- "I have stayed at this hostel many times but always before with other people-= so it was especially great to have a room to myself - with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was good and coffee was too .The last time i stayed the road outside was being converted for the tram lines-but now that the tram runs almost to the door from Waverley station and the airport it is excellent. The room was clean modern and a lot better than the hotel I stayed in for the rest of my holiday near Loch Lomond. I will be back but for a longer stay next time"

The space
The Cowshed Boutique Bunkhouse has five 6-bed dorms. Each bunk bed has a privacy curtain, shelf, individual light and power socket, as well as an incredibly comfortable mattress!

The bathrooms are located just across the corridor from each dorm, each individual bathroom has power shower, toilet and sink, as well as underfloor heating. Towels can be rented from reception for £1.00 each.

The common use area is open-plan with a well-appointed full kitchen, comfortable dining, and a spacious lounge space with glorious views over Uig Bay. Wifi is available in the common areas.

Guest access
Guests have access to the communal areas 24hr/day. Gas in the kitchen is automatically switched on between 08:00-10:00 and 17:00 - 22:00. There is a free car park available to all guests.
