on our living room TV. Or grab a board game from us and play it on our dining room table. Or perhaps we can arrange to build you a fire so you can relax in front of a warm fireplace.

Originally built in 1860, our “full of history” newly renovated 6000 square foot Bed & Breakfast offers the charm of days gone by with much of the original woodwork, restored hardwood floors, and beautifully crafted fireplaces intact while enjoying the modern comforts and conveniences.
The main floor welcomes our guests to a common living room with a large screen TV and plenty of sitting room to meet with other guests, a half bathroom, a coffee bar, a breakfast area (breakfast is served daily from 8am until 10 am), and a mini bar for our guests to enjoy, board/card games, a highchair, and a full-service laundry room for our guests to facilitate during your stay.

This guest room is on the main floor & includes an on-suite bathroom.

On the second floor we have 5 fully furnished guest bedrooms with additional sitting areas in each room, fresh linens, ceiling fans, smart tv’s, and 2 full shared bathrooms. All towels and linens are provided in addition to access to extra pillows and blankets if needed. All toiletries are provided in each bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and extra items such as toothbrushes, shaving cream etc. just in case you forget to pack something. We have air mattresses and a pak n play available so that guests’ children can stay in the same room with their parents if needed.

Breakfast is served daily for short term guests from 8am-10am.

Our well-lit garden patio changes throughout the year with bursting color of its surrounding flower beds and is equipped with a BBG grill, wood fire pit, and seating. We welcome our guests to sit on our large front porch to relax as well.

We are within walking distance to downtown Mount Vernon where you will find numerous specialty shops, restaurants, and bars. In the Summer months our guests enjoy the farmers market in the square each Saturday morning from 9am until Noon and the Artisan Market each Sunday afternoon.
We are a short drive to Kenyon College, The Nazarene College, and Central Ohio Technical College.
Other local attractions such as The B & O Bike Trail, The Dog Fountain, Ariel Foundation Park & Tower, The Home of Daniel Decatur Emmett, The Woodward Opera House, Mount Vernon Memorial Theater, and a history rich community provides much to do while you visit.

We also host holistic weekend wellness retreats and individual or group sessions with our onsite well-known professionals offering a variety of healing and holistic services such as sound baths, guided mediation, grief counseling, therapeutic massage, Reiki, and medium readings. These services are booked separately through each therapist prior to your arrival. Retreats are hosted quarterly.
On-street parking is available and transportation services are occasionally offered to/from the airport etc.

The space
The property is in the middle of town. There are 2 comfortable chairs on the porch where guests can enjoy the evenings / mornings. The kitchen has all major appliances, coffee maker, microwave, blender, and a dining set to accommodate up to 6 people.

The next room guests will enter is the game nook. Inside the cupboard are a few board games and puzzles. Off this room is the main living room with a couch and recliner. There is a TV with a DVD player.

The stairs are accessible from the living room that will take guests the bedroom. There are signs at the foot of the stairs warning guests to watch their heads, as the walkway is rather short.

Upstairs, there is both a futon and a queen size bed. The bedroom is separated into 2 sleeping areas, each with their own sleeping arrangements, space heater, and closets.

Attached to the bedroom is the bathroom. It is fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, and hair dryer just in case guests forget to bring their own.

We are a traditional Bed and Breakfast in a peaceful, rural setting. The large property is set on a hilltop and is perfect for a relaxing get away. We are close to town but surrounded by nature. There are walking/hiking trails nearby as well as canoeing or cycling. And it's an easy drive to Amish country.

Each guest room has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. You'll love the private bath, mini fridge and keypad lock and breakfast is included each morning during your stay.

Haven Hill is a very large home which contains around 10,000 sq. feet of living space. The house has multiple bedrooms and ten and half bathrooms which are spread out over four floors. Each bedroom has it's own private bath.

It is a private home that is being transformed into a traditional Inn with private guest rooms. Each room is set up similar to what you would find in a hotel with a bed or beds, television, mini fridge, desk or vanity and private bath. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is included!

You will enter and exit through the main living area and may see the home owners or other family members around.

Your room will be located on the second floor. There is a Keurig coffee maker, cups etc. in the hallway just outside your room.

There is a second coffee bar on the first floor in the dining room.
You will find your continental breakfast here in the morning. A typical continental breakfast is a muffin/pastry or bagel with cream cheese, yogurt and fruit.

There is a mini fridge with water bottles available in your room. We do not use microwaves for health reasons.

Welcome to our backyard paradise! We'd like to invite you to relax in our Country Loft, overlooking an inground pool, koi pond, firepit and pavilion. Our home, surrounded by organic crops, sits on 115 acres, evoking a sense of peace and tranquility. You are welcome to enjoy a fire in the pit, or swim in the heated pool which is open until September 30th. We our conveniently located 3 miles between Gambier and Kenyon College and Mount Vernon and the Nazarene University.

