This is a modern, luxury 4 bedroom all ensuite, 4 bathroom Townhouse Villa with marble and wooden floors throughout in an ideal location in Vilamoura. Just 400 yards from our house is a brand new supermarket Pingo Doce. Handy for getting all of your shopping done with no need for a car.
We have a cot for infants and can add an inflatable bed to the bedroom with two single beds to accommodate 3 people. So we can cater for up to 9 people plus an infant on application.

Pool: The pool is large, 15 m by 6 m and although shared with other residents is rarely used by them. Most of our neighbours either live there and take the pool for granted or use their houses as holiday homes. We have 4 sun beds dedicated for your personal use plus you can use another two of the communal beds. As our Villa is at the end of the complex you only have one neighbour. Approximately 50 minutes walk to the closest beach. The nearest restaurant was around 15-20 minutes walk away and a couple of others 25 minutes walk away. Having young adults with us and only these places to eat locally was quite restrictive and therefore we used Ubers to go to Albufeira and Vilamoura, which was £20/10 respectively each way. We had a couple of bbqs at the property due to lack of local restaurants which was nice to be able to do. The pool area was lovely and clean and mainly only us using it despite being shared with 5 other properties. If you’re into golf then there are several courses on the doorstep. Overall a great experience albeit a very quiet location."

Casa Verde is a luxury, newly fitted out villa located in the area of Vilamoura in the Algarve. A short distance away from the vilamoura Hilton and Pinhal golf club house.

It has recently undergone a full refurbishment internally and externally. The villa is of a similar design to Casa Oakdene and Casa Laranjal (our other 2 villas) but maybe even a little bit better….

The villa has 3 bedrooms, all Ensuite, two of which sleep 2 (which can be made up as king size or singles to suit your needs). The third bedroom is big enough to sleep 3 and can be made as 3 singles or a king size plus a single. It has a beautiful open plan living area with sofa seating, TV, modern kitchen and dining area. There is a 4th family bathroom too.

There is a first floor sun terrace, plus a Roof top sunset terrace.

The kitchen is newly fitted with dishwasher, microwave, ovens, family fridge freezer and all the equipment you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. There is an attached utility room containing another fridge-freezer and washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The lower ground floor contains a pool table, a table tennis table, TV with Netflix and an Xbox console. It can also sleep up to 5 people in full beds .

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, common areas and in the lower ground floor.

Externally there is a newly landscaped garden & pool area. An Ibiza style terrace with seating for 8 - 10 people with BBQ area, sunbeds by the pool, plenty of shaded areas and additional lounge seating by the pool area.

We are a 30 min walk or very short taxi away from the beautiful Marina. There are 100's of restaurants to choose from, bars, clubs, cafes & shops. You can find something suitable whether you are a big group of golfers or a family. The villa is located very close to the Hilton Vilamoura.

The Vilamoura road train pulls up very close to the villa and can take you to the Marina, Beach, Mini Golf & other places through the Vilamoura areas.

Golf courses are ample and very local as well as a tennis club.

The beaches are down by the Marina and served by the Vilamoura train which stops at multiple places along the way. The beach is beautiful and sandy and has some lovely restaurants. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for about 5-8 Euros each.

The villa is very child friendly. We have a removable pool fence which you can use if you have young children, to give peace of mind that they cannot access the pool. We have recently fitted stair gates too. We have a lower ground area all set up for kids with beds, sofas, bean bags, fun cushions all set up with an entertainment area with TV, DVD player, Netflix, Xbox games console, a Pool Table & Table Tennis table. I’m terms of groceries everything you need is at the local grocery store - a 5 minute drive away. Our location in the Quarteira region was fantastic- it was about a 7 minute drive to a lovely local beach with umbrellas/lounge chairs. Clean sand, easy parking, and not crowded during our April stay (guessing it’s busier in July/August). Everything was very clean and felt very safe. The pool is heated, this is included in the rates. The heated pool can really make a difference even in the summer months and helps to make those late season holidays as enjoyable as any other time of year. Please note that the temperature of the water when heated is dependent on the external temperature / weather. Cold overnight temperatures and rain will mean that the water may be cooler. We cannot guarantee a temperature of the water, however it should be between 5-8 degrees warmer than a non heated pool.

There is a large garage to hide away the car or use to play table tennis sheltered from the hot sun, there is also additional carport areas for additional shaded easy parking.

You will have your own gardener and pool attendant. They visit the villa once to twice a week depending on the season, they maintain the outside areas to a high standard for you to enjoy. You do not need to do anything they will arrive and leave without requiring any of your time. Leaving you just to relax and enjoy the surroundings in the the beautiful Algarve sunshine.

Cristiana was very helpful when we needed anything. only small criticism was the wi-fi was quite slow - for those of us that still had to work !! - this also affected the Sky TV - only reason we needed it to watch it was to follow the sad news about Our Queen. The Perfect location to get to Villamoura Marina , where there were wonderful restaurants and bars. Very cheap Ubers to get you there and back. Beaches are all beautiful. We loved our first visit to Portugal and would definitely stay at the villa again."

Welcome to the Mediterranean coast of the Algarve. Our villa is located in a privileged neighborhood of very good quality. The construction is recent and we like to maintain a good quality in the beds and other parts of the house. It has 6 bedrooms all with large double beds, there are also two bunk beds. There are 4 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a sheltered area for dining and another leisure area and barbecue around the heated pool.

Villa La Cabane was built in 2023. It has all the luxury and comfort. 4 bedrooms, each with its own modern bathroom. The bedrooms can be completely darkened with shutters and have good quality beds. In the basement there is a ping-pong table, a game table and an exercise bike. The kitchen is fully equipped. A large sliding window connects the living room with the spacious terrace and with the garden and its heated swimming pool. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool. The famous tennis and padel club of Vilamoura is a 2-minute walk from the villa and the lively center is a 6-minute walk. The villa itself is located at the end of a dead-end street.

Spar supermarket close by and browns sports bar was too , which was good for breakfast or lunch or just a drink . Marina was amazing as always lots of lovely restaurants and bars plenty to choose from . The men enjoyed a few games of golf . Villamoura is a perfect holiday vacation and the villa was great . Would definitely use this company again. Communication was excellent and there were no issues ."
