- "We arrived as 7 adults and a two year old on 21st June. The house was lovely as is the area in which the house is located. It is very quiet. A nice spacious, nicely decorated property with lots of bathrooms! Happy homes put gating round the pool for my toddler without being asked and we used the cot. The pool temprature was cold so my daughter didn't use it as much as we thought. The outside temperature was about 26-28c. The adults used it and once we got over the first 4-5 mins, it was fine. The beach is about a 20 min walk, not 5 mins. It's a lovely clean beach! There's about 3 restaurants withing a 15 min walk but to get to the main bars and restaurants, Monte Gordo or Tavira are busier if you prefer the buzz. Happy homes were great to deal with. The cleaners just forgot to leave out the iron/hoover and we didn't think to call them and tell them so that was our fault really. All in all we loved the villa and enjoyed our stay."

- "Great place for family"

At Villa Pebble Beach the huge living room is all lit by windows giving access to the covered terrace overlooking the pool. Ideal for very sunny days to create shade and of course makes staying out all year much easier.
The living room consists of 3 separate areas in open plan, living, dining and kitchen.
The balcony is so large that it is divided into two parts. There is a lounge area, with comfortable sofas and chairs to the other side and the outside dining area. The table is huge and easily seats 10 people. Next to the table is an outside kitchen with kitchen top, sink and barbecue.
From the balcony there is a flight of stairs to the pool level (can be locked so children do not have access to the pool). The swimming pool and surrounding space are ideal for playing and sunbathing. All sun loungers are upscale. The garden is really a perfect match with the style of the villa, creating a pleasant environment with shaded areas and in the garage is a ping pong.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, all en suite. The master bedroom is very large and has a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. The other rooms have showers as well. The two largest bedrooms also have their own private terrace with magnificent sea views.
Of course the whole villa is fully air conditioned and with Wifi internet.

· Air conditioning : remember to open the windows in the morning before it gets too hot then close them, as well as the blinds, during the day. The house stays cool and turning on the air conditioning is not necessary.
