- "Upon our arrival we were given a numerical code to get into the rental. It did not work! We tried a number of times as to no avail! There was a couple that told us this has happened to them and showed us a back entrance jacked open by a brick! That’s how we got in! Secondly , we had a difficult time with the a/c. It barely cooled the unit! Finally, after spending a day at the beach, I went to take a shower. The shower handle was stuck and could not turn on the shower!! We had plans to go to a nice dinner but had to cancel!!!! We thought they would send someone over to fix, but no!! The next morning I got a text asking what time we were leaving. Adam wanted to send someone over then !! A little too late!! We left very disappointed!! "

Hawks Nest Beach is a family friendly beach community. Grab a bike from the garage, pick out a backpack beach chair and you are on the beach in 5 minutes. During the summer season, take the kids for a bike ride over to Sound View, ride the carousel (hope you get the brass ring), treat yourself to some ice cream or Vecchitto's Italian Ice. If you are not into the little kid stuff, Kokomo's or the Pavilion can provide a fun night!

Owner was very responsive to questions and very helpful with ideas where to eat and what to do. Again this year, we were pleasantly greeted with a welcome basket full of goodies to enjoy during our stay and a personalized note! We love to open the doors to the brightly colored walls and beach décor. This home truly has everything that a traveler would need on a beach vacation. The house is kept very clean, neat and organized. The many air conditioning units make it easy to stay comfortable on hot days and nights. Every kitchen utensil and appliance necessary could be easily located and were all cooking ready. The towels and linens were fresh and ready for use upon arrival. We all love the entertainment closet, full of puzzles, games and barbies! The house offers at least 15 bikes of all sizes and skill levels so each family member could ride to the beach! Our children loved the gaming system and the many television streaming services. Outside the home, the fenced in back yard is excellent for small children and we made use of all of the outdoor games, sidewalk chalk, ladder ball, etc.! We loved the outdoor shower and nearby clothes line. The hose also came in handy for rinsing off our sea salty items. We enjoyed the fire pit and made use of the outdoor grill and seating on the patio area nightly. We were so fortunate to make Meg and Jason’s house our home away from home for another year of memories at Hawk’s Nest Beach!"

**4th of July 2026 will be a two week stay from 6/27/26-7/11/26** New England beach house charm meets modern comfort and convenience! With access to the private Hawk's Nest Beach just a five minute walk away, you'll be able to soak up the sun from a lounge chair, swim in the gentle waves of the Long Island Sound and search for seashells along a private and pristine section of shoreline in Old Lyme.
Rinse the sand off in the backyard outdoor shower, share family meals on the spacious deck and wave to neighbors from the Adirondack chairs on the front porch. Lasting memories are just waiting to be made at Be Happy!

The elevated deck on the back of the house is perfect for watching the river as paddle boarders float by, or for watching osprey search for fish. The yard is fully accessible and provides access to the water's edge.
It is also a birdwatcher's paradise!
Spend the day here, at the beach or enjoying nearby attractions such as the Old Lyme Art Association, the Florence Griswold House or head over to Mystic Seaport.

Our Beach House is close to the mouth of the Connecticut River surrounded by the salt marsh and at the end of our street you can see Old Saybrook lighthouses. We have two major shopping outlets. Quaint local towns. Award winning casinos. Close to Rocky Neck State Park, Gillette Castle, Mystic Seaport the Aquarium and the Coast Guard Academy. The New London Ferry which departs daily to Block Island and Long Island. Lots of restaurants serving up local fare. Beautiful beaches. Theater, music, and a variety of activities (kayaking, hiking, bird watching). Many museums in both directions on I-95 and I-91.
The space
We are located half-way between New York and Boston - a little over two hours from each city and 45 minutes from New Haven and Hartford. We are minutes away from the train station for easy travel to Boston and New York.
You’ll love our place because of its location, spectacular sunsets at the end of the street and a nature preserve in our neighborhood. Launch a kayak and enjoy the salt marsh. A great place to come relax and unwind. Just simply a tranquil unique place.
The house is fully equipped just bring your food and enjoy. A bright 1,038 Sq Ft duplex ranch style house. The right side of the house is the rental. The space is a 2 bedroom with a queen size bed and a full size bed, 1 large bathroom and a washer and dryer.

