The 150m2 house is planned and ideally equipped for families and friends, hosting 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms.
In the front of the house you’ll find the private pool area with a shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, the garage and a parking place.
In the back of the house is the covered patio with sofas to relax, and the garden with lunch/barbecue area.
On the ground floor you’ll find the living room with a large extensible dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.

Summer can be hot so there is air conditioning in the 2 suite bedrooms and in the living room, the basement room is fresh enough. For the short winter season there are stone wall heaters in all divisions.
Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators, a dish washer, micro wave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, boiler.

Technology is important even during your holidays, the house has 5G internet with strong wireless signal reaching all floors and exterior garden/pool areas, 2 large TV’s (40" & 32"), with a Box connected to the local provider, the other for entertainment.

As security is an important element with children, the house has 2 separate environments. The patio and garden area on the living room side, the separate pool area in the front side of the house. This means children only go to the pool if adults allow it, everyone feels safer this way.
The house has a manual gate, you can park your car in the property, in the covered garage or outdoor. There are usually parking places outside and the area is safe.
In the garage you will find all you need for the swimming pool and the beach, sun shade, beach chair, plastic toys for the kids! Use them like we do.

The beach is in walking distance and if you visit early in the morning or late at day, it is really calm! We loved to watch the sunrise at the beach. From the location of the house, you can see so a lot of nice things that the Algarve has to offer. We loved to take the ferry in Vila Real de Santo António. It takes you to a village in Spain called Ayamonte. Tavira is also a nice place to visit. We did a city hike here and enjoyed the sun going down while having dinner along the water. Do not hesitate to book ;) The house, but also the location is definitely worth it. We wish we stayed longer!"

This villa is professionally managed and thoroughly cleaned by a professional company between visits. With only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, the villa also has a beautiful enclosed outdoor space so you can spend your day in the sun by the private pool if you want a quiet holiday away from any crowds - or if you just want to have options.

For those who like to cook, the well-stocked kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine so you can pack more lightly and free up suitcase space for the wine and souvenirs you will want to bring back. The comfortable open plan living and dining room is laid out for socialising, and it opens on to a sunny, private wrap around patio/garden that has a handy outdoor shower, lots of outdoor eating space for dining in the sun and a large barbecue grill. A wicker outdoor lounge set is perfect for eating and relaxing well into the evening, covered from the sun by a pergola.

This villa is set in an excellent location in front of a small park within in a residential neighbourhood that is a 1 km walk (about 10-15 mins) to the beach and an 8 minute walk to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and the shops of Manta Rota, so a car is not required. The beach of Manta Rota is popular because it is easily accessed on foot -no need to take a ferry or train- and has a convenient boardwalk that stretches up and down the beach, giving you full access to kilometres of blue-flag beaches. The water here is calmer and warmer than West, and perfect for families and those with children.

Golfers will also find lots to do as well. You will find four golf courses within 15 km, including the Monte Rei Golf Course which is only a 10 minute drive away.

If you want to see the region, the city of Tavira is a 15 minute drive west (or you can take a train from the next village over) which has beautiful historical sights with lots of shopping, bars and restaurants, or you can drive east 15 minutes to Vila Real and the Spanish border.

- "Al's house is located in a nice neighborhood, about 1km from the beach and the center of Manta Rota. Although it takes a few minutes, it is perfectly possible to walk everywhere. The outside space of the house is wonderful and has undergone improvements over the years (we had already stayed in this house 3 years ago). The interior of the house could use some improvements and updates, but it was enough for us to spend a very pleasant week on vacation. I highly recommend it!"

This is a modern, spacious duplex property, with off road parking. The property was very clean with plenty of outdoor space including an outside kitchen and barbecue. It could have done with a couple of sun loungers though. Good WiFi with which we accessed uk tv via vpn on our laptop and connected to the tv with our hdmi cable. Alternatively there is a smart box with some English speaking movies/shows. This is probably of no importance in the summer 🌞. A 35-minute drive from Faro Airport, easy access to the A22 that takes us to the whole of the Algarve or even to Spain.

If there were any questions she got right back to us and even brought us a bottle of port and some Portuguese cookies to enjoy. The house is close to Spain which allowed us to take a day trip to Seville and some of our crew was able to take a day trip to Gibraltar as it was only 3.5 hours away. Since this house is located further away from some of the busier areas of the Algarve we didn't have the big crowds to contend with at the end of our days. Also if we had stayed closer to the middle of the Algarve it would not have been possible to do the tour of Gibraltar. It was still close enough to visit even the furthest point of the Algarve however so we were able to see everything we wanted and more. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. It truly was a great place to stay!"

- "Great place for family"

It drives along a dirt road for 2 km and upon entering the gate there are several parking spaces. On the right side of the Quinta is Villa Tio Pedro.

On the ground floor the living room has direct access to the garden and pool. A dining table and some sofas for watching TV. Turn right into the hallway and come to the kitchen with double fridge and all the cooking equipment you will need, in front of the kitchen and the laundry room with the washer and dryer.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms of which one is en-suite and the other with a separate bathroom. All beds throughout the villa are of very good quality, with high quality mattresses, very comfortable.

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms, of which one is also en-suite. All beds are double beds with a top mattress so they could be made into singles with a small commitment to comfort.
Throughout the villa there is underfloor heating, air conditioning and WIFI. A super 5 bedroom home with everything you need for an exceptional vacation.

After driving 1km on a very well maintained unpaved dirt road the property arrives. Most of the two acres are fully landscaped and well tended with lawned areas among olive trees. Upon entering the villa you have a landing where you can go up to the first floor. There are three bedrooms on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a large double bed and a large bunk bed. All beds and mattresses are of high quality AA. Even the bunk beds are oversized and also fitted with high quality mattresses and are very comfortable and suitable for adults. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a bath and shower.

The third and largest room is the so-called children's room. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds, where one of the lower bunk beds is double, so this room can sleep 5 people.

On the ground floor there are two more bedrooms. One has a double bed and a bunk bed. The fifth bedroom has a bunk bed and a double sofa bed. This room is also used as a TV room. These two ground floor bedrooms share a bathroom.

The spacious living room has french doors to the terrace and a large fireplace. this lounge area has a large ceiling and a large flat screen TV, DVD, etc. adjacent to the living room and dining room with a solid wood table suitable for large family dinners when it is not possible to eat out.

Next to the dining is the kitchen. This big kitchen has plenty of fridges and is fully equipped to cater for numerous people. Plenty of glasses and plates etc. Also all kind of kitchen machines are present and even an ice machine. There is a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
