Guest access
Guest has full access to the entire guest house. The hiking trail, basketball court, tether ball and soccer field are community areas for all guest on the property and can be accessed.

The Main house on the property is not accessible as it is booked separately unless arrangements are made for an event. The tree house, pool house and pool are for guest of the main house only.

Please be respectful of the check in and out times, we need that time to clean between each guest and ensure retreat is ready for the next guest.

Other things to note
No smoking or vaping, no illegal activity, we will not rent to proms, school groups or functions regardless of chaperone. Tampering with smoke detectors or security system will result in a $250 fine.

Minimum age to book our listing is 24.

No loud parties. No more than 6 guests can stay overnight at any time.

Niles, MI locals are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval. This is to prevent locals from using our property as a party house.

The premises are equipped with exterior security cameras. Cameras are not monitored for guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to cameras by guest may result in guest being fined.

The space
Camper space is ideal for families with kids or 4-5 adults. The bunk house can sleep 4 kids/or 2 adults comfortably. Master bedroom has a queen bed w/foam mattress topper. Couch folds down into a full size bed. Bathroom available in RV. Full kitchen with utensils. Host on site for assistance. 50amp hookup with AC/heat/water. We will provide some gallons of drinking water. Outdoor kitchen for a quick meal, some basic kitchen tools available. Coffee maker/TV/cable/wifi available.

Charcoal Grill, covered front porch if it’s raining that you can use, fire pit, (wood provided) , plenty of parking.

Other things to note
Guests will be expected to tidy camper and wash any used kitchen items before leaving.
