Enjoy a weekend of wine tasting, and enjoying the Hunter's best restaurants or just while away the hours lazing on the veranda watching the kangaroos and the sunset over the dam.

Accommodation and amenities

Park under cover and walk through the wide screened verandah that is on three sides of the house, then in through the french doors to an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. You will feel at home with the fully equipped kitchen including pantry provisions and living room featuring well stocked bookcase, including board games, and a TV, DVD, and CD player.

The slow combustion stove will keep you toasty warm in winter with air conditioning if you prefer.

There are two queen bedrooms with french doors leading onto the verandas, crisp white linen and bathrobes. A third bedroom on the veranda has two single beds which can be converted into a king size bed if required.

The bathroom has a spa bath, heated towel rail and laundry facilities. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Relax and Unwind

Summerfield is set up so you don't need to worry about what to bring.

All linen is supplied and the kitchen is stocked so that if you would like to cook, you will only need your fresh ingredients. The pantry has all the basics and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Your breakfast is taken care of with fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, bread, butter, yoghurt, juice and milk.

The pantry has a range of cereals, muesli, spreads, teas, coffee and cookies.

You will be welcomed with a bottle of Hunter wine and chocolates.

THE COTTAGE is a fabulous country cottage in a great location - Just a few minutes drive from the Crowne Plaza golf course - Close to the wonderful restaurants of Lovedale and only a 5 minute drive to the centre of Pokolbin.

The Cottage has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. 2nd bedroom also has a bunk bed. In the winter months there are electric blankets on the queen beds. A reverse cycle air conditioner is available in the Lounge/kitchen for heating or cooling. The kitchen is made of recycled wood that gives it a rustic country appearance. The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and an electric cooktop. There is crockery and cutlery for 6 guests. There is a TV, DVD player, CD player & radio in the Lounge area, along with two 3 seater lounges.
All linen is supplied.
The bathroom has an old-fashioned claw-foot bath for a relaxing soak. There is also a shower and vanity. The toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom. Soap, shampoos, hairdryer are supplied. Also iron & ironing board. Timber french doors open onto a spacious outdoor entertaining area that has a table setting and hooded gas BBQ. The views from the entertaining area are relaxing - gum trees and the occasional kangaroo.

The tariff of a weekend is based on hiring the Cottage with linen and bedding supplied for up to 6 people- a maximum of 6 people.

Long weekends, Lovedale Long Lunch Weekend, Easter, Xmas/New year - are all 3-night minimum stays.

Breakfast foods are not included in the tariff as often our guests prefer to self-cater or dine out at the many local restaurants.

How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made simple. You’ll receive an access code via SMS just before 3pm on your arrival day, which you’ll use for the duration of your stay. Standard check-in is at 3pm. While an earlier arrival may be possible, it cannot be confirmed until the afternoon prior to your arrival. If an earlier check-in is available, we will send you an SMS by 4pm the day before to confirm.

Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO.

Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a single bottle of 3in1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities.

Wifi is provided complimentary on behalf of the owner. It is intended to be used in an appropriate manner by all guests. As the service is provided by an external 3rd party, Weekenda cannot and do not guarantee the speed or efficacy of this property's wifi connection nor do we pay any compensation for interruption of service for any reason.

Pets: Pets are welcome at this property on completion of the below standard pet regulations in writing finalised prior to arrival:
Guests supply pet bedding, food bowls & disposable waste bags.
Pets are strictly prohibited from being on any furniture, rugs, carpeted areas, beds & bedding/linen inside & outside the property.
At no time are pets to be left alone, locked inside a property. Your pet must remain in your possession at all times.
Guests bring pets at their own risk understanding we can commit to the validity of fencing, access to natural waterways, rural properties pest control with chemicals and surrounding neighbours pets or livestock.
A Bond will be charged for any damage caused by pets and any non-adherence of the pet regulations.

Fires and Firewood: Internal wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits only operate after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays in line with NSW state fire restrictions. Please note: we will normally supply enough firewood, kindling & fire-starters for between 1-2 nights of your stay. For guests wishing to have additional fires, we suggest BYO Firewood, Kindling, and Starters which can be easily purchased from the local service stations.

No Party Policy: All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Residential Area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. We hate to have to note this, but the reality is that so far this year we have had to evict 3 groups for overstacking/bad/anti-social behavior.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing with Weekenda staff. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If 10 extra people want to stop by we are unlikely to approve, which could put your booking at risk. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There are 3 external security cameras installed at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion. Cameras are positioned to view the gate, backyard and front entry areas for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is installed - fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device. These devices are used to monitor and maintain ours and guests responsibilities under the NSW STR Code of Conduct.

