Although the house is older, the kitchen was remodeled in 2021,bathroom updated in 2023, upstairs freshly painted, powder room redecorated in 2024, and carpets, draperies, etc. added very recently. You'll enjoy a large, covered porch with water view, new TV's in both family room and owner bedroom, and family board games added for the occasional rainy days. We also offer corn hole, for family fun.
The home is situated on a heavily wooded lot ,so a hardpack walkway to the water has been added for comfort.
Child gates are installed at top of spiral stairs, and home sanitized according to CDC suggestions.
A book of nearby attractions, restaurants, and safety suggestions is available.

The owner very welcoming and communicates well. The house had everything we needed and more kitchen supplies, games, kayaks etc. House is exactly as described and well worth the visit. You can enjoy this 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath main lake home in Wildwood Point Subdivision. Home has been recently updated and has all necessary ammenities. Perfect for families with children, multi families or use as a couples get away. Close to community clubhouse with pool, clubhouse, 2 boat ramps, day slips, swimming area and a beach area. Use the clubhouse amenities or tie up to the boathouse on the property and take advantage of your own private sandy beach next to the dock perfect for hanging out. The dock is half covered and has a bluetooth stereo along with storage to keep your water accessories. Water depth is 4'-6'ft at dock. The dock is very accessible by walking down the gently sloped path or you can walk down the steps from the porch. Great level lawn to play or enjoy the evening by the fire-pit.

- Absolutely no pets on furniture. This allows up to keep the furniture and beds clean or to protect from any damage
- The first dog is $100 and the second is an additional $50
-- Paradise Point does not have garbage pick up and we will require you to take all of your waste with you upon checkout. There will be a $30 waste removal fee if there is any trash left behind. Please communicate with us before hand if this is the case. Warren County Waste is 3.5 miles from the property and on your way to the interstate.

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay
- There will be an additional charge of $50 if our cleaners notice excess hair

- "We absolutely loved this house and location! In a quiet cove, but close enough to the main lake to paddle out in our kayaks whenever we wanted to. The house sits on a point between two coves and provides a gorgeous view of the lake. The layout of the house was perfect with an open kitchen, dining and family room space. There was also a wonderful sunroom, which provided additional “gathering” space, and was used primarily as the video game space for our crew. The screened in porch was the perfect place to enjoy our coffee each morning, with a beautiful view of the lake. The house was well cleaned when we arrived and we were immediately at home. We had a great week and totally enjoyed this beautiful place!"

This is a great place for bass fishing, boating, jetsking, tubing, and etc.. It is located in a cove separate from the main lake by boat accessible 10 ft wide tunnel that has higher water temperatures (A pontoon can go through the tunnel).

This lake house is ideal for a family of eight, it has three bed rooms, a dining room, family room and a very big nice glass room facing the lake. The master bedroom has one queen bed, the second room has two bunk beds for four, and the third bedroom has one queen bed. The very big sun/glass room facing the lake and it is very ideal for relaxing and away from your work. The boathouse is very nice it has the swing bench, and chairs already to use. Life jackets and a canoe with paddles are available for free to use. The boathouse has both sun and covered decking. The tie up cleats are provided to easily secure your watercraft to the dock. The community boat ramp is 20 ft away from the boathouse and it is very convenient. The kitchen with all necessary tools are available for cooking. Food Lion, ABC, Subways and Ice Cream shop, MorningStar marina are a few miles away.

Thank you for reading to this point so far, renters must be at least 24 years of age to rent this property. There are not Spring Breakers or Beach week student groups or an event with more than 8 people allowed to rent this property. All deposits will be forfeited and will be asked to vacate the premises immediately if this rule violated.

It isn't luxury, but it has all the comforts of home for a reasonable rate." - "Read some reviews that made us wonder what we might be in for, but so glad we rented anyway. Ok let's start with the only bad at all. Yes the bunk beds are only good for kids, but they are bunk beds what would you expect. Yes we did see a couple ants once or twice, but let's be real its a lake house.. what would you expect... Home is well furnished, kitchen is extremely well prepared. The backyard is absolutely amazing. Huge firepit with picnic table on the water, good size dock for enjoying the lake, swimming, fishing, making use of the canoe/kayaks, or just watching the sun come up while enjoying coffee. We will without a doubt be returning!! Do yourself a favor and check this one out."
