This newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home is perfect for your stay on the lake. Open concept kitchen and living room provide the perfect space to entertain, or relax as a group. Enjoy panoramic waterfront views of Lake Pocotapaug both inside and out!
The spacious yard is partially fenced, perfect for lawn games, playing outside with the kids, or catching some sun.
Directly next door to the house is Lakeside Bar & Grille. On Friday and Saturday evenings (summer only) they typically have live music outside- which ends between 10:30 and 11 pm. It is a fun and lively atmosphere, but please take this into consideration when booking if you have children or anyone in your group that will be disrupted by noise. It is not terribly loud within the house, but you can hear it.
Also within walking distance is the Happiest Paddler- a locally owned kayak and paddle board rental shop. If sand and swimming are more your vibe, Sears Park is just a 5 minute walk down the street. They have public restrooms, a picnic area, and a playground for the kiddos.
Parking- The driveway can fit up to 3 vehicles. There is no off street parking.

While the cottage was a half hour drive to Middletown, it was worth it to have a nice spot to land. Unfortunately we didn't have much time to enjoy the lake but it was too chilly for that anyway! I can see that the best time would be during the warmer months but it was still lovely and peaceful and the house was well-equipped. All the instructions were clear and helpful. There are houses right next door on both sides so not much privacy. Also, note, only one shower (a very nice one!) but if you have a larger group, make sure you factor that in."

Small beach next door provided a break for sand digging, jumping and sliding on inflatable trampoline. Lots of seating on the shaded deck. Most lunches and dinners eaten outside. The beautiful sunsets and fishing off the dock or our boat as it got dark were indeed highlights for all. Patrick responded immediately when a couple of things or questions came up. This beautiful, large home is a perfect vacation home for full waterfront enjoyment!"

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, second room has a queen size bed with 1 single bunk (best suited for a child or nimble adult). Third bedroom has a queen size bed.