Guest Registration / ID Check: Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for a photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Critical Update: Due to an unprecedented influx of fraudulent bookings, we are forced to impose a policy that protects our clients, industry and community against those attempting to commit fraud and theft. Any booking made within 5 days of arrival is required to provide a photo of a valid credit card in the same full name of the primary guest to match the supplied identification document. Failure of these documents matching will result in the booking being cancelled and all funds processed returned to the original card assumed as stolen and thus a fraudulent transaction. We trust we have our honest and genuine customers understanding this policy is in place to protect all parties.

Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo'

Finally on noise.
We want to ensure you have no plans for an outdoor music concert :). We only allow music to be played from a handheld portable bluetooth speaker and nothing louder as we've had issues in the past when guests bring a sound system and blast music all night disturbing our neighbours. So we only allow music outside until 8pm and only via a hand held bluetooth speaker. If these expectations are consistent with your plans then the lodge will be fantastic for your getaway.
If you are caught bringing a sound system larger than a handheld portable bluetooth system that you can grasp in the palm of your hands, your booking will be cancelled. You will need to explicitly state you agree to these conditions of booking for your request to be accepted.

You will need a car to travel around Hunter Valley. However, there are small bus operators that serve the wine region and are willing to pick you up in Madigan.

There is plenty of open land for walking, biking, or simply relaxing on the verandah (or at the cellar door located on our property) to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful sunsets.

The Cottage is perfectly priced for 2 couples to enjoy ample space to themselves for a relaxing getaway. For this reason, for a group of 4 (2 couples) only 2 bedrooms are accessible each with a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is only opened for groups of 5 or more at an applicable extra per person charge. Please ensure to list the correct number of guests on your bookings as we will only automatically allow access to bedrooms based of groups of registered guests.

Please note: This is a rural property which runs on tank water. Whilst the water is filtered for cooking and bathing, we recommend guests bring bottled for drinking purposes. The tennis court and pool are shared facilities.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made simple. You’ll receive an access code via SMS just before 3pm on your arrival day, which you’ll use for the duration of your stay. Standard check-in is at 3pm. While an earlier arrival may be possible, it cannot be confirmed until the afternoon prior to your arrival. If an earlier check-in is available, we will send you an SMS by 4pm the day before to confirm.

Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO

Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a single bottle of 3in1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities.

Pools: If the property has a Swimming Pool then it will be opened for swimming for the start of the NSW September School Holidays and closed and Winterised immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays have been completed.

Fires and Firewood: Internal wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits only operate after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays in line with NSW state fire restrictions. Please note: we will normally supply enough firewood, kindling & fire-starters for between 1-2 nights of your stay. For guests wishing to have additional fires, we suggest BYO Firewood, Kindling, and Starters which can be easily purchased from the local service stations.

No Party Policy: All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Residential Area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. We hate to have to note this but the reality is that so far this year we have had to evict 3 groups for overstacking/bad/anti-social behavior.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing with Weekenda staff. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If 10 extra people want to stop by we are unlikely to approve, which could put your booking at risk. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There are no external security cameras at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install external cameras at their discretion. Any camera install will be in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is installed - fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device. These devices are used to monitor and maintain ours and guests responsibilities under the NSW STR Code of Conduct.

Guest Registration / ID Check : Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. The Kookaburra Cottage

Whether you’re after a romantic weekend away, an escape with friends or catching one of the many concerts the Hunter Valley is now famous for, Madigan has a cottage to suit.

The Kookaburra is our favourite cottage, it has the best view of all. Sitting on the veranda cooking a BBQ and watching the sun go down over the fields is a perfect way to spend a late afternoon.

The Kookaburra Cottage is well-suited for a couple or a couple with children. In addition to the Queen-sized bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds, the cottage features a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge, and a bathroom with a two-person spa.
Quality linen and towels are provided, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Guests will also find a gas BBQ on the veranda. Simply bring your food and drinks, and you're all set.

Kookaburra is free standing, self contained cottage.

Madigan is a self-check-in property with a check-in time after 3pm. After booking, details of the check-in process will be sent to you. We always strive to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests, so please inform us if you plan to arrive earlier than the set check-in time.

Madigan Cottages has 5 self contained cottages on 100 wide open acres. We also have Stomp! Wine operating their cellar door on site. You'll find lot of nature including kangaroos and rabbits as well as waterbirds on our dams. We have some paddocks with agisted horses and even fish in our dam!

