81 Coutta Street is our modern 2-bedroom full self contained cabin located within Apollo Bays most popular holiday park. Apollo Bay is a beautiful place to visit any time of year.

The cabin comprises –

• a spacious living area with lounge suite and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, split heating/cooling system and ceiling fans.

• 2 bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other a bunk bed and pull out trundle. Doonas, pillows, sheets and bath towels are provided. Don't forget your beach towels.

• outside deck with views of the water, background hills and neighbouring paddocks (complete with sheep).

5.    Guests are responsible for their choice of accommodation. Otway Retreats is not responsible if the style of property does not live up to guests’ expectations, therefore guests should view property listings online carefully before selecting and booking their preferred property.  Please call our office if you require clarification on any aspect of a property prior to booking. Our properties have accurate photos showing the property inclusions and the layout of the properties.
6.   Please respect the privacy of our local community and neighbours. If a guest's behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given and ignoring this will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.
7.  There is a strict non-smoking policy inside the home, failure to comply will result in a minimum $300 fine. Guests may also be liable for the loss of owner's income from any future bookings affected by their actions. Guests can smoke outside, ensuring they dispose of all cigarette butts and leave no trace.
8.  Excess Rubbish Removal fees of a minimum of $90 may apply if the amount of rubbish left at the property is deemed over and above what should be reasonably expected for the length of stay and number of guests. For guests staying at Eco properties with no council rubbish collection, they will need to carefully read the rubbish and waste policy and ensure they remove rubbish in accordance with the property rules. 
9. Should pets be found in accommodation not classified as pet friendly, guests may be requested to vacate their property immediately with no refund and will be liable for additional cleaning fees at a minimum of $200.
10. Rates apply for any additional guests staying at the property that were not included as part of the original booking. Please advise Otway Retreats and make necessary payment for additional guests. Should additional unpaid guests be found, the booking may be cancelled, and you will be asked to vacate. No refund will be given.
11.   Otway Retreats properties are offered based on private, residential usage only. Large events, functions, parties and gatherings are not permitted at any Otway Retreats property under any circumstances. Should this occur, you will be requested to vacate the property immediately and your booking will be cancelled without refund. We do not accept any schoolies bookings.
12.   Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. This includes washing and putting away dishes, returning all items to their original position, all food items removed from fridges, barbecues cleaned, ovens and microwaves wiped out and rubbish placed in appropriate bins. Additional cleaning fees (minimum $90) may apply if the property is not left in a presentable condition.
13.   Guests are required to turn off lights, appliances and lock doors and windows upon departure. Guests must ensure all heating and AC units are off, if they are left on, guests may be charged for excess power.
14.   A minimum key replacement fee of $150 will apply if property keys are not returned on departure. Additional locksmith fees may also apply if locks require replacement due to the loss of keys and if bookings are impacted guests may be liable for loss of booking income.
15.    All properties include a full linen package including: sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, quilts + covers for each bed. Beds will be made on arrival (excluding bunks).
16.   Otway Retreats will not be held responsible for failure of utilities, essential services or appliances such as electricity and water should they cease to function based on issues with the supplier that are beyond the control of Otway Retreats. 
17. Wifi  (where available) is provided complimentary for guest use. Guests should note that internet connection speeds vary widely according to local area availability and connection type and in many cases, data may be limited. Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure Wi-Fi is working as intended, we cannot guarantee an available or consistent connection due to network, data or speed issues beyond our control. Outages do occur and whilst we will always try to have the connection restored, this will not always be possible. Compensation will not be considered in these circumstances as Wi-Fi is provided on a complimentary basis.
18. We recommend all guests arrive prior to 9pm given check in is via a lockbox, whilst we have an after-hours service in place, it is generally only periodically checked after 9pm and guests run the risk of not having prompt support if there is an issue with their check in process after 9pm, if guests arrive after 9am and have issues getting into the accommodation, Otway Retreats will not be liable to pay for compensation for failed access.
19. At Otway Retreats, our focus is on holiday home and Airbnb accommodations, moving away from the usual hotel setups. In line with our commitment to offering an authentic holiday home experience, we kindly advise our guests to bring along their own toiletries, beach towels, preferred food items for cooking or dining, coffee pods or beans (we're happy to help with coffee machine compatibility), sunscreen, and paper towels, as these are not provided. Additionally, feel free to bring along your favourite books or games to add to your enjoyment during your stay. It's important to remember that you're immersing yourself in a holiday home atmosphere, where our services are tailored to enhance this unique experience. While we provide essentials such as toilet paper and tea to start you off, please note that you'll need to replenish these items if they run out during your stay or you can book and pay for extra services and replenishments via our concierge.
20. Please be aware that Apollo Bay usually experiences mild summers, making air conditioning generally unnecessary. However, winters can be quite cold.

