It includes a spacious living room leading to a good sized kitchen diner, a double bedroom with king size bed and a fully tiled wet room/shower. Outside there is a large garden, including a wooden decking for outside eating and a small courtyard in front of the house. Laundry facilities and storage space is found in one of the old converted piggeries. Sun loungers, cushions, and BBQ are also provided. Whilst canine guests are welcome, please note that the garden is not entirely enclosed. Please note there is no wifi or internet connection in the house.
Unfortunately, the property is not accessible to disabled visitors with reduced mobility or who use a wheelchair, as there is a step to enter the house and a step up or down between rooms.

Le gîte du tilleul is an old shed transformed in the 2000s. It is located right next to the castle, a majestic building, flanked by its towers on each side and imposing outbuildings of typical Cantal architecture, proudly displaying the date 1749 on the keystone of the stable door.

The park of the castle, with its trees several times centenarians and whose tops are very close to the clouds. The ponds around which you will never tire of observing the fish and other aquatic animals, while listening to the magical songs of the birds. This cottage enjoys magnificent south facing views over the whole valley with the sun from first to last light giving it a really bright feel. There is a heated 8 x 4 metres swimming pool adjacent to sun terrace in front of the house and a ground level trampoline for the brave. All this sits comfortably with landscaped gardens and lawns. Other sun bathing areas around the house enable total seclusion.
Access via three French windows from the terrace lead into a magnificent tiled lounge and dining area with the TV and DVD playing through a Sony home cinema system.
The kitchen has all you could wish for and also looks onto the terrace. Behind the kitchen is a utility room with toilet, washing machine and fridge freezer to supplement the smaller fridge in the kitchen. A large inglenook fireplace and log burner surrounded by oak beams add a certain comfort to the room.

The resort of Lake Menet consists of 14 chalets with views of the natural lake in Menet. 3 stars, open for rental all year, our cottages were renovated in 2013. A relaxing holiday, in the great outdoors, in a preserved environment, this is Estelou Cosy, a beautiful traditional house perched in the Cantal, at the foot of the mountain pastures, with its lush garden and private pool.

The space
Estelou-Cosy, a real little paradise (according to the multiple opinions of our kind visitors), is located in a charming hamlet, very bright because perched on the side of the valley slope and facing south, very quiet and very welcoming. Ideally located 30 minutes from the Super-Lioran resort, 15 minutes from the Nordic estate of Pailherols, 10 minutes from the beautiful spa city of Vic-Sur-Cère, 20 minutes from Aurillac, the capital(!) and its street theater, and in the heart of Cantal volcanoes.

With families, with friends, many activities are available to you, in all seasons: hiking or snowshoeing, cross country skiing, gastronomic and heritage discoveries, visits to many villages, discovering the Puy Mary site, Grand site of France and its many radiant valleys.
Many activities in the summer to understand this piece of territory a little lost for some ( but exceptionally preserved from mass tourism). The street theater festival of Aurillac, 2' fortnight of August, brings a touch of cultural diversity and impressive bubbling!

Relaxing activities also, or even meditation, in the garden arranged in 1100 m² landings, not overlooked but with panoramic views.

The front of the door offers a large paved terrace facing south (blind) and gives access to the garden level which hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and a very pleasant living room with traditional cantou equipped with a pellet stove. The whole place is totally renovated with taste and quality materials. We tried to combine tradition and modernity!
The ground floor has natural air conditioning😅. Indeed, these old houses with thick stone walls stay cool in summer...By 35 outside, you will be assured of a maximum temperature of 25! A small vest can even be helpful.. The dream isn't it?

The floor is totally dedicated to sleeping with 3 bedrooms recently renovated in an always cozy spirit. These rooms have the charm of the attic rooms and one of them gives access to the top of the garden. There is also a toilet space with toilet. Plenty of storage, reading nook.
No mosquito will disturb your nights, cool at this altitude.. I hope it lasts!

The house is fully at the disposal of vacationers, from the garden to the fully private pool ( not shared with anyone). In addition, there is no opposite although the enclosure is immersed in its built and natural environment

It is particularly well equipped, so that you feel at home: hiking poles, snowshoes, children's toboggans, petanque balls and their small private boulodrome, fondue and raclette machine, blender for good homemade soups, ice dispenser..etc. You will find everything you need, you who like to cook, to prepare good little ( or large!) dishes, for your family because on vacation...we can finally take the time!
And to avoid overloading yourself, you will find something to start your stay without running at the convenience store ( which is 15 minutes away): wipes everything, toilet paper, oils and spices, pasta...etc.)

Detached house, not attached, 1000 meters above sea level, located in a small isolated hamlet in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, surrounded by large spaces, very close to the pretty Promenade des Estives. Peace and quiet assured.
Geographical location: 6 km from Anglards-de-Salers, 10 km from Salers, 15 km from Mauriac, 50 km from Aurillac.

The space
This 75 m² house has a capacity of 4 people. It consists of a ground floor living/dining room and a closed kitchen. Upstairs are the shower room and separate toilet as well as two beautiful bedrooms; a 21 m² bedroom with 1 180 bed (or 2 90 beds) and 1 baby bed and a 15 m² bedroom with 2 90 beds (or 1 180 bed).
All of this is flexible according to your wishes, the beds can be single or double. Bed linen is of course suitable for everyone.
