An architecturally designed custom headboard on the bed includes sliding windows at pillow height – adjustable on each side for fresh air while sleeping . The dining room is like a greenhouse, surrounded by windows overlooking the countryside. Through a narrow doorway you’ll find the bathroom offering a small shower and Italian sink. You’ll pass through spectacular Moran State Park on the way, where you will likely want to return for hiking and swimming. Buck Bay Shellfish farm is a family run business that is within walking distance of the home where they have a wonderful array of seafood to purchase, as well as a Bistro cafe. Nearby is Catkins Cafe for breakfast or lunch to enjoy a meal or two.

The gentle surrounding waters are perfect for kayaking, and there is a dock available to launch kayaks and canoes at high tide - or just carry them down the path and set off from your private beach.

Marina View is a spacious one-bedroom guest house, with king bed, a fully equipped kitchen and large living area with vaulted ceiling. Both the living area and dining nook offer south and west views of the water. There is also a twin bed in the living room for an additional guest.

The Cottage which has been newly remodeled and expanded (6/1/2020) is nestled hillside in Eastsound village. It is the perfect location affording a peaceful stay while still being within walking distance of all Eastsound village amenities! The village hosts a waterfront park, quaint shops, fantastic dining options, local bookstore, farmers market and many recreational opportunities from bicycle rentals to whale watching excursions. You will never be at a loss for things to do.

The gem of the San Juan Islands, Orcas Island awaits you! From beach combing, hiking, deep sea and fresh water fishing, sailing, kayaking, whale watching and more assure that this will be a trip of a lifetime!

We are conducting additional cleaning and sanitizing between each guests stay along with leaving the Cottage vacant for at least 1 day (24 hours).

The Main living room has a cathedral ceiling providing an expansive sense of space and includes a high-end La-Z-Boy Queen Sleeper with Linens and several quilts, Built-In Queen Day Bed with a Pillow-top Mattress and Built In Drawers Below, Love Seat, Recliner, Fireplace, Heat/AC, Smart TV/Direct TV, WIFI, Books and an assortment of games.

The Main Kitchen is fully outfitted - from dishes, pots/pans, baking pans, serving items and even an assortment of cookbooks for your enjoyment. There is a built-in dinette which will comfortably fit six (6) people and the large kitchen island has an additional three (3) bar stools for seating. There are basic cooking supplies which you are welcome to use.

The Upper Master Bedroom Suite has a King Size Bed with a Pillow-top Mattress, luxurious linens and a Lovely Duvet Set. There are two Chaises for your relaxation and reading pleasure.

There is one Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower (Combo) upstairs on the Main Floor. We provide high quality plush towels and artisan soaps/bath salts provided. There is a Washer/Dryer as well.

The Lower Studio Suite is a cozy and intimate space while still affording all the comforts of home. There is a Queen Bed with a Pillowtop mattress and a Twin Day Bed which is located in the TV Nook Area where you can read, watch a movie, take a nap or provide an additional sleeping space if needed. There are two new Lazy-boy Swivel Rocking chairs to enjoy. We provide upscale bedding and additional cozy blankets to make your stay particularly enjoyable. The Lower Studio Suite has Heat/AC, Smart TV/Direct TV, WIFI, Books and an assortment of games.

The Kitchenette is fully outfitted. There is an island which can be used for food prep as well as seating for two indoors.

There is 1 Full Bathroom with a Walk-In Shower. We provide high quality plush towels, artisan soap and bath salts.

There is a Full-Size Washer/Dryer which is located at the top of the Stairwell.

The cottage has a Southerly facing deck and patio with an Ocean View where you can enjoy the lovely view and abundant wildlife.

On the Upper Deck there is a Picnic Table and Umbrella for outside dining and relaxing as well as a Propane BBQ. To fully relax and enjoy the view we have added a new (4) Person Hot Tub accessible from the Main Living Room. The Lower patio has additional seating and an additional Propane BBQ.

The newly installed Gardens are breathtaking and we have strategically created multiple relaxation spaces for our guests to enjoy this beautiful space.

