Enjoy the fire pit on our large deck under the gazebo year round. In the summer cool off in the pool. In the winter relax and enjoy some cozy time under the stars in the heated igloo.

Dogs are family and always welcome at no charge.

Our Home is a warm, cozy 1450 sq foot raised ranch at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.

There is a comfy couch and large tv and electric fire place in the living room for relaxing. A portable A/C unit is installed in the summer time in the living room and bedrooms.

There is a dining table to seat 6 for meals and games.

The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle. We provide most of the basics such as coffee, creamer, sugar, seasonings and cooking spray, pots, pans, dishes, coffee cups, glasses, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and large dressers and closet space. They have window A/C units in the summer time.

There is a full bathroom upstairs with large walk in shower with many different settings on the shower system.

Downstairs there is a game room with a pool table, big buck hunter, foosball, TV, karaoke, wii, and various wall games. (full list of games below).

There is a downstairs bedroom with bunk beds, large dresser, chalk board wall, giant connect four, and magnet wall. A portable A/C unit is installed in the summer.

Also, there is another full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower.

Laundry is located at the end of the downstairs hallway and detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

The large two tiered deck has a hard top gazebo with an outdoor couch and propane fire pit on the lower level (propane is provided), and the upper level has a dining table in the summer and the heated igloo in the winter time (from November 1st until April 15). There is also a propane grill on the deck (propane is provided).

Our charming historic 18th century colonial home with 5 bedrooms has received an award from AIA CT chapter for its restoration. It is full of antiques and perfect for family reunions, excursions around Connecticut, close to the ocean, to Gardner lake, ten minutes from Mohegan Sun, 20 miniutes from Foxwoods Resort Casino, 30 minutes from Mystic, Old Saybrook, Essex. You will be able to drive or take trains to be in less than 2 hours in Boston, 2 1/2 hours in New York City. You will drive to Newport RI in a little over one hour.

The house is located on 5 acres, in a rural environment with deer and wild turkeys roaming freely on the property.
First floor includes a family room adjacent to the kitchen and the dining room. There is also a formal parlor. There is one bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with shower. There is a half bathroom next to the back entrance.
Second floor includes one master bedroom with queen size bed, a private bathroom with bath and shower two sinks and separate toilet. There are two other bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second one with a double bed and a single bed. There is also a bathrom with bathtub.
Attic includes a SmartTV room with a sofa bed, and a large room with a double bed and three single beds. There is also a half bathroom in the attic.

New London train station is the closest station, 15 minutes away. Hartford airport is 45 minutes away.

During summer months and Holiday season, a minimum stay of one week may apply. Please contact us if you want to rent from Thanksgiving until mid March as we are now closing during the winter months.
A storage attic is not accessible.
The barn is not part of the rental.

- "This is a great place to stay. The house is fully equipped and is very comfortable. We were able to cook a meal for 9 with no problem. There is plenty of room for multiple simultaneous activities. There is a big grocery store 4 miles away, you are a 30 minute drive to the Connecticut River valley with state parks and tourist activities, and 30 minutes to the Long Island Sound for swimming and kayaking. There are multiple local farms stands and dairy farm ice creme stands, and also summer theaters. The local manager, Ron, was just great - always available and checking on in periodically. This is my second year here and I plan to be back next year."

Come enjoy what one of the coolest Casinos in Connecticut has to offer! Mohegan Sun is a short walk (12 mins) and even shorter drive (2 mins) to the Grace House, and you'll be sure to make memories there.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom is comfortably furnished with an eclectic feel. On the first floor, you'll find the living room with a Queen size sleeper sofa, the dining room with seating for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen. The second floor holds the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

LIVING ROOM/ ENTRYWAY
You enter onto the living room, with plenty of seating for 6 people. Two accent chairs are easily moveable to watch the 50 inch Roku TV. For those unfamiliar with Roku TVs, it basically give you access to all streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu and many others. We don't have have access to live channels to watch sports and what not.
The sectional couch is a sleeper sofa that holds a 4" memory foam queen mattress. We recommend heavy sleepers, children and non-fussy sleepers to use it.

DINING ROOM
You can access the dining room from either the living room or the kitchen. The dining table holds 6 chairs (2 arm chairs, 4 dining chairs) and is spacious either to spread out with a feast, or work. You have views of the backyard and the back deck from the windows.

KITCHEN
You can access the kitchen from the living room and the dining room. The kitchen even a pass to the dining room. The island holds the kitchen appliances we provide and include 2 waffle makers, a small slow cooker, a blender, and a toaster. It is also fully stocked with dinnerware, silverware, cookware, a basic set of spices, and even a selection of cookbooks to cover all your home cooked meals. We have a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove and hood. From the kitchen you can also access the 'mudroom' (not pictured, still in the works) that will lead you to the back deck and backyard.

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and have large closets with plenty of storage, luggage racks and hangers to accommodate your belongings. Both bedrooms also have 12" Queen Size green tea memory foam mattresses. The larger bedroom has a seating area and a selection of books to pick from. The smaller bedroom has a desk and seating area overlooking the backyard.

BATHROOM
The (only) bathroom is located on the second floor, between the two bedrooms. It has a large shower/ tub combination, a toilet and a large vanity with plenty of storage for your belongings. We also have some open shelvings behind the bathroom door where you can put your stuff as well.

OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard is accessible either from the front of the house, following the sides of it or from the kitchen/ mudroom. As mentioned above, the mudroom opens up to the back deck, which is great for your entire party. As it is elevated, you are up in the trees. It holds 4 barstools with a rail, overlooking the spacious backyard. There is a propane grill and a spacious glass table with 6 chairs.
As you go down the back deck steps, you end up at your ground level of the backyard, which open lawn space. There is a playground with a toboggan and a swing for kids to enjoy. We also have a fire pit and plenty of wood to have smores night.

You will be able enjoy to enjoy the entire house, including the driveway which holds 4 cars (2 rows, back-to-back) or 2 comfortably.

Francois and Ashley are not going to meet you at the Grace House at check-in (access code will be provided to you) but are available and live nearby if you have any questions or need us throughout your stay.

The Grace House is in a quiet residential dead end road, walking distance (12 mins to be precise) to Mohegan Sun Casino.

The top level features a bright and airy living room filled with natural light and plenty of comfortable seating. The primary suite is also on this floor and includes a king bed, en-suite bath, and a private balcony just right for two — great for morning coffee or a quiet nightcap.

You’ll also find central air throughout the home, along with extra touches that reflect the care we put into preparing for your stay — from the made-up beds to the stocked essentials that help you settle in and feel at home.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to make the most of the area. You’re just a few minutes from I-395, offering easy access to Mystic, Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, and other southeastern CT highlights.

The space
Home is a warm, cozy 1450 sq foot raised ranch at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood.

There is a comfy couch and large tv and electric fire place in the living room for relaxing. A portable A/C unit is installed in the summer time in the living room and bedrooms.

There is a dining table to seat 6 for meals and games.

The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle. We provide most of the basics such as coffee, creamer, sugar, seasonings and cooking spray, pots, pans, dishes, coffee cups, glasses, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms each with queen beds and large dressers and closet space. They have window A/C units in the summer time.

There is a full bathroom upstairs with large walk in shower with many different settings on the shower system.

Downstairs there is a game room with a pool table, big buck hunter, foosball, TV, karaoke, wii, and various wall games. (full list of games below).

There is a downstairs bedroom with bunk beds, large dresser, chalk board wall, giant connect four, and magnet wall. A portable A/C unit is installed in the summer.

Also, there is another full bathroom downstairs with a walk in shower.

Laundry is located at the end of the downstairs hallway and detergent and dryer sheets are provided.



The large two tiered deck has a hard top gazebo with an outdoor couch and propane fire pit on the lower level (propane is provided), and the upper level has a dining table in the summer and the heated igloo in the winter time (from November 1st until April 15). There is also a propane grill on the deck (propane is provided).

Sit down, put your feet up and relax on the sofa, or simply take a nap. If you still need to login to work, sit by the desk and breathe in the lake view during one of those unwanted zoom meetings. Find that moment of freedom you are looking for and make the best out of your stay.

You will have access to the entire lake house. This is a two floor house. On the upper floor, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. It also includes a flexible room that includes a washer, dryer, and a foosball table for the family to enjoy!

There is also a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Right outside of the bedrooms, there's a working desk with a comfortable chair facing a stunning lake view. Beware, you will get distracted!

There is no closets for clothes storage, however, there are wall hangers with hangers for your use as well as a cabinet you could use for storage.

On the lower level is the kitchen, dining room, living room, a full bathroom, and double french doors leading to a spacious deck with more stunning lake views.

The lake house is run by septic, only toilet paper is allowed.

The space
This place has well over 3500k square feet of living space and is well equipped with a large entertainment room with a beautiful pool table and other board games! We also have my favorite Karaoke! Enjoy singing with friends and family!Don't forget to send me videos! Watch a movie or your favorite sports event on a large 100" tv with great surround system.

Upstairs we have three bedrooms one of which has a relaxing jacuzzi! The fourth Bedroom is downstairs with a large tv.
Outdoor has a relaxed vibe with firepit and an outdoor Grill. The kitchen is perfect and large enough for cooking and having family events or any get together occasion.
Each room has a different feel to it from Bohemian to rustic and in between!
We have three bathrooms one which is in the large room with huge openroom and Jacuzzi. We also have a washer and dryer for longer stays with supplies.

Guest are welcome to use the entire home . Basement will not be accessible as well as some rooms which will be owners closet etc. The outdoor is accessible but not the pool area as we are currentlyworking on it .

Please note that we do have a pool table but if your not familiar with playing pool then please be careful on not scratching the felt as this can be very pricey on your expense! No kids should be allowed to play the pool table. Any damages will be on your expense

Our property is ideal for a peaceful, relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the Casino, local golf, parks, beaches and neighboring towns. Parties, gatherings, or celebrations that create excessive noise are not allowed at this property. Please be mindful of noise past 10 p.m. and aware of our quiet hours specified.

Smoking is strictly forbidden. Our home is non-smoking OF ANY KIND! If it is found that there was smoking in the home, it will result in additional cleaning charges. Evidence can include physical or smell and is at iUgo's discretion. Subject to a $500 additional cleaning charge for violating this policy.

Alcoholic consumption IS PROHIBITED for any guest(s) under the age of 21.

Lawn Care. We utilize lawn service which comes on a scheduled basis. It should not disrupt your visit but may occasionally occur when guests are present.

Pets are not allowed on the hardwood floors in the ranch. They are allowed in the two story house.

No lifeguard present, use of pool and hot tub is at your own risk. Children must be supervised.

Pool is open from Memorial Day till October 1st and the hot tub is open year round.

In the unlikely event the hot tub or pool is not functioning during your trip, we will do everything in our power to rectify the issue. Additionally, you will be reimbursed $20 for each night of your stay that the amenity is not operational unless your party is responsible for causing the issue.
