The lodge backs up to a 2000 acre park called Warren Dunes that runs along Lake Michigan. The lodge is on the North end of the park with no parking lots on the lake so it is very private. The beach trail starts a few houses down at the end of Floral Lane. It is a beautiful hike to the beach over the dunes. The rooms in the lodge all open to a 66 foot long by 10 foot wide screened porch that houses the private hot tub and access to fenced yard and patio with fireplace pit. Also WBFPL in LR.

House could use a deep clean, I wasn't by any means uncomfortable, but the inside of the drawers were dusty and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower didn't feel clean enough to use, luckily I brought my own. The deck off the kitchen overlooks the beautiful park like backyard, which has a grill, fire pit, and hot tub. Private location, plenty of space indoors and out!

Please note that this is the upper level of our bi-level home, with a private entrance. We will not be renting the lower level during your stay, so you will have the property to yourself and will not have to share any amenities.

We all love our pets and hate to leave them behind, so we welcome up to two well-groomed pets as long as guests agree to follow our pet rules. As a courtesy to future guests that may have severe allergies to pets, we DO NOT allow pets on the furniture or bedding, and guests must clean up any additional shedding. Pet's must be crated when left alone. Guests must pick up after them outside. We charge $50 Per pet. Please let us know if you'll be bringing a pet.

This metal sided lodge with a metal roof was once offices for a construction company. The owners happened to be our landlords when we rented their cottage across the field. We fell in love with the 2000 acre park behind us and wanted to create our own space.

Since we renovate homes for a living, we were able to collect a lot of items along the way that didn't fit someone else's vision for their new space. There was also the mismeasured door or cabinet or window that needed a new home. All of these lovely items found a new home in our converted structure.The screened porch was a covered dirt floor for lumber. Our great room was a garage and the bedrooms were offices.As you can see from the pictures, it has come a long way.

It is hard to get the experience of feeling you are a million miles away from everything unless you take out a second mortgage on your home and head to the Polynesian Islands. Fortunately for us, we found this crown jewel of a 2000 acre park called Warren Dunes on the lake one hour and twenty minutes from Chicago. We are on the North end of the park away from the main entrance so it is like owning your own private estate on the lake. We hardly run into a soul all year round. Since we can not enjoy all the time ourselves, we decided to share the secret with you..

This private, spacious 5 bed/3 bath bi-level home sits on 2.5 acres. Located approximately 200 yards from the main road, giving you total privacy to completely relax! Grill, soak in the hot tub, or sit by the fire pit in our large backyard, park-like setting. Also, gives kids a perfect place to play!

Our 3300 sqft home has a Master Suite with private bath, sunken tub, and walk-in closet on the main level. Two additional bedrooms, second full bath, huge living room and kitchen are also on the main level.

The lower level has two bedrooms, media room, kitchenette, and bath with shower. One bedroom has a king size bed, and the second room has a double over double bunk, single over single bunk, and a single twin bed (sleeps 7 guests). The perfect set up for families traveling with kids!

This is a gorgeous, newly renovated home with a ton of great amenities! Everything in this house was renovated in 2022, including the floors, HVAC, kitchen, bathroom, patio, new fire pit, all appliances, and all new furniture! - "We were a blended family of Grandparents, 2 sons, a daughter-in-law and twin 9 year old grandsons. There was plenty of room for everyone to have privacy and for gathering together. Inside and outside it is a wonderful home and in a beautiful setting. It's very woodsy, making it a little difficult to see the lake, but boy could you hear it! So soothing. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive throughout our stay. Other guests mentioned mosquitoes being bad, but we never had a problem with them. As stated in the house info, the internet and cell service does come and go, but it usually worked just fine for us and was not a problem. We loved our stay at Bridgman Dunes and would return in the future!"

Until the neighbor removes the trees, we are unable to repair the section of fence, so please be aware and keep an eye on any children or dogs traveling with you accordingly, to avoid them unexpectedly getting out.