It has a heated swimming pool, undercover inflatable play area, playground, camp kitchen and laundry facilities. There are also food trucks, music, yoga, kids entertainment & activities in holiday periods and Koalas live in the trees in the park.

Cabin has direct views to the magnificent ocean across the road and also from the outside decking area. Large living/lounge area with TV and DVD player and large selection of movies, plus separate dining area. Complete kitchen, 2 fridge/freezers, microwave oven, full stove/oven, coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, omelette maker, slow cooker pots and pans and all items needed for cooking. Full bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet and reverse cycle heating/cooling. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full 3 door built in robe. Sofa bed in the lounge room and also a swag if kids want to sleep outside. Comfortably sleeps 4. Large long decking area with outdoor bar setting for those afternoon drinks, BBQ and additional setting to soak up the sun. Boogie board and mountain bike also supplied for use. One car spot supplied. Complementary Wifi is provided for guests.

The cabin does not have a washing machine or dryer but there are 4 in the park laundry for a cost of $5 per use. Coins can be obtained from the office or coin machine in the camp kitchen.

The cabin is located in the first street to the right as you enter the park. Guests are to check in at Reception where the key can be collected.

20. Please be aware that Apollo Bay usually experiences mild summers, making air conditioning generally unnecessary. However, winters can be quite cold. As a rural town with a limited power grid, power outages are common, and the system cannot handle multiple small portable heaters running on high settings without tripping the power. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of this and bring plenty of extra warm clothing when traveling in winter.

A stunning cabin with 2 bedrooms offering a balcony to sit, relax and soak in the views of the ocean which is only a short stroll away. Comprising an open plan design, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals during your stay, with cutlery/crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, tea/coffee facilities (nespresso coffee maker), sandwich press, air fryer and blender. HOUSE RULES

2.  A keysafe code will be provided to you to access the property via email at 9am the morning of arrival.
3.   Keys should be returned to the key safe location no later than the agreed checkout time on the day of departure. Failure to depart on time may result in extra charges and failure to return keys in the lockbox will result in extra charges.
4.   Early Check-ins and Late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional costs at the host discretion.
5.    Guests are responsible for their choice of accommodation. Otway Retreats is not responsible if the style of property does not live up to guests’ expectations, therefore guests should view property listings online carefully before selecting and booking their preferred property.  Please call our office if you require clarification on any aspect of a property prior to booking. Our properties have accurate photos showing the property inclusions and the layout of the properties.

