This centrally heated, one bedroom Guest Suite is part of a Georgian property built in the late 1700s. The Suite is located in Newton Reigny which is a peaceful village 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Penrith. 5 minutes to the M6 and A66 allows for easy access to the Lake District World Heritage site (the closest lake Ullswater 15 minutes drive). Free parking on the property's driveway and space also available to store equipment.

The space
Sitting just 5 minutes from Penrith and the M6 this guest suite is in an ideal place for exploring the Lake District, town and surrounding areas. The most direct route to the closest lake Ullswater we find takes no more than 15 minutes (although maps says 17!).

The guest suite is centrally heated by a renewable energy source. Downstairs it has a kitchen with a microwave oven, portable induction hob and a large selection of utensils. Across from the kitchen there is a sitting area where guests are able to relax by the electric opti-myst fireplace. Leading off the kitchen along the hallway there is the bathroom which has a walk in shower and heated towel rail.

Upstairs is where the bedroom is located with a very comfortable king size bed and an electric blanket. The TV has all freeview channels and Netflix which has a large range of films, documentaries and TV series and can be used for free so is a perfect way to relax at the end of a day.

The Hermitage lodge sits within the grounds of Lonsdale Villa in the heart of Penrith (5 min walk into the town centre) The lodge is surrounded by trees and plants with views over Penrith to the mountains beyond. Ideal for exploring the north lakes, Pennines and close to the Scottish boarder. This two bedroom lodge has been extensively refurbished to the highest possible standard
There are two bedrooms one set as a double the other set as a twin

The space
The lodge has large decking that over looks the gardens with views to penrith. The master bedroom has its own decking that looks out into a wooded area full of wild life and beautiful shrubbery, a small lawn laid for the exclusive use of the guests of the lodge. Guests have use of a unique private area under a beech tree, housing a two person hot tub, all secluded. The remainder of the gardens are for the sole use of guests to the main house.

Guest access
Access to the lodge is via a shared driveway, and parking is to the side of the lodge. The lodge has exclusive use of lawn / wood area to the rear of the lodge (outward facing from the master bedroom) the decking and area around the hot tub. The main house has exclusive use of the main gardens.