The space
This is a private stand alone unit with a private entrance and driveway located in our backyard above a workshop. It is a spacious 968 square foot, one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, 65 inch TV, and top of the line, Olhausen pool table and matching tabletop shuffleboard for your entertainment. It is game themed with lots of natural light, rustic in decor, but loaded with amenities. The kitchen cupboards are made from recycled barn siding with corrugated tin inserts that came from the roof of a friend's barn. The kitchen countertops are made from zinc, that over time develops a beautiful patina, and the bar countertop is a walnut live edge slab. The cozy bedroom features a queen size bed with 100% cotton sheets, small TV and an antique dresser to store your belongings. The roomy bathroom features a corner shower and is stocked with R & R Essentials toiletries. The living room, with a comfortable La-Z-Boy sofa and matching chair and recliner, will make you feel right at home. We are truly out in the country but close to town. We live on a less traveled road where you can take a walk and enjoy all the sounds that nature has to offer, or sit by the koi pond and watch the fish as you listen to the rush of the water cascading over the rocks into the pond.
We will greet you upon arrival, and be here for your assistance, but not in your way. Whether you are here on business, visiting family, or just wanting a romantic get away, this is the place for you. Wont you come and see for yourself!

The Chapman Room has a modern farmhouse design with a weathered wood sliding bathroom door and exposed brick chimney. The large bathroom has a double vanity and spacious enclosed shower. Our large screen TV and work-space are just some of the additional amenities that make this space unique.

The guest house sits back In the woods with the hosts house. In the summer, the vegetation provides a secluded feeling. The house is on a concrete slab, so the floor stays cold all year round due to the cold winters and shaded summers.

The driveway and interior of the guest house are yours to explore. The woods are allowed to be explored, but use caution as there are no property lines visible for the neighboring property. The pool and other buildings are not for guests.
Please see the last photo for parking areas. Green area by house can accommodate two vehicles and the green area away can park a 3rd and 4th or a trailer (please have your own trailer wheel blocks). Please do not park in front of the main garage or on the driveway (indicated in red).

A peaceful getaway that has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully decorated. This private guesthouse is situated on 10 acres less than 5 minutes from downtown Bellville and just 5 miles off I-71. Unwind on the comfortable couch or one of the two outdoor spaces that have great country views. On the main level where you enter you will find a desk, half bath and washer/dryer. Upstairs is the main living space with a dining table, living room, kitchen, full bath, and spacious queen bedroom.

The space
There is a long concrete drive leading to the main and guesthouse. The guest house is above the separate two car garage on the right when you pull up the drive. Guests will enter the man door on the left side of the garage. There is designated gravel parking for two vehicles just beyond the guest house on the right. Upon entry please remove shoes. You will find a desk, half bath and washer/dry on the spacious ground level. Upstairs is the main living space. At the top of the steps you will find a a cozy living room and dining table to the right. On the left is another door leading to the deck overlooking the beautiful country property. The deck can also be accessed from steps outside. Moving through the living space you’ll find a small but functional kitchen on one side. There is a full sized refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are basic cooking essentials. On the other side of the hall is the full bath. At the end of the hall is a very spacious master bedroom with a queen sized bed and large closet.

Please note the wood burning stove is not operational. It’s for aesthetic purposes only. There is an electric fireplace built into the tv stand to help keep it cozy.

You’ll have access to the full guesthouse, the attached deck and outdoor seating space below the deck. Guests do not have access to the garage.

The open floorplan features a queen sized bed, full bath, full kitchen, an extendable table for eating, working or games, and a sleeping loft that comfortably accommodates up to two extra guests. Windows in every direction let in plenty of natural light and views of the property.

The space
We created this cottage with simplicity, comfort, and privacy in mind. We've stocked the kitchen with basic cooking tools and utensils so you can create your own meals. There is a stockpile of games and puzzles in the armoire, perfect for spending a quiet weekend away from the buzz of everyday life. If there's anything you need that you don't see in the cottage, just ask.

Natural light pours in from every direction. Views feature our pond, woods, and garden. We can supply a fishing pole on request, or bring your own! The pond is home to bluegill, bass, catfish, and probably a few other critters we haven't met yet. Blue heron and a large number of bird species visit regularly, and if you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of one of our elusive Great Horned Owls.

Traffic is pretty sparse on our road and about half of the vehicles are Amish buggies. If you're looking for a quiet weekend getaway, this is it.

Paul and El’s room overlooks the back alleys of Bellville (which Paul would’ve loved!) and is named for Karen’s parents. Down the hall you will find a shared full bath, and a large second bedroom with a king bed. All bedrooms have a TV with Roku and all of your favorite apps. We have also provided complimentary Netflix for your enjoyment. Board games and kids toys are available in the upstairs hallway closet, as well as additional pillows and linens.