In the evening enjoy the Fire Pit at the bottom of the property and we simply ask that you make sure the Fire is extinguished fully after each use.

The Lower Studio Suite is well appointed with modern accents and comfort in mind.

The Lower Studio Suite is a cozy and intimate space while still affording all the comforts of home. There is a Queen Bed with a Pillowtop mattress and a Twin Day Bed which is located in the TV Nook Area where you can read, watch a movie, take a nap or provide an additional sleeping space if needed. There are two new Lazy-boy Swivel Rocking chairs to enjoy. We provide upscale bedding and additional cozy blankets to make your stay particularly enjoyable. The Lower Studio Suite has Heat/AC, Smart TV/Direct TV, WIFI, Books and an assortment of games.

The Kitchenette is fully outfitted. There is an island which can be used for food prep as well as seating for two indoors. You can take your meals outside on to the Patio which has additional seating and overlooks the newly installed terraced gardens and a water view of Fishing Bay! There are basic cooking supplies which you are welcome to use.

There is 1 Full Bathroom with Walk-In Shower. We provide high quality plush towels, artisan soap and bath salts. There is a (shared) Full-Size Washer/Dryer which is located at the top of the Stairwell.

The cottage has a Southerly facing Patio with an Ocean View where you can enjoy the lovely view and abundant wildlife. There is a patio set for outdoor dining and a Propane BBQ for your cooking pleasure.

The newly installed Gardens are breathtaking and we have strategically created multiple relaxation spaces for our guests to enjoy. In the evening enjoy the Fire-Pit at the bottom of the property and we simply ask that you make sure the Fire is extinguished fully after each use.

Of any rental I've ever stayed in, I greatly appreciated all of the additional amenities, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. that the host included. The only few things I would recommend adding are a full length mirror and a pair of scissors, but that's being really picky :) Otherwise, the space for 2 people was perfect, bed was comfortable, and the view/scenery was just lovely, and it's a great location in town."

- "Home and property was well maintained. Owners were quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. The home and location was very quiet which we appreciated having two little children. Our one year old managed to find a dog toy and some dog food and loved playing in the cupboards. The house does over some basic kitchen utensils (silverware, plates, bowls, pots, and pans (could use some measuring cups)) as well as some dry pantry items (spices, oil, coffee (whole bean and ground (nice touch!))) Fun amenities like the hot tube and fire pit were nice to have especially after the kids went down. Lack of signage made getting to the public beach access a little intimidating (felt like we were walking on someone’s driveway to get there)"

- "We loved staying here because it is adjacent to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and grocery store. It is located at the north end of Eastsound in a group of identical cottages. Very quiet and relaxing. Only 10 minute drive to Moran State Park. Easy access to Eastsound water front and Crescent Beach and there is also a 1 mile walking path to North Beach. The cottage was perfect for a family of 3 to 4. Very clean and charming! Second bedroom has two beds in an upstairs loft. Kitchen has all amenities and there is also a washer and dryer for clothes. The only bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. Overall, it worked great for us as we spent the days exploring the island and came back late afternoon to relax and walk around town. Would definitely stay here again."

We say our cottage is impeccable because in only 300 sq ft you have all you need in a spacious and elegant interior. Designed and renovated by an amazing local boat builder, every space was consciously created.

Our cottage kitchen is the shining example of how to blend efficiency and functionality. Featuring a full-sized electric Avanti stovetop and oven with a microwave mounted above, and a large stainless steel, modern sink, you can effortlessly make any meal. We've hosted guests for Thanksgiving that boasted how they did a full course meal with ease!
You’ll find plenty of kitchen gadgets, including a blender, hand mixer, cookware, and bakeware to create your favorite meals. Enjoy our coffee bar stocked with Pete's coffee, teas, stevia, sugar, and creamer, along with both a drip coffeemaker and French press, and a coffee grinder. We even have spices and oil in the cabinets! Plus, there’s a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer, and a stackable Blomberg washer and dryer—just note that there’s no dishwasher, so hand washing is required.

