Everything has been carefully considered but our favourite features were the top end furnishing, linens and appliances, the real potted plants in each room, the stunning ever-changing view of course, and the fireplace and cosy feel. And Eileen's beautiful fine drawings of local fauna add a very classy and personal touch. The cabins are well positioned for privacy and so you feel it's just you and the mountain, but our hosts were also very personable and available and filled us on the possibility of playmates in the next cabin and took us out to feed the sheep right when we requested it - our little one loved that and frolicking around with the chickens and Amber the dog. We were provided with a very generous welcome basket and stocked fridge - breakfast supplies & snacks. The cabins are wonderful and the environment/grounds are lovely but still a work in progres e.g. the laundry isn't set up yet but Eileen was super accommodating with doing a load for us to dry by the fire. Our shower leaked at the base too which was the only negative, but we were pre-warned and they really couldn't be nicer about these things. We all have very happy memories of our time here and it'll take a while for the vision of that mountain and the mist rolling around in the valley to fade I think :-)"

- "Cosy house with a great view, abundant wildlife and great proximity to attractions." - "9 of my friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. it was very spacious and accommodating, we had everything we needed :)" - "Only 30 minutes from Devonport and central to a large variety of places to see and things to do we were incredibly happy with our stay at AAA Granary. It is a little dated and a few of the facilities were unusable, but this is quite easy to ignore staying in a country location with all the amazing views and abundant wildlife that share this location. Our family of 4 adults stayed in Rose Cottage which was comfortable and had all of the facilities we needed to cook our meals and relax on the rear deck with unbeatable views of Mt Roland after a long day of sightseeing. The nearby townships offer great shops, fantastic food, and interesting things to see. The area has a rich history and is an excellent jumping off point to visit places such as, Tazmazia & The Village of Lower Crackpot, Cradle Mountain, and Lake Barrington. The internet is a bit patchy which is common across Tasmania, the state infrastructure is currently undergoing upgrades so this will improve, I advise ensuring that you have a phone service provider that has reasonable coverage and download offline google maps. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, and provided us with local knowledge and advice on things to see. We will definitely be coming back here again!"

A newly renovated self-contained three bedroom cottage located between Sheffield and the famous Cradle Mountain. This hidden gem is boasting 3 bedrooms. Suitable for a maximum of 6 people – main bedroom has queen size bed, first and second bedrooms have two single beds each. 2 guests are included in the rate with each additional guest acquiring an extra charge. Upon booking you will be able to select which room you would like that best suits your sleeping arrangements. The Town of Deloraine is an easy 12 minute drive away and there you can find a large Woolworths supermarket as well as several eateries and a variety of shops and attractions. Mole Creek offers several places to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and within a short drive you can sample the local hot smoked Salmon at 41 Degrees South Salmon farm, numerous cheeses at Ashgrove Cheese, all things Raspberry at the Raspberry Farm restaurant and Anvers Chocolates at their factory on the way North to Devonport.

Guests will have ample off-street parking available directly opposite to the cottage, as well as an adjacent spot shared with the loft.

Guests will be responsible and liable for the wellbeing of their pets and any damages of the property will be charged to the guests. The backyard is private, however not fully fenced. The host is not liable for any issues concerning animals brought on the property.
