- "This 4 night break was to celebrate ( belatedly ) my 75th birthday. All my family including children, grandchildren, one great grandchild and husbands and wives, 20 in all, were able to join my wife and me at this wonderful property. All families had their own bedroom with en suite shower and toilet facilities. All rooms had air conditioning and were incredibly clean and well looked after. There are nine really good sized rooms and our family configuration meant that we only used 8 of them. There is a good sized kitchen with everything you could ask for including two large fridge freezers and another in the games room that has a pool table and exercise machine. There are several large eating areas with more than ample seating and large tables. The pool is of a good sized and was also cleaned on one of the days we were there. I could go on but it would just be repeating how wonderful my family found this property. Last but by know means last was our wonderful host Sergio. He will go out of his way to help you in any way possible and arranged for massages on site that were so good we asked her back on another day to complete another 3. Sergio also arranged for us to visit two restaurants within walking distance, and both were great and considering the short notice and size of the party too. Sergio also arranged all our transport needs, which were many. I can't recommend Sergio and his property highly enough. Thank you again Sergio."

A view which is equally impressive at night with all the town lights and stars above across into the sea. The house is located no more that 15 minutes by car of some of the best beaches, golf courses, local markets and shopping centers and the old main town of Loule. The main road N125 and A22 motorway stretching the whole of the Algarve are also both within 10 minutes’ drive of the villa.

The upstairs balcony was one of my favorite spots. Extremely comfortable, modern, south facing villa with lovely views towards the sea. Private, but not isolated location. Private, heated swimming pool with terrace and barbeque area in large garden. Private setting. Air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms. Free wi-fi available. Easy access to some wonderful restaurants and cafes in nearby Santa Barbara de Nexe, Sao Bras de Alportel and in Estoi. Comfortably furnished and well equipped, an ideal base for a family holiday, for golfing getaways and for exploring the region.

- "The villa, gardens and pool are beautifully kept and as described . The owners have added lots of thoughtful touches such as a supply of inflatable pool toys, separate ( good quality ) pool towels and bath towels and additional portable air con/ heating units. There are plenty of options for shade and eating and the outside space is immaculate. The gardeners, pool cleaner and weekly maid all provided a thorough service, which was much appreciated. The weather was exceptionally hot while we were there, so we spent much of our time around the villa as it was just too hot to go far - the aircon was a necessity and much appreciated . The only downside was that we were plagued by mozzies in the evening and July is wasp season - they also plagued our meal times. Citronella candles and plug ins were provided but I’d recommend other guests use a strong repellent and extra plug ins - this is a rural area so it’s unavoidable. There are also fly screens on all the windows and doors but we were still bitten ( not stung). A nice beach within 20 minutes drive is Fuseta - very few British tourists, mostly Portuguese and French . The beach is a blue flag and patrolled - we went early morning to try to beat the heat. We had a wonderful holiday, it was the perfect villa to bring our two year old on her first trip abroad , the pool is very child friendly but also big enough to have a proper swim for the adults.