You'll need a car to get around Hunter Valley, however, there are small bus operators that service the wine region and are happy to drop into Madigan to pick you up

There is plenty of open land for walking, biking, or simply relaxing on the verandah (or at the cellar door located on our property) to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful sunsets.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Bluebush Estate - The Cottage

The Bluebush Cottage sleeps up to 6, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From it's vine wrapped verandah, to its stained glassed windows and antique claw foot bath, this special little spot invites a Bridgerton moment! Sneak a glance across the couch or play cards with the ladies in it's spacious lounge area with a cosy gas log fire for those chilly winter nights. Full kitchen allows for an afternoon of baking or enjoy the gas BBQ on the back verandah for a picnic in the gardens to take in the picturesque views over the Molly Morgan Ranges. Common Area guest facilities include full size tennis court, saltwater swimming pool, and billiards table.

Please note: This is a rural property that runs on tank rainwater. Whilst the water is filtered for cooking and bathing, we suggest guests bring bottled for drinking purposes if they are sensitive. The tennis court, Volleyball, Breezeway billards table, ping pong and pool are shared facilities.

How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.

Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.

Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO.

Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a Thankyou shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers which is used by guests but are to be left at the property. In addition, guests are advised to bring any additional personal preferred bathroom products/amenities they require. All products must be septic safe.

Pools: Our Swimming Pool is an unheated salt water pool. We maintain this year round but it is quiet cold in the cooler months. Guests are welcome to access this though, if they choose between 9.30am - 6.30pm daily. Children 16 yrs and under must be supervised by an Adult at all times.

Fires and Firewood: The Bluebush Cottage has an internal gas fireplace with instructions for use. BYO Fire-pits & Firewood may be permitted - please check with Management prior to your stay. Fire-pits & Firewood can be provided at an additional charge, must be pre-booked.

Party Policy: We welcome Weddings, Milestone Celebrations, Family Reunions, Corporate Stays and Retreat Groups. Please be in touch with us to discuss your needs. Some events can be self-catered accommodation only bookings, however we also offer packages for Catering, Bar Services, Elopements, etc. Additional charges may apply for your event.

Pets: We are not Pet Friendly. Assistance Animals & Companion Animals are permitted on application.

Generally, all standard reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws unless permission has been given by management. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. Inappropriate/anti-social behavior is not permitted.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing by management. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If 10 extra people want to stop by conditions may apply to allow this including strict departure timing for visitors. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: We are progressively rolling outdoor Cameras at our property in 2024/25. Noise Monitoring will happen during your booking as Management live onsite. Outdoor Noise Curfew is strictly 10.30pm. Music/Noise/ Celebrations that may extend past this curfew must be approved prior to your booking to ensure Managment can notify neighbours.

Lily Pad Studio is located just a few minutes off the Hunter Expressway making it perfect to access Newcastle, Singleton and surrounding areas. Arrival Details: Access to the property is made simple. You’ll receive an access code via SMS just before 3pm on your arrival day, which you’ll use for the duration of your stay. Standard check-in is at 3pm. While an earlier arrival may be possible, it cannot be confirmed until the afternoon prior to your arrival. If an earlier check-in is available, we will send you an SMS by 4pm the day before to confirm.

Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO.

Guest Amenities: We are Eco-Friendly - to help reduce wastage, we supply a single bottle of 3in1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers. In addition, guests are advised to bring their own personal preferred bathroom products/amenities.

Wifi is provided complimentary on behalf of the owner. It is intended to be used in an appropriate manner by all guests. As the service is provided by an external 3rd party, Weekenda cannot and do not guarantee the speed or efficacy of this property's wifi connection nor do we pay any compensation for interruption of service for any reason.

Pets: Pets are welcome at this property on completion of the below standard pet regulations in writing finalised prior to arrival:
Guests supply pet bedding, food bowls & disposable waste bags.
Pets are strictly prohibited from being on any furniture, rugs, carpeted areas, beds & bedding/linen inside & outside the property.
At no time are pets to be left alone, locked inside a property. Your pet must remain in your possession at all times.
Guests bring pets at their own risk understanding we can commit to the validity of fencing, access to natural waterways, rural properties pest control with chemicals and surrounding neighbours pets or livestock.

Fires and Firewood: Internal wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits only operate after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays in line with NSW state fire restrictions. Please note: we will normally supply enough firewood, kindling & fire-starters for between 1-2 nights of your stay. For guests wishing to have additional fires, we suggest BYO Firewood, Kindling, and Starters which can be easily purchased from the local service stations.

