We were very pleased with the quality of the fixtures, appliances, storage space, access and safety of the apartment and the building. We weren't able to use the pool as it doesn't open until June 1. The walk to the beach is downhill all the way and, therefore, uphill on the return, but the drive is quick. Great grocery store is very close, and all the amenities, shopping, restaurants are within a 10 minute radius - a very convenient spot. The building is in a residential area, therefore the view from the balcony is mostly of other buildings. Great black out blinds and very quiet which made for excellent sleeping. We highly recommend this apartment and the town of Armacao de Pera."

• Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.

If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.

• Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.