7.  There is a strict non-smoking policy inside the home, failure to comply will result in a minimum $300 fine. Guests may also be liable for the loss of owner's income from any future bookings affected by their actions. Guests can smoke outside, ensuring they dispose of all cigarette butts and leave no trace.
8.  Excess Rubbish Removal fees of a minimum of $90 may apply if the amount of rubbish left at the property is deemed over and above what should be reasonably expected for the length of stay and number of guests. For guests staying at Eco properties with no council rubbish collection, they will need to carefully read the rubbish and waste policy and ensure they remove rubbish in accordance with the property rules. 
9. Should pets be found in accommodation not classified as pet friendly, guests may be requested to vacate their property immediately with no refund and will be liable for additional cleaning fees at a minimum of $200.
10. Rates apply for any additional guests staying at the property that were not included as part of the original booking. Please advise Otway Retreats and make necessary payment for additional guests. Should additional unpaid guests be found, the booking may be cancelled, and you will be asked to vacate. No refund will be given.
11.   Otway Retreats properties are offered based on private, residential usage only. Large events, functions, parties and gatherings are not permitted at any Otway Retreats property under any circumstances. Should this occur, you will be requested to vacate the property immediately and your booking will be cancelled without refund. We do not accept any schoolies bookings.
12.   Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat and tidy manner on departure. This includes washing and putting away dishes, returning all items to their original position, all food items removed from fridges, barbecues cleaned, ovens and microwaves wiped out and rubbish placed in appropriate bins. Additional cleaning fees (minimum $90) may apply if the property is not left in a presentable condition.
13.   Guests are required to turn off lights, appliances and lock doors and windows upon departure. Guests must ensure all heating and AC units are off, if they are left on, guests may be charged for excess power.
14.   A minimum key replacement fee of $150 will apply if property keys are not returned on departure. Additional locksmith fees may also apply if locks require replacement due to the loss of keys and if bookings are impacted guests may be liable for loss of booking income.
15.    All properties include a full linen package including: sheets, towels, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, quilts + covers for each bed. Beds will be made on arrival (excluding bunks).
16.   Otway Retreats will not be held responsible for failure of utilities, essential services or appliances such as electricity and water should they cease to function based on issues with the supplier that are beyond the control of Otway Retreats. 
17. Wifi  (where available) is provided complimentary for guest use. Guests should note that internet connection speeds vary widely according to local area availability and connection type and in many cases, data may be limited. Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure Wi-Fi is working as intended, we cannot guarantee an available or consistent connection due to network, data or speed issues beyond our control. Outages do occur and whilst we will always try to have the connection restored, this will not always be possible. Compensation will not be considered in these circumstances as Wi-Fi is provided on a complimentary basis.
18. We recommend all guests arrive prior to 9pm given check in is via a lockbox, whilst we have an after-hours service in place, it is generally only periodically checked after 9pm and guests run the risk of not having prompt support if there is an issue with their check in process after 9pm, if guests arrive after 9am and have issues getting into the accommodation, Otway Retreats will not be liable to pay for compensation for failed access.

There is car parking right next to the cabin, cooking facilities, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer. An outdoor shower is also available for when you return from the beach opposite the park! The Wi-Fi is provided by the park and there is an internet room near reception. You will need to bring your own linen please, including all sheets, doona covers, pillow cases and towels/bath mat/hand towel/washers and tea towels. There are pillows and doonas you may use at the cabin but no linen.

Guests details will be provided to the facilities Reception, including name and contact phone number, the number of adults and children, and arrival departure date. Extra guests also need to be registered. The cabin is perfect for a family of 4 but can take up to 7. Due to the size of the premises we would not recommend more then 4 adults to fit comfortably. Guests can access key from lock box on the premises. If collecting from Reception guests must make prior arrangements with reception if an after-hours check in will be required (after hours call out fees apply if no prior arrangements have been made).
The cabin is not managed by the Holiday Park, and as such, park management are not responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the cabin.
Linen and towels are provided for all guests. The cabin is fully self contained, please do not remove any items and leave the cabin clean and tidy. There is no smoking permitted on the premises.
Guests will be held accountable for any damage to property or contents.
Only one car can be accommodated on the site nect to the cabin on the right hand side.
No pets are permitted in the park.
No fires are permitted on this Site. There is a communal fireplace available below the playground.
The perimeter of unoccupied vans and cabins are to be left tidy, any articles left outside will be considered garbage and removed and the associated costs billed to the site holder’s account if not rectified by the site holder.
The unauthorised removal or damaging of any vegetation within the park will result in occupancy rights of a site being immediately terminated.
Please observe quiet time from 11PM to 7AM. We appreciate guests being respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
Determine if your children are safe for use of top bunks.
On departure, please put rubbish in the park bins and return key to the lock box.
Permission to let the Cabin may be revoked if all Terms and Conditions are not followed.