No Party Policy: All reservations operate under a Strict No-Party & Non-Excessive Noise Policy as prescribed in the NSW Short-Term Letting Legislation and Local Council Laws. This property is in a Residential Area. Failure to comply can put the security bond into jeopardy and may lead to police-assisted eviction and/or extra charges being levied. We hate to have to note this, but the reality is that so far this year we have had to evict 3 groups for overstacking/bad/anti-social behavior.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested and if approved must be approved in writing with Weekenda staff. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If 10 extra people want to stop by we are unlikely to approve, which could put your booking at risk. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules.

Cameras and Noise Monitoring: There are 3 external security cameras installed at this location presently but the owner reserves the right at any time to install additional external cameras at their discretion. Cameras are positioned to view the gate, backyard and front entry areas for external security monitoring only. All cameras are installed in line with local regulations. A noise monitoring device is installed - fines apply to guests found to have disconnected, removed or damaged the noise device. These devices are used to monitor and maintain ours and guests responsibilities under the NSW STR Code of Conduct.

Guest Registration / ID Check: Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for a photo ID i.e. a copy of your Drivers Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guests names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.

Critical Update: Due to an unprecedented influx of fraudulent bookings, we are forced to impose a policy that protects our clients, industry and community against those attempting to commit fraud and theft. Any booking made within 5 days of arrival is required to provide a photo of a valid credit card in the same full name of the primary guest to match the supplied identification document. Failure of these documents matching will result in the booking being cancelled and all funds processed returned to the original card assumed as stolen and thus a fraudulent transaction. We trust we have our honest and genuine customers understanding this policy is in place to protect all parties.

Insurance: As always, but ever so more due to recent times, we strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. The Lodge has a brand new heat pump for the pool, outdoor hot tub under the stars, outdoor fire pit, indoor fire place, soccer field, volleyball field, foosball table, old arcade style games with 3000 games installed, oversized outdoor chess, gas powered pizza oven etc. Have also completed a massive new games shed, with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, basketball arcade and an 85 inch TV viewing area. Perfect for kids and adults, poker games, board games and movie nights. Also a great space for corporate events. All amidst acres of land.

Lovedale Lodge has 3 interconnected buildings that either have a connecting door or adjacent buildings. Below is a description of each of the buildings that comprise Lovedale Lodge and its always rented out exclusively to one group.

Building 1 - CARRADANO COTTAGE
- sleeps up to 13 guests
- 3- bedrooms (1 room with 2 double bed bunks and single tops, 1 room with 2 single sets of bunks (single on bottom and on top), 3rd room with a queen bed) + 1 sofa bed + 1 couch

- Main bathroom with separate bath and shower
- Separate second WC.

So we only allow music outside until 8pm and only via a bluetooth speaker. If these expectations are consistent with your plans then the lodge will be fantastic for your getaway.
If you are caught bringing a sound system larger than a portable bluetooth system that you can grasp in the palm of your hands, your booking will be cancelled. You will need to explicitly state you agree to these conditions of booking for your request to be accepted.

Lovedale Abode provides a great escape into nature with the luxuries of heated swimming pool with beautiful vistas, hot tub, playground, trampoline, basketball court nestled amongst grand trees, soccer field, Volleyball, outdoor entertaining areas, and a cozy fire pit for the cold valley nights.

Expanded to 13 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across three adjacent buildings Cottage: 5 bed 3 bath Shouse, A brand new 4 bed 3 bath A-frame, Tiny Homes: 2 new tiny homes with 4 bed and 4 baths.

The space
SPACES:
The cottage has open kitchen living and dining area with a 20 seater dining table, 85 inch TV, gas powered pizza oven and 5 air conditioning units.

The master ensuite has a brand new double shower and full laundry, King size bed and a pull out double day bed. The ensuite has sliding door straight to the outdoor entertainment area with beautiful views of the pool and surrounds. This room has air-conditioning.

The second bedroom also has a king size bed with its own balcony and sliding door to go out to the deck facing the pool and surrounds and has direct access to the second full bathroom which also includes a bathtub. This room has Air-conditioning.

The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a nook with views of the bush and surrounding areas. This room has a ceiling fan.

The fourth bedroom has bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on top with views of the entrance. This room has air-conditioning.

The fifth bedroom has two bunk beds, one is triple bunk and the other is a double bunk.

The kitchen has an induction stove top, oven and dishwasher.

The Shouse is brand new and on the ground floor has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms.
8 seater Dining table too.
Bedroom 1 and 2 both have king beds (and on request can be separated into two single beds) and Bedroom 3 has a triple bunk and a double bunk.
Upstairs is another space with a queen bed.

TINY HOMES:
We now have two brand new tiny homes, each has two bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. Each tiny home has 1 king bedroom and 1 bunk room which has 4 beds in the bunk room in total. So altogether the two tiny homes add 2 king rooms and 2 bunk rooms - 10 total beds for 12 guests.
