The restaurants were all delicious (Rum fire, Edge, Market) We loved the mahi bowl and the mai tais especially. The pools and beach were somewhat crowded because of the busy holiday week. The oceanfront view was worth it! The area around the hotel was busy with high-end shopping that didn’t interest us but there were also good restaurants walkable. We were glad to do some tours and driving around the island when we tired of the pool/beach. Our teen was safe to explore the gym, pools, and game room areas alone and with a friend. Loved all of the extra amenities that we weren't expecting to have, such as reef safe sunscreen and aloe by the pool, daily workout classes by the pool, beach rentals included with our resort fee, and live music poolside.