With only 2 hours from New York City and Boston, by train or by car, this is the ideal sanctuary for a perfect getaway. Minimum 2 nights during fall through spring months, 3 to 5-nights minimum in the summer months.
The space
Bright and modern home built in 1977 with contemporary clean lines and interesting architectural details. There are lots of rooms, 2,580 sqf. of them, on several split levels offering the perfect balance between open living and intimate spaces. The many walls of glass make you feel that you are part of the surrounding nature yet the modern decor and amenities provide for all the luxuries you deserve. Complete privacy is guaranteed by the surrounding trees and 3,8 acres of land.
The Bedrooms (3 queen rooms, 1 open gallery queen bed & 1 convertible single sleeper sofa):

The sun room, adjacent to the living room, is ideal for aperitifs or a quiet read and leads onto the outdoor patio for dining, BBQs or lounging.
The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances one would expect, it has lots of natural daylight and is spacious enough for a serious team cook out, adjacent is the kitchen dining area, seating 6 to 8. This area features 3 sides of glass walls and leads onto the surrounding patio, this is our favorite place to enjoy breakfast.

1/4 mile driveway off the main road CT-156 and Saunders Hollow Road ensures absolute calm and total privacy.
Outdoor parking space for up to 4 cars, with one drive way towards the main entrance and another driveway on the patio side for flat level entry into the house.

Separate office area if you must catch up on emails, although wireless is available throughout the house and the outdoors.

Unplug, disconnect and rewind! Charming studio accommodations - three minute walk to Long Island Sound and the mouth of the Connecticut River. A bird watcher’s paradise with two active osprey nests in view of the cottage with many more among the estuaries. Enjoy the sunset over the Saybrook lighthouses, listen to the ospreys calling, watch the tide rise and fall.
Studio cottage with fully equipped kitchen, full bath with laundry and comfortable living area. Heat or AC keeps you comfortable, but so do the breezes off the water. Sit back and watch the world go by; launch your boat to kayak along the shoreline or canoe the Back, the Black Hall, and Lieutenant Rivers; bicycle along the coastal roads of southern Connecticut. TV and Internet are not currently available; cell phone service allows connections to the outside world if you need to.

If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with incredible water and natural landscapes, you have found it. This is the perfect location surrounded by nature.
This two-bedroom cottage is located on a private, historic family estate, and offers acres of open land with views of the Long Island Sound and the mouth of the Connecticut River, Saybrook lighthouses, marshes and coves teeming with birds including Osprey, Heron and Egret. There is access to private beaches on the Long Island Sound (a 5 min walk) where you will often be the only people you can see. If you enjoy photography, this is one of the best locations for unique photos and memories.
Cottage details: The cottage was fully renovated in 2023 with all new appliances, has a second story balcony and an outdoor stone patio. It has full baths on both the 1st and 2nd floors and a washer and dryer on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house has both heat and AC. Pillows and blankets are supplied at no charge. There is a pull-out couch in the living room. Please supply your own sheets and pillowcases for the twins and king bed, or bedding can be provided for a fee. No smoking allowed in the house. The normal rental period is for a minimum of 7 days during the high season (June-Sep), check in is 4:00 PM on Saturday with check out at 11:00 AM Saturday.
Old Lyme environs: There are plenty of things to do in the Old Lyme and surrounding area, with unique shops and art galleries. Old Lyme is a central location for many activities. Nearby are rivers and coves convenient for kayaking and sailing. The Mystic Seaport is a short distance away, as are Gillette's Castle, the Essex Steam Train (and boat ride), Devil's Hopyard Park, the Florence Griswold Art Museum, the Godspeed Opera House for summer shows, Chamard Vineyard, golf and fine dining (The Griswold Inn in Essex) and the best pizza, ice cream, and grinder shops in New England. Peace and quiet are the watchwords on this private lane.

