Ginkakuji Kinta is a two-story guest house with a dog cafe at the foot of Mt. Yoshida. There are 3 private rooms.
In addition to many nearby attractions such as Ginkakuji Temple and Tetsugaku-no-michi, it is also convenient for Kyoto University and Kyoto University of Art.
In addition to solo travel, travel with family and friends, we can also be flexible for medium to long-term stays and workcations.
Dogs are also welcome to stay with you. In addition to the rooms and cafe space, you can spend time together in the fenced courtyard with a BBQ table.

The space
This is a 6-tatami mat room on the north side of the second floor of the building. It can be used as a private room for 1 to 3 people.
You will sleep on a futon on the tatami mats.
Inside, there is a small refrigerator, a sitting table, and a folding desk and chair for desk work.
In addition to this private room, you can use the cafe space on the ground floor as a shared living room.

Check-in time is between 3 pm and 7 pm, but please let me know in advance if you plan to arrive outside of those hours.
Check-out is at 10 am.

If you're staying with your dog, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking.
You can stay in the room with your dog. We will charge 2000 yen per dog per night for dog accommodation. You'll pay the host in cash or PayPay at check-in.
We are registered as a category 1 animal handling business (custody business). You can leave your dog with us when you go out sightseeing. The cost is 1500 yen/dog/time (12 pm-7 pm). Please contact us for more information.
Dogs are allowed to play freely in the building and courtyard, but if there are other guest dogs or dogs visiting the dog cafe, you'll need to pay attention to each other's dogs.