Check-in is at 4PM or after by Smartlock and check-out is at 10:00AM. Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am out of respect for our neighbors.
- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of safely.
- There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
- The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
- For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin.
- If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.
- It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Hot Tub Rules
-Please shower before and after using the hot tub to protect linens.
-Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injury.
-Local ordinances require the hot tub cover be replaced and securely strapped when not in use to prevent entry by young children and to keep it heated.
-Spa cover is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.
-Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 F
-No glass in or near hot tub
-No jumping, diving or pets
-Limit your hot tub time to 15 min and cool off before using again. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
-Warning: Please consult a physician before using if you are elderly, pregnant, have diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, any illness or if taking prescription medications.
-Please do not use hot tub if you have diarrhea or any disease transmittable by water.
-Do not use under the influence of alcohol or narcotics. -No children under the age of 12 should use the hot tub, they are much more prone to overheating.
-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

- No lifeguard on duty
– Swim at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool, including the backyard.
- No running, pushing, or rough play in or around the pool area.
- No diving or jumping into the pool.
- No glass containers in the pool area – Use plastic or shatterproof alternatives.
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM – No swimming outside of these hours.
- Proper swimwear is required – No cut-offs, jeans, or street clothes.
- Please shower before entering the pool to remove lotions, oils, and sunscreen.
- No pets allowed in the pool or pool area.
- Keep the pool area clean – Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
- No smoking in or around the pool area.
- No excessive noise or loud music – Be considerate neighbors.
- Maximum occupancy of 8 in the pool area must be observed.
- In case of emergency, call 911 and notify the property manager immediately.

- Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.
- No video productions without written consent from property owner.
- Wooded areas and areas outside of the immediate lawn may contain poison ivy. Please stay in yard for your own safety.
- The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith.
- Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will.

In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10pm-8am out of respect for our neighbors.
- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of safely.
- There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
- The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
- For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin.
- If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.
- The twin beds (triple bunk) are for children only. No one over 12 (or above 120 lbs ) is allowed on the top bunk. Combined weight for bunkbed should be no more than 250 lbs between bottom and top bunk.
- It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Pool Rules:

- No lifeguard on duty
– Swim at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the pool, including the backyard.
- No running, pushing, or rough play in or around the pool area.
- No diving or jumping into the pool.
- No glass containers in the pool area
– Use plastic or shatterproof alternatives.
- Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM – No swimming outside of these hours.
- Proper swimwear is required – No cut-offs, jeans, or street clothes.
- Please shower before entering the pool to remove lotions, oils, and sunscreen.
- No pets allowed in the pool or pool area.
- Keep the pool area clean
– Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
- No smoking in or around the pool area.
- No excessive noise or loud music – Be considerate neighbors.
- In case of emergency, call 911 and notify the property manager immediately.

Hot tub Rules:

- Please shower before and after using the hot tub to protect linens.
- Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. We are not responsible for accidents or injury.
- Local ordinances require the hot tub cover be replaced and securely strapped when not in use to prevent entry by young children and to keep it heated.
- Spa cover is not designed to support weight. Please do not stand or sit on hot tub cover.
- Do not enter if the temperature is above 104 F
- No glass in or near hot tub
- No jumping, diving or pets
- Limit your hot tub time to 15 min and cool off before using again. Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness or fainting.
- Warning: Please consult a physician before using if you are elderly, pregnant, have diabetes, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, any illness or if taking prescription medications.
- Please do not use hot tub if you have diarrhea or any disease transmittable by water.
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
- No children under the age of 5 should use the hot tub, they are much more prone to overheating.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

- Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket.
- No video productions without written consent from property owner.
- Wooded areas and areas outside of the immediate lawn may contain poison ivy. Please stay in yard for your own safety.
- The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith.
- Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will.

