Villa Paraiso - Naturism Optional Adults Only has only 5 rooms and offers an intimate getaway in Porches, 1.6 mi from the nearest beach in Armação de Pera. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi with sun loungers where guests may practice naturism. All rooms feature exclusive colonial-style décor enhanced by African Wildlife photos from the owner. Each one has a private bathroom with a bath or shower, fridge and a flat-screen satellite TV. A breakfast buffet is served daily and is included in the room rate. It can be served indoors or on the veranda. In addition, the restaurant next door offers good value lunch and dinner options and guests can prepare themselves for free a cup of tea or coffee in the kitchen. Villa Paraiso - Naturism Optional Adults Only can organize a shuttle service to Faro International Airport, located 25 mi away. Marinha Beach, a secluded and great natural beauty beach, is 3.5 mi away. Albufeira city center is 25 minutes’ driving from Villa Paraiso - Naturism Optional Adults Only.

This little house is one of our 5 houses and it has a bedroom with double bed with high quality mattress, an open kitchen in the livingroom and a sofabed in the livingroom. There is access to a private terrace with table. Nice mountain view. There is WiFi internet.
There is a SHARED POOL!
For the wintertime we have a pelletwoodburner. You have to buy sacs with pellets yourself. You cannot use the airconditioning to heat the livingroom! In summer you can use the airconditioning for cooling.

The space
It is a nice, small cozy 1 bedroom house. Livingroom with airco, kitchen with 2 burner hob, fridge, microwave. Large bedroom with double bed with 2 single matrresses (180x200 cm in total), wardrobe, bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Guest access
The guests have access to the garden with loungers and chairs at the communal pool.

Other things to note
We have 3 little dogs and 2 cats. They walk around on the terrain and they bark the first time that they see someone. We keep them away from the guests who do not like animals. There are 4 more holidayhouses!

Quinta Avalon is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches the Algarve has to offer, close to the traditional village of Porches, between Portimão and Albufeira, in a picturesque landscape.
Relax in this special and quiet space.

However, if you have problems with the presence of dogs and cats, we would rather advise you against booking on our quinta, as all our animals are free on our entire property

The space
Please reserve your own part of the villa.

This apartment is located on the backside of the Quinta Avalon.
We rent an apartment with a double bed (140cmx190cm), as well as a separate toilet and a double shower.

In the apartment there is a training device. Use of the device is at your own risk!

On request, fresh sheets and bathroom towels are provided after a stay of one week.

In our swimming pool area you will find our large terrace with a beautiful view of the adjacent valley and an outdoor kitchen where you can prepare your food in the summer months.
However, the electronic devices in the outdoor kitchen can only be used in dry weather.
In the winter time, in case of rain or when the humidity is too high, the use of the outdoor kitchen is unfortunately not possible, even for safety reasons.

However, as a small compensation, you have a coffee machine and a kettle available in your apartment, so that the first coffee or tea in the morning is already secured.
A fridge is also provided.

In the colder and humid winter months, underfloor heating is switched on in the apartment.

Guest access
From our large terrace you have a direct view of the beautiful swimming pool and outdoor kitchen area.
A cooling off in our 80 sqm saltwater swimming pool with outdoor shower or just the relaxation in the Bali sunbeds, surrounded by large palm trees make you forget the stress of everyday life.
Enjoy the incredibly beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine, have a nice evening in the outdoor kitchen area by the swimming pool or just relax in one of the cozy seating areas on the terraces.
Children can also have fun with our family-friendly dogs or cats.
The property has its own private driveway with an electronic gate.

Other things to note
We are happy to offer you a few optional additional services during your stay:
Baby travel cot: €50 usage fee
Beach towel: €6 per towel
Parasol: 8€ + 15€ deposit

After a stay with us of one week, we will provide a free exchange of bathroom towels and bed linen on request.
If you would like to include a towel change during your stay beforehand, we can offer this for a fee of €5 per person.

As you have already read, our check-in time is advertised until 9 pm.
However, if you want to check in later, that's also possible.
Nightly Check-in fee: 20€
(until midnight). After that, €30

If an additional radiator is desired during the winter time during the stay, we will be happy to provide you with one.
The fee for this is 9€ per day.

However, it is possible to prepare a few small meals on the induction plate or something in the microwave for the guests who book this apartment in the summer months, in our outdoor kitchen in the swimming pool area.

In the winter time, in case of rain or when the humidity is too high, the use of the outdoor kitchen is unfortunately not possible, even for safety reasons.
