- "Having stayed on this development a couple of times before in a neighbouring apartment, we knew the area well and how beautiful it is. That being said, Sue and Mikes apartment was absolutely fantastic and better than where we have stayed previously. Their apartment was extremely well equipped, even having washing machine and dishwasher tabs in the cupboard (even though we had packed some just in case). The hosts were there to meet us when we arrived and had even provided a welcome pack that included water, a fresh bread stick, butter, milk, ham, eggs, cheese, crisps, orange juice, red & white wine and a pack of beers. They had even bought a couple of cans of fizz for our kids, such attention to detail. The apartment was spotless and had just had all new aircon units installed in the lounge and two bedrooms. A couple of initial problems were quickly resolved after contacting the staff at the office, who were more than helpful throughout our stay. As regular visitors to the Algarve, would definitely use again and stay for longer next time! We received a credit voucher to use after booking and not being able to travel last year due to COVID and lockdowns etc, but feel the existing cancellation policy could be more flexible to appeal to more holidaymakers."
