- "This is a "hotel" renting rooms in a condominium complex. The room I had was nice, functional kitchen, full sized fridge and everything you need for a longer stay. Great view of Sand Island. Living room didn't have a window, but bedroom had a lot b if natural light and huge windows. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to Queen's Hospital and downtown offices. Some homeless crazies in the area, but fine during the day and seems safe in the immediate area at night. the location is really convenient to everything Waikiki. we provide best customer service we can, all linens are cleaned every stay on site and you can see us doing it during your stay. pest control are applied every quarter, all rooms are cleaned after every stay by professionals.

2. what the place is NOT:
It's small studio with one or two beds in it. the space is not large but definitely enough for short stays. we provide all necessary items but nothing fancy or top shelf quality. we won't be able to answer calls at late nights. bugs are more common on the island than on mainland, other hotels also share this problem year around. we suggest our guests to not leave food out over night and apply pest control whenever we see there is a problem.