This 2 bedroom home close to everything says vacation with sofa sleeper and matching loveseat and comfy recliner, the open concept allows meals, games, crafts, even work at the large table. The galley kitchen ready to prepare any meal. Enjoy the black walnut island. Fire place remote, tv mount adjustable makes for easy living. The space
This is a 900 square foot 2 bedroom house located behind the pavilion which is shared space with the Mohican tutor house on the front half of the property. Each house has its own hot tub and outside table. The pavilion is a great shared space that our vacationers really enjoy.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire guest house no steps or stairs at all and hot tub and table area behind the white fence we also have a curtain for added privacy outside. The empty lot is also shared space for outside games and fire pit areas and cars to park. Wi-Fi netflicks and prime

This is a residential area, with that being said absolutely no parties.we ask that you be respectful of all of our neighbors, during the week quiet time is 10pm weekends 11pm. You are still able to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub just please keep voice down. Thanks

A car collector's paradise reimagined into a beautiful guest house situated on 20 acres of manicured landscape, pond, and woods. Lodging includes a deck with built-in grill overlooking the trees and wildlife where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or a private BBQ. Toast marshmallows at the fire pit or play a game of Pickleball, too.
Located less than 15 minutes from area attractions including Mid-Ohio Racetrack, Mansfield's historic downtown, Shawshank prison, and restaurants and nightlife.

The space
Guests can access the property by a private entrance which also serves as a paved walking trail. The 2000 square feet of guest house living space includes a well equipped kitchen and large family room with wood floors and wood vaulted ceiling where guests can prepare their own meals . In the adjoining common area guests can enjoy a game of pool. The spacious interior incorporates five retractable wooden garage doors and the original vinyl floor with brand new bedrooms and master bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen smart TV and hi-speed internet. Guests can enjoy the wood burning fire pit by the pond in the evenings or just sit on the deck and relax.

Guest access
Guests have access to the grounds, walking path, pond, fire pit, Pickleball, and woods. The biking trail is nearby.
There is ample parking for multiple vehicles including trucks, RVs, trailers and haulers, locked garages for motorcycles, essential tools and air compressor, and outdoor water spigots. .

Come stay in our brand new loft adjacent to Kenyon College (just behind Ralston House). You’ll have 700 square feet of space with a private entrance. Accommodations include a king sized bed, twin bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, sitting area, and dining table. Perfect weekend spot for parents and a sibling or two of a Kenyon student. Guests should be comfortable with a flight of interior stairs. No other residents share the building with our guests.

The space
This is a detached garage that sits behind the main house where we live. The structure is brand new, constructed of Douglas’s fir timbers with tongue and groove pine flooring and walls.

If you're looking for a quiet, country side place to stay in Gambier that is close to Kenyon College and the Mount Vernon Nazarene College, this is the place to stay. Air Gambier is located just 2 miles from either college and 1.5 miles from the Brown Environmental Center. The guest house is separated from the main house with the garage; however, you will have your own private entrance, privacy throughout your stay and coffee, tee and snacks will be included.

The kitchen is a full kitchen minus a stove and oven; however, we have a convection oven for your use. In addition to the two beds in the bedrooms there is a futon in the upper loft for additional sleep space.

HideAway B & B House sleeps 12-16 guests in 6 private suites with private bathrooms & two half baths in the hallway. Double whirlpool tubs and gas fireplaces in each room. Just 2 Hours from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Detroit-1 hour North of Columbus. So close to Mid-Ohio Sports Car course, Ohio State Reformatory, Wineries & Breweries, Parks & Trails, Restaurants, and Shopping.

The space
Just 3 miles south of Bucyrus, Ohio, and under an hour north of Columbus - the Hideaway B & B House sits on 10 quiet acres back a long wooded lane. You will have access to all grounds and all 6 private suites. There is a 30x90 patio off the back side of the House for your use with wood burning firepit. There is a huge stone fire-pit on the property with 4 sets of sanctioned corn hole pits. Out front is a giant Chess Board. We also have 2 Spa rooms onsite. Each of the 6 private suites have one king bed, dining area, jacuzzi, fireplace and private bathroom with showers. One of the largest suites has a living/dining room, bedroom, & private bathroom. There are 4 Loft suites & 1 ADA suite. Each suite is decorated differently which is what makes them so unique. You can choose who is staying in which room or let your guests pick. You can also book single rooms if you do not want a whole house rental. Please just message me and let me know, and we will get you booked for what you want!

Guest access
You have full access to the entire House and grounds. There is no full kitchen available, however, there is a grill on one of the patios for your use. The only rule we have here is NO SMOKING INSIDE anywhere! You can smoke anything you want as long as it is OUTSIDE!

Breakfast will not be included for you and your guests. I can provide breakfast for you each morning of your stay at an additional cost per person. I will need at least a 1 WEEK notice if you wish for me to provide breakfast any morning of your stay.

During your stay
Myself or a staff member will be here during check in times to meet you, 4-8 pm. If you will be arriving later than 8 PM, we will arrange for self check-in. If you prefer self check-in, let me know at the time of booking. I will also be available the day of check out. I do not stay on property, but I live just 8 minutes up the road. You will be able to contact me via text message if you need anything at all. I do like to give my guests their space and hope that you will feel right at home.
