The 150m2 house is planned and ideally equipped for families and friends, hosting 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms.
In the front of the house you’ll find the private pool area with a shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, the garage and a parking place.
In the back of the house is the covered patio with sofas to relax, and the garden with lunch/barbecue area.

Summer can be hot so there is air conditioning in the 2 suite bedrooms and in the living room, the basement room is fresh enough. For the short winter season there are stone wall heaters in all divisions.

Technology is important even during your holidays, the house has 5G internet with strong wireless signal reaching all floors and exterior garden/pool areas, 2 large TV’s (40" & 32"), with a Box connected to the local provider, the other for entertainment.

As security is an important element with children, the house has 2 separate environments. The patio and garden area on the living room side, the separate pool area in the front side of the house. This means children only go to the pool if adults allow it, everyone feels safer this way.
The house has a manual gate, you can park your car in the property, in the covered garage or outdoor. There are usually parking places outside and the area is safe.
In the garage you will find all you need for the swimming pool and the beach, sun shade, beach chair, plastic toys for the kids! Use them like we do.

The beach is in walking distance and if you visit early in the morning or late at day, it is really calm! We loved to watch the sunrise at the beach. From the location of the house, you can see so a lot of nice things that the Algarve has to offer. We loved to take the ferry in Vila Real de Santo António. It takes you to a village in Spain called Ayamonte. Tavira is also a nice place to visit. We did a city hike here and enjoyed the sun going down while having dinner along the water. With only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, the villa also has a beautiful enclosed outdoor space so you can spend your day in the sun by the private pool if you want a quiet holiday away from any crowds - or if you just want to have options.

For those who like to cook, the well-stocked kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine so you can pack more lightly and free up suitcase space for the wine and souvenirs you will want to bring back. The comfortable open plan living and dining room is laid out for socialising, and it opens on to a sunny, private wrap around patio/garden that has a handy outdoor shower, lots of outdoor eating space for dining in the sun and a large barbecue grill. This villa is set in an excellent location in front of a small park within in a residential neighbourhood that is a 1 km walk (about 10-15 mins) to the beach and an 8 minute walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the shops of Manta Rota, so a car is not required. The beach of Manta Rota is popular because it is easily accessed on foot -no need to take a ferry or train- and has a convenient boardwalk that stretches up and down the beach, giving you full access to kilometres of blue-flag beaches. The water here is calmer and warmer than West, and perfect for families and those with children.

Golfers will also find lots to do as well. You will find four golf courses within 15 km, including the Monte Rei Golf Course which is only a 10 minute drive away.

If you want to see the region, the city of Tavira is a 15 minute drive west (or you can take a train from the next village over) which has beautiful historical sights with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants, or you can drive east 15 minutes to Vila Real and the Spanish border.

- "Al's house is located in a nice neighborhood, about 1km from the beach and the center of Manta Rota. Although it takes a few minutes, it is perfectly possible to walk everywhere. The outside space of the house is wonderful and has undergone improvements over the years (we had already stayed in this house 3 years ago). The interior of the house could use some improvements and updates, but it was enough for us to spend a very pleasant week on vacation. I highly recommend it!"

The owner and hie team are very responsive to guest requests. " - "Our annual trip to Manta Rota, was as wonderful and relaxing as our previous trips. We chose this villa because of its location, and we were not let down. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and extremely spacious with three floors. The outside area was well furnished and included a great barbecue. It was ideal for a a full on evening meal or a few glasses of your favourite tipple late into the evening. Once we have sorted out some dates for next year we will be contacting the owner for what I hope will be another competitive price."