In the living room, relax on the comfy loveseat or swivel chair while enjoying views through the French doors to the deck and water beyond. Curl up with a throw blanket to stream your favorite movies on the Smart TV or play some board games. The sofa also has a pull-out twin bed with linens for an extra guest.

The queen bed is tucked into its own private nook, featuring a sturdy Captain's bed frame for extra storage and a small closet for hanging clothes. We even provide a small iron and board!

The custom-tiled bathroom offers a large shower and vanity with all the amenities you need, plus plenty of towels.

The living room is a comfortable place to sit and talk, read or watch TV. The galley kitchen adjoining the living room has all the appliances and amenities needed to cook up something good. The dining room is a great place to enjoy a meal or drink morning coffee as you gaze across to the beach with a beautiful view south across Ship Bay.

The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower and soaking Tub. En-suite is a small dry sauna room, the perfect way to relax your muscles after a day of hiking or exploring.

The Master Bedroom features a queen bed, flanked by leather armchairs and ottomans. A small study off the master bedroom is the perfect place to curl up with a book or watch the wildlife in the pond. The study has a large sleeper chair that folds out into a single bed.

A separate Guest Cottage, “The Outback”, connects to the main cottage via a flagstone patio and features a bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, small TV, and a spacious bathroom. “The Outback” provides an ideal, private escape for a second couple, or additional members of your party.

In front of the cottage, across Crescent Beach road is Orcas’ most notable walking beach – the long and gorgeous Crescent Beach: Wade in the tides, beachcomb, rent kayaks, build driftwood sculptures and wiggle your toes in the sand.

Behind the cottage, is a serene bird-watching paradise, with views across a large pond and wetland with all manner of waterbirds, including Blue Herons, Red-Winged Blackbirds, Kingfishers, ducks, and occasionally eagles. The rear patio provides a magical place to grill on the propane BBQ or sit and watch the teeming bird life around the pond.

- "My sister and I came over for a much needed sister weekend and this place was perfect. We both had our own room and the cottage is so charming with wood beams throughout. Outside the property has two fountains (not working now due to winter) and a cute fenced in courtyard. Super close to downtown Eastsound. Would be a great walking get away. It across the street from the bay. Super restful land the home had most everything, bring your own seasonings for cooking."

Sit on the elevated deck and sip your morning coffee while watching the boats come in and out of the harbor. Watch the sea planes fly in and out. It's a short walk to the Rosario mansion for dinner and cocktails. Head back to the house to enjoy a soak in your own private spa and enjoy the sunset. Hiking, boating, dining or simply relaxing and taking in the views--Erehwon Bayside is your spot!

This well-built bungalow-style cottage overlooks Cascade Bay, offer a light, bright retreat from which to view the marina and gaze down the sound. The living quarters are on the upper level, featuring high-end wood floors throughout, a well-stocked full kitchen, spacious living area, and master bedroom with king-size bed. Your hosts have attempted to stock the kitchen with whatever you need to eat-in if desired, and take advantage of the incredible covered deck overlooking the bay. Or take advantage of the plumbed-in Weber grill on the deck.

Underneath the deck, also looking over the bay is a small Hotspring Spa that is available to guests.

The home is outfitted with high speed internet, Smart Roku TVs (just plug in the streaming service of your choice), including a 55" high definition TV upstairs and a 65" big screen TV downstairs.

The lower level of the home is a finished/converted garage. It is carpeted, offers a queen-sized bed, couch and big screen 65" TV. There is also another 4-person dining table, full bathroom with shower, and a full-sized refrigerator for extra food/beverage storage. Please note: The downstairs is NOT heated. In the summer, this is rarely an issue, and it could theoretically be used in the winter as well, since it is always warmer than outside, but if you are renting in a cooler season, or have any questions about using the downstairs area, please contact us! It's a great extra space to utilize, but it can get a little chilly in the winter.

Erehwon Bayside is located about 30 minutes from the Orcas ferry landing and about 15 minutes from the village of Eastsound.