Welcome to a beautiful and newly updated retreat in a cozy beachside community. Tucked into a quiet corner, you will only be a short walk to Soundview Beach, restaurants, ice cream, and the historic Old Lyme Carousel. Includes everything you need for a beach day - towels, chairs, toys, and a caddy! Great for a relaxing and comfortable stay on the charming shoreline of Connecticut.
THE SPACE:
Guests have access to the entire home inside and out, including a large and inviting teak outdoor dining table that comfortably seats 6. In addition, there is a lower level patio with ample seating to relax- a bench with a built in table for food, beverages, etc. There is a teak sectional couch and coffee table as well as a grill and chiminea. In-ground solar lights surround the patio, creating a warm and inviting environment. There is an outdoor shower next the deck which is wonderful for showering off after a long day at the beach. A few outdoor games are provided as well, including volleyball, badminton, and cornhole which you can play in the small grassy backyard.
This cozy cottage feels open and spacious with an open floor plan and beautiful beams accentuating the ceiling. The living room is a serene space, with a sofa and 2 comfortable lounge chairs to relax in. In the cabinet below the tv, you will find games, books, and art materials for rainy days or evening entertainment. Included in the space is a round pedestal table that seats 4, and a breakfast bar in the kitchen that seats an additional 2. The large and spacious kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a meal, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.
You will find the washer and dryer in the kitchen as well. A bonus sunroom off the front of the home adds even more seating, with a wicker chair and sofa for you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. There are hooks located on the wall of the sunroom for guests to hang their towels from the beach, and a basket on the floor to grab fresh towels from.
There are 2 bedrooms total, with 1 queen bed downstairs and 1 queen bed + 2 twin beds upstairs. Each bed contains soft, 100% cotton sheets and 2 pillows per person along with a light duvet and extra blanket at the bottoms of each bed for nights that may get a little cooler. Dressers and a wardrobe are also provided.
The bathroom includes bath towels, makeup towels, a vanity mirror, and in-shower shampoo/conditioner/body wash in case you forgot to bring some along. As mentioned in the listing description, we'll provide you with everything you'll need for the beach including beach chairs, towels, toys, and a beach wagon.

During the summer season, grounds maintenance may be conducted by personnel during standard business hours. In the winter months, snow removal services are provided. Residents may be requested to reposition vehicles as necessary to facilitate snow clearing operations.

This Lyme barn features a 30'x 50' second floor loft style open floor plan designed as an artist live/work retreat space and studio.
It is nestled amongst woods, fields and a nearby brook in a small rural hamlet whose history boasts of the original Sterling City. Renovated from a cattle barn into a net zero solar powered peaceful haven, guests can enjoy rare quiet with minimal light pollution.
It includes a full size Murphy bed, an IKEA Hemnes day bed that can be used as a twin or opens into a king in the main living space, and a full futon in the studio side that doubles as a couch and full bed. The two spaces are divided by sliding doors that can be left open for the full open space or closed for more privacy, separating the living space from the studio.
With WiFi, AC, 55 inch wall TV and a washer/ dryer, guests can relax and unwind in this delightful space that sits high in the trees surrounded by foliage and porches on the North side and East end. The full bathroom is equipped with a wardrobe for hanging closet space and a full ceramic tiled tub and shower. All kitchen amenities are brand new, energy efficient and chosen for their low sound output. Decor is original art and a blend of modern and vintage.
The studio side has a large work table that can double as a dining space, several side work tables, a double pull -out futon and half bath.
The first floor of the barn retains the original barn's character, with stalls transformed into maker spaces, including a ceramic area with pottery wheels, large work tables and a printmaking space.

Guests traveling with families are welcome. To ensure the safest and most comfortable experience, the maximum occupancy is 2 individuals, inclusive of children over two years of age. Kindly note that the premises are not child-proofed, and child locks, gates, and monitors are not provided.
A pack-n-play travel crib, accompanied by sheets and mattress protectors, is available for guest use, typically found in the closet. If any of these items have been utilized during the stay, please leave them visible upon checkout to facilitate sanitation.

