They were wonderful to deal with, as was their local manager Sonya. The apartment is modern, super clean, and has a beautiful view of the Ria Formosa from the deck, or through large sliding glass doors. It is adjacent to a great walking/biking trail through through the reserve. It's a short 5 minute walk to the quaint town of Fuseta, where there are some nice restaurants and coffee shops. We had a car, so it was a short drive to the larger centers of Tavira and Olhao. We loved our time there, and would definitely stay there again."

Pleasant air-conditioned apartment, located on the ground floor of a small building facing the sea. The port is 300 m away and you will find the pier that will allow you to take the boat to Fuseta Island and discover the superb beach that awaits you.

A supermarket is also 500 m away.
A car is not essential because you can take the little train or other to Fuseta to discover the surroundings.

- "The property was clean and spacious and there was a safe large back yard for our granddaughter to play in. We were able to sit out in an evening and watch stars, satellites and planes pass over without having to put an extra layer on. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge was large. All communication with Francoise was excellent and she continued to keep in contact throughout our stay. It was an easy walk to the local markets, supermarkets and local bars. The beaches were about 10 minutes walk away (with 3 yr old grandchild) and we went to the lagoon and also took water taxis to the coastal beach. Skies were clear and blue every day. We tended to eat mainly at the apartment but would recommend Bar O Farol, adjacent to the water taxis, for snacks and drinks. There is a shady children's park next to the bar so we could sit and watch our granddaughter play. All in all, an excellent apartment and holiday. We would have no problem in recommending the property and hopefully, will be back one day."

With approximately 117 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for families with children, couples or friends who are looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Connected to the apartment are a community pool and a parking space in the underground garage. Two lifts bring you comfortably to the apartment. It has air conditioning. The air conditioning system not only cools in summer, but can also be used as a heater in the winter months.

The apartment is in a prime location by the sea and the lagoon belonging to the Ria Formosa Natural Park.

Fuseta has 2 beaches. It is only a short walk from the apartment to the beach in the lagoon. This beach is particularly suitable for small children because there are no waves of the sea in the protected lagoon.

The second beach is located on the island of Armona in front of the Fuseta with its kilometers of fine sandy beach, which invites you to a hike. You can get here with ferries that run at short intervals, especially in summer. The crossing takes only about 10 minutes.

Fuseta itself is a small fishing village, but offers everything you need. Bank, post office, pharmacy shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Fuseta also has a covered market where you can buy fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables every day.

Fuseta train station is just 100 meters from the apartment. By train you can also explore the attractive city of Faro, the winding Moorish Olhão or the Roman city of Tavira.

Sports activities such as windsurfing and kitesurfing are also possible in Fuseta. Those who like to play golf will find the nearest golf course a few minutes' drive from Fuseta.
