There is no WiFi at this space however it gets good phone signal.

This is a non- smoking facility.
However, you can smoke outside the cabin, but not in the doorway.

HOT TUB:
The hot tub is a wood burner, 2 seating hot tub.
It can take around 3hrs to reach a good temperature on the 1st day, this can take longer in the winter months.
Please bear this in mind for your arrival time.

The hot tub is drained straight after the departure of guests. It is then cleaned with chlorine and only re filled on the day of your arrival.
We will supply the first box of wood free of charge for the hot tub. There is enough wood in the box to heat the hot tub to a good temperature, and probably will have wood left over.
Your 2nd box of wood will be £10.
We will provide firelighters with the first box of wood, but we do not provide a lighter or matchers. Please bring along with you.


FIREPIT/BBQ
The firepit/BBQ is free for use. You can burn wood or charcoal on the firepit that you provide yourself.
We do not cater tin foil trays or foil..... You will need to bring your own plus a lighter or matchers.
Wood can be bought from the house, or at the local shops.

Swedish candles:
You can purchase a Swedish candle for £10.

WALKING INTO TOWN.:
It takes 20 mins to walk to Barmouth town/beach.
There is no public path for about 300yrds on your way. The traffic does slow down in this area, and there has never been a problem with this.

We walk this often and always recommend walking there and back along the sea side wall.

Rest your eyes in either the twin or king size bedrooms, the latter completed with an en-suite for extra convenience, before embarking on your adventure-filled itinerary.

If you can tear yourself away from the on-site facilities and stunning view, head into Barmouth and its bustling Pier, Shops, Pubs, Restaurants, Beach, and Panorama Walking trail.

Travelling towards Harlech, enjoy tours of Harlech Castle and its grand structure, opt for a self-guided trip through Llanfair Slate Caverns, perfect for all the family, or head to Morfa Harlech National Nature Reserve for a day of hiking, with Gwynedd's coastline as your view.

Well-positioned near Snowdonia National Park, an abundance of walking trails are dotted around the area, including the New Precipice Walk / Llwybr Llanelltyd, and treks up to Rhinog Fawr; be sure to pack your walking boots.

The property offers a unique view of the sea, with a glass patio front, patio furniture.

You have three bedrooms, one with a king size bed en-suite, two bedrooms with two single beds in each room, fully equipped kitchen, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, hob. Bathroom with a bath. Tv in lounge, twin room and king room. Did I mention the view 😀.

You have free use of our outdoor heated seasonal swimming pool with a restaurant on site for a meal, back to the hot-tub for a general massage while soaking in the view.