This property maintains a strict no-pet policy based on owner allergies.
SEPARATE REGULATIONS GOVERN SERVICE ANIMALS:
Guests intending to reside with a service animal are required to provide advance notice prior to booking so that the relevant service animal regulations can be furnished separately.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM daily.
AMENITIES:
We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.
CONSUMABLE AMENITIES:
Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and coffee/tea are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
INTERNET SERVICE:
Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support. No refunds are issued for internet service problems.
PARKING:
Parking is always at your own risk and if ever street parking => Always park in the direction of traffic and be mindful of fire hydrants and designated no-parking zones that are not part of this rental.
SECURITY:
Please lock up behind yourself including the windows. The front door may auto lock after several minutes provided it is fully closed and an audible noise will be heard during the auto lock process.
Cameras are located outdoors in parking and arrival areas only.
We contract with a 3rd party monitoring company for monitoring critical safety systems. Do not tamper with, remove, deactivate or otherwise alter any smoke, carbon monoxide detectors, temperature monitoring devices or exterior security cameras.
EXTENDED STAYS:
For extended stays, refuse disposal is facilitated by designated trash receptacles located at the parking area exit. Residents may be requested to assist in repositioning receptacles for collection, or alternatively, personnel will relocate them as required by the specific location.
During the summer season, grounds maintenance may be conducted by personnel during standard business hours. In the winter months, snow removal services are provided. Residents may be requested to reposition vehicles as necessary to facilitate snow clearing operations.

The space
This is an early Eric Block designer building, built in 2017 before he got locally famous. I think it was designed to be Your Old School Dream Airbnb.
There is a large open great room with a 6-seat dining table (but we can get you more chairs honestly), a daybed couch that is a trundle bed, two armchairs, floor pillows, and a TV on a desk. There is a propane stove, many windows and a large ceiling fan, stained glass window and lamps. French doors lead you to the kitchenette with a fridge, hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, hot water heater, pantry, etc.
To the left, a small bedroom with a twin bed, bookshelves, and a lovely work-from-home office desk complete with monitor, EMF protecting salt lamp. There is another sleeper mattress rolled up under the bed in case you have extra people. To the right down a little hall, you will find the full bathroom complete with shower, and then you will find the master bedroom with a double bed (an an extra air bed in the closet), and large sliding doors. Through the sliding doors is a deck overlooking a private yard with firepit, with nature all around. There is another deck on the other side of the great room. Sleeps 6, air bed would allow for one or two more people in a pinch.

The whole space is for you, the back yard is your space. Please do not bother the two beehives at the back corner of the property but you can look at them from a safe distance. Our home is in front, so we hope you respect our privacy and boundaries and don't wander into our shed or into our part of the yard past the chickens. New fencing coming soon!

First floor king bedroom suite in Ludington House, a historic home centrally located in the charming village of Old Lyme. Perfect for couples. Luxuriously appointed with California King bed, spacious kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance. Private porch with view. Close to restaurants, beaches, art galleries and museum. Located in stunning historic mansion (location of film "Christmas at Pemberley Manor" 2018). Sorry - no pets, it will not work with our own pets. Guests must be 21 plus.

This riverside houseboat is truly is a hidden gem. Enveloped by stunning views and leading out to Rocky Neck, it offers a mix of adventure and serenity. Our houseboat is located on private family owned marina down a hidden private road. Being a small marina gives us the ability to still enjoy the peacefulness of the river. The house boat over looks the Four Mile river with calm currents that lead out Rocky Neck State Park and the Long Island Sound. If needed the houseboat renters are able to take advantage of the marina and can use one of the boat slips as well as our kayaks and paddleboards.
We have a newly built full bathroom in our container trailer located close by the house boat with full shower toilet and vanity.

