- "Booked in for one night and had phoned the week before to request a twin room and add the spa on to our booking. Initially given a double but Grace on reception changed it immediately and gave us complimentary spa access as the systems were down. Used the bar to eat and the kitchen were very accommodating to our dietary requirements. Comfortable, uniquely decorated rooms with some lovely features- I particularly liked the milk machines on each floor and the lovely little touches in each room. Robes and slippers provided and usb charging points next to the beds."
