The pool looks out over countryside which makes it feel really open. There are three bedrooms (FYI - access to one bedroom is via another) and all are comfortable. Although the villa doesn't have air con, the surrounding trees keep the villa cool, so the 30+ degree heat was never a problem. The rooms are light and airy, with plenty of room. The garden and grounds are fabulous, and the abundance of outside furniture makes it easy to be outside, in either the sun or the shade. Communication with the owner and on site manager were easy and excellent. The pretty local village is a short walk down the road, and the gorgeous local beaches only a short drive away. We were very sad to leave, and will be back."

It is a unique 2 acres property fully fenced , Surrounded by 60 acres of unspoiled green valley(National Protected Area). The place is very calm with total privacy and surrounded by similar properties. There is a large infinity swimming pool (17ftx33ft), barbecue, 15 000 sq.ft of grass and gardens. Restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops, bank, post office at a distance of 1,5 Km. Important note: The Villa is officially authorized for renting by the Town Hall and Ministry of Tourism of area of Algarve.

- "So - this was a pretty late booking and we were getting a bit panicky!! We being 2 grandparents in our 70's, son and daughter in law (late 30's) and children aged just 3 and 6. We had holidayed in Portuguese villas together several times previously and wanted something comfortable , spacious and tranquil - we were not disappointed. The villa is lovely and I need to say the photos do not convey how stunning is the location - it is exceptionally peaceful and for the entire holiday we were on our own and totally undisturbed with views of the countryside across the huge pool (what a bonus). We decided to "risk" not hiring a car as we would have needed an estate or similar so we used Uber exclusively - trips to the supermarket were 5 Euros return and only slightly more to reach golf courses (Dad and Grandad) and beaches/water parks (the whole family). The gamble was a huge success saving us literally hundreds of Euros over the 2 weeks. As everyone on the reviews has already said the area lacks for nothing in shops, beaches, entertainment and restaurants at significantly lower prices than more vaunted areas in this brilliant part of Portugal. We really had a fabulous 2 weeks and then there is Balthazar who looked after us royally . If you don't believe he can be as amazingly efficient as everyone else has said then think again. We were only sorry we never got to meet him in person - a top guy. We are still buzzing - if you get the chance book it. You will love it. We did."

Casa do Levante is a villa located in the family condominium of Aldeia do Levante.
Conserving the typical features of a traditional Algarve villa, Casa do Levante features an independent kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for the preparation of its meals.
The living and dining room area has a small terrace where guests may enjoy their breakfast in peace and quiet.
On the ground floor, there are three spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people, one of which has a double bed, the second has two single beds and the third family-type bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. All the rooms have direct access to the garden area.
For guests' convenience, the Villa has a bathroom with bath and two bathrooms with shower, one of them ensuite.
On the upper floor there is the laundry area and the terrace with barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals outside overlooking the sea while watching the sunset.
The pool area has a shower and the fact that it is fenced and monitored in the months of July and August makes it ideal for families with children, ensuring you peace of mind and safety.
In the front area of the villa we can find a private parking space for one car, however you may find other public parking spaces next to the villa.
For a greater comfort for guests, the villa provides internet access (wifi) and a safe deposit box.

It is spacious and well equipped. The photos really do not do it justice. As a family of seven, we didn't feel cramped at all with three large bedrooms and bathrooms. Just watch out for the shower heads - if pointed the wrong way you'll get water all over the floor. It is one minute from a shared pool, which was lovely and never busy. 5 minutes walk (down steep stairs) from a picture perfect Algarve beach. 10-15 minutes walk to main restaurants and small shops and a 15-20 minute walk to a main supermarket. We didn't hire a car for this holiday and it wasn't a problem. We'll be back! "