The cabin is located in a lake community and is as unique as it gets. The building itself is from the early 1900s, hand built - with actual logs from the property. We have worked hard to preserve the amazing structure, while adding all the modern amenities you would expect. It’s easy to spend hours looking at the hand hewed beams, or the decor which seem to excentuate all the character the cabin has to offer. We purchased the cabin as an escape from busy life, and it’s just that. We spent a lot of time and money making this retreat what it is today. The space
The apartment is the first floor of a 3 story cape and is very private - your access is via the rear of the house and there is very little visibility to neighbors on either side. The four mile river runs through the backyard and attracts wildlife such as a variety of birds, chipmunks, rabbits, deer, woodchucks, and turkeys. The hot tub is also located in the backyard, and though technically shared with the owner it will almost always be available to you. The yard also has a fire pit and a ping pong table, and we provide games such as bocce and cornhole.
The sliding glass door that is your private entrance opens into the bedroom which then leads into the fully equipped kitchen and living area. If you have additional guests staying on the pullout couch in the living area you can close the french doors to the bedroom area, but they will need to cross through this area to exit the apartment or use the bathroom. The queen bed has canopy curtains if desired for additional privacy.
Within the bathroom you'll find your standing shower and your private sauna which easily accommodates two adults.
Your full kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for cooking - pots, pans, knives, plates, utensils, etc. There is a microwave, a toaster, a full sized refrigerator, and a range and oven. We include two varieties of whole bean, locally roasted coffee, a coffee grinder, and a Braun coffee pots to make your mornings delicious and enjoyable.
As for entertainment, the living room features a large television with multiple streaming services preloaded and a surround sound setup. There's also a TV positioned right next to the bed on an articulating mount that can swing to any viewing angle you'd like, also loaded with the same streaming services.
If you'll be working on your stay, there is a dedicated workspace as you enter the apartment. The desk and comfortable work chair are equipped with a large monitor and USBC hub that is also connected to an external keyboard and mouse, so you can simply plug the USBC cable into your laptop and you'll have a second monitor and a keyboard and mouse.
Internet connectivity in the apartment is via WiFi and is very good - the house has a 2gbps fiber connection and for the nerds out there speed tests in the apartment get 600mbps/400mbps and better - for the non nerds that's enough to stream 30 4k movies simultaneously.
Adjacent to the apartment is the laundry room which guests are welcome to use. It has quite new LG washer and dryers with large load sizes.

Our Beach House is close to the mouth of the Connecticut River surrounded by the salt marsh and at the end of our street you can see Old Saybrook lighthouses. We are located half-way between New York and Boston - a little over two hours from each city and 45 minutes from New Haven and Hartford. We are minutes away from the train station for easy travel to Boston and New York.
The New London Ferry which departs daily to Block Island and Long Island.
You’ll love our place because of its location, spectacular sunsets at the end of the street and a nature preserve in our neighborhood. Launch a Kayak and enjoy the Salt Marsh. A great place to come relax and unwind. Just simply a tranquil unique place.
The house is fully equipped just bring your food and clothes and you'll be all set to enjoy. A bright 1,038 Sq Ft duplex ranch style house. The right side of the house is the airbnb. The space is a 2 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full size bed, 1 large bathroom with all of the appliances including a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, paper towels, dish detergent, sponge. Also the house is equipped with fabric detergent and softener and cleaning supplies, everything you would have at home.

The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a remarkably comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress, organic bedding sheets/duvet/blankets, a cloud-like mattress topper, and comfy pillows for a fantastic night's sleep. Hartman Park Woodbridge Woodlands, Young and Beebe Preserve Loop is a 6.1-mile moderately trafficked loop trail near Old Lyme Ct. that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is best used from March until November.
Nayantaquit Trail is a 4.4-mile moderately trafficked loop trail near Old Lyme Ct that features beautiful wildflowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers several activity options and is accessible year-round.

This is a cozy but comfortable space with many rooms having original wide plank pine floors.
The dining area has a small table set up for
two guests but can be pulled out and set for four people.
The living room has two love seats, coffee table and TV above the fireplace. Note that the fireplace is nonfunctional at this time. There are also plenty of books and games to enjoy. The windows in the living room have top down/bottom up shades allowing for both privacy and light.
The kitchen is well equipped and we are adding things all the time! It has a brand new electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, variety of k-cup coffee and tea, non-dairy creamer, French press, pots and pans, cooking utensils, wine glasses…etc. We have it stocked with paper towels, cleaning supplies, napkins, salt, pepper, sugar, and olive oil. If you need something and you can’t find it just ask! Please note that there is no dishwasher.
In the basement of this 1837 colonial we do have a washer and dryer that you can use. If you prefer there are several local laundromats.
The bathroom has just been completely remodeled and has a nice shower with tile walls and a pedestal sink. We do provide towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, luxurious bamboo sheets, blanket, comforter, plenty of pillows and
blackout shades. You will also find a good size bureau, closet, ironing
board, iron and two robes to enjoy!
The second bedroom has a daybed and pull out trundle, luxurious sheets, pillows and blankets. You will also find a desk in this room making it a perfect office for a summer away from the city. It also has blackout shades.
The large outdoor stone patio has a comfortable seating and dining area that looks out over the large lawn and small river. Part of the patio is shaded by a beautiful pergola covered in Wisteria. You have a gas grill and a large storage box to keep the patio cushions dry.
Down by the river you will find a wood burning fire pit and picnic table.
We are a pet friendly rental for those with dogs that are well behaved and comfortable traveling.
We have two dogs and live in the unit next door. We do our best to keep them quite while guests are occupying the property but you may be able to hear occasional barking.
Please be aware that we are in a village setting located on North Main Street and the house is set close to the road. You can hear traffic but the speed limit is 25 mph and it does get very quiet at night.
We are here to answer any questions so feel free to reach out.

You will have access to the whole guest house, patio and large yard. We are on almost 2 acres and have a small river in our backyard. There is also a fire pit down by the river. Our two resident dogs have access to most of the property but there is an area of the yard along with the guest parking area and the guest house that they cannot access.
If you are bringing your pet you must keep them on a leash at all times and keep them in the designated guest areas for the safety of our dogs and yours.
If you want to explore the property but aren’t comfortable with dogs please let us know and we will try to arrange dog free time.

This home has a lot of light throughout. Even in overcast and rainy days, you'll feel like you are partially outside as the light fills the space. Most of the windows are uncovered with no blinds, including in the bedrooms, so if you like to sleep in PLEASE BRING AN EYE SHADE. But if you love to wake up to spectacular sunrises, you will be very pleased in the mornings as all of the 3 bedrooms have river views.

I have multiple security cameras on the outside of the house and in the basement (that is off-limits to guests). These are exclusively used to monitor the entrances and driveway while no one is staying or to check up on things in case of an incident or emergency. I respect the privacy of all my guests and will not save or view footage unless there is cause for concern.

> - There are some documented current stains in the upstairs carpets that couldn’t be removed from previous pet visits. Please communicate with me if any mistakes happen. If I have to call in a carpet cleaner I will ask the guest to pay for it.
> - Please pick up after your dogs in the yard and make sure there is no dog poop also left near the borders of the lawn, driveway, etc. The smells can linger for months.

> - Do not leave your dog outside while unsupervised, even if he or she is on a lease. There are many wild animals in the neighborhood that may present a problem with your pet.
> - Kindly wipe off your pet's paws when coming back inside on damp and rainy days when they walk through mud and puddles outdoors. Please also clean up pet tracks, leaves, and dirt that they otherwise track inside. My housekeeper spends many hours cleaning after guests check out and pets can sometimes add an additional 2 to 3 hours to that time. If this is the case, I will add on an additional pet cleaning fee. Normally, I won't do this—only if there's excessive dirt, hair, or smell left from your pet.
> - Do not allow your pets to sleep in the beds, especially if they are wet or dirty, as the smell can be very difficult to remove.
> - Use only the towels that are designated for pets to clean and dry your pets after cleaning them. Do not use any other towels for your pets.
> - The neighbors are used to a quiet neighborhood and I will certainly be hearing from them if your dog barks excessively. **Please keep your pet happy and entertained while staying at my home. I'm a huge animal lover and want your dog or cat to enjoy your visit as much as you do.

Please note that guests will need to navigate down six steps to access the semi-basement apartment.
Although guests will have a private entrance and complete privacy, there is a family with young children living on the property and you will likely hear them or see them while you are staying in the rental. We keep all noise at bay until 9:00am. After that time, you may hear the pitter patter of footsteps. We have never had any noise complaints as we do our best to be respectful of our guests.
There is a strict NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy on the property.
We have cameras on the exterior of the house to monitor package deliveries.