The house is beautiful and we all loved the pool!" - "Not Quite as Advertised – Some Major Letdowns OutsideWe recently stayed at this property and, while we were able to enjoy our time and make great memories as a family, there were several aspects of the listing that were unfortunately misrepresented.The biggest disappointment was the pier/dock shown in the listing photos. In reality, it was dilapidated, unusable, and unsafe for fishing or any activity. The pond, which looks well-maintained online, was overgrown with weeds and clearly not being cared for. Similarly, the fire pit area shown in the photos—with wooden posts and a neat setup—no longer exists in that condition. The fire pit was not maintained and completely unusable during our stay.Landscaping around the property, especially in the front, was neglected. Weeds and overgrown bushes covered the sidewalk and front steps, which gave a very unkempt first impression. Additionally, all the trash bins were full upon our arrival, leaving us nowhere to dispose of our own trash throughout the stay.Perhaps most concerning was the wooden deck in the backyard. It had nails sticking out, creating a very unsafe environment for our children.On a positive note, the interior of the home was beautiful and clearly very well cared for. It was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The host was responsive, stayed in regular communication with us, and was receptive to concerns we raised during our stay.With some attention to the outdoor areas and an update to the listing "

Very spacious retreat for extended families and large groups! Located within a few miles of the local beaches, wine trails and craft breweries, there's definitely something to please everyone in your group. A portion of the backyard is fenced in and safe for kiddos to play games, or even set up your own slip and slide. There's also a splash pad at Lake Charter Township park about a block from the house, and you don't want to miss the massive sand dunes at Warren Dunes State Park.
The entertainment room and hot tub are to die for! Enjoy the evening stargazing in the hot tub, sitting around the fire pit, shooting a game of pool, or just hanging out at the bar in the entertainment room watching your favorite sporting event. There will be a netted gazebo installed by the hot tub this spring.
There are three bedrooms on the main floor, and two bedrooms in the finished basement. There's also a pull out sofa bed in the bonus room, and a queen and king inflatable mattress for extra sleeping options if needed. There are two full bathrooms on the main floor inside of the house, and one located off the entertainment room.
Bridgman has a lot of great restaurants from high end to pizza or burgers, as well as mom and pop diners. Roma's Pizza is the best! I also love the Navajo Bar and Grill. You can sit in the casual bar area or in the fine dining area. They serve everything from burgers to fresh fish, and usually have specials during the week. Hardings local grocery store in within a few miles from the house.

House recently rehabbed & updated throughout with new kitchen & bath. A short drive directly east of the property, you will find the great vineyards of MI wine country.

This home utilizes solar power to reduce its carbon footprint. It has a great layout, is quiet and overlooks a beautiful property with tall trees and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Queen and king bedrooms on main floor, along with a separate dining room, bathroom, living room and kitchen with all new appliances. Large upstairs space with queen bed, and additional tv & sofa area. Excellent home for entertaining, cooking, or just relaxing with family. Depending on the time of year, we occasionally get some ladybugs and stinkbugs in the house. Being in the SW MI country, this is common for the area.

The entire home is yours to enjoy. We ask that guests park their cars outside the main back door entrance or on the parking pad by the garage. The barn and garage are currently not available for use. The kitchen has all the essentials to make your own meals, and the dining room is very spacious for you to enjoy. We have a basket of beach toys and a couple beach chairs you are welcome to use. We recommend bringing your own beach towels. Fire wood for the fire pit can be purchased at the local grocery store, a mile away.

THE SPACE
From the moment you walk into this dreamy vacation home, you will feel swept up in the richness and attention to detail everywhere you look. While the wine fridge near the kitchen is locked for the owner's use only, there is an empty wine fridge in the laundry room for your use!

If you or any of your group fancy cooking, standing with a delicious beverage in hand around the center island of the fully equipped Chef’s Kitchen can certainly become a regular pastime. Besides being spacious, sleek, and having all top-of-the-line appliances, it’s well-lit, stocked with the essentials, and, yes, also shares those great views! Another treasured place to mingle, dine, or just chill out is the excellent 3-season room, with plenty of seating and, with three walls of windows, a spectacular vista.

Downstairs, there’s a large, comfortable family room with another flat-screen TV and cushy seating, plus games and beach towels galore. And yes, you guessed it, more lake views.

In each of the 6 super-comfy bedrooms (one is being used as an office but has a daybed), we use only high-quality bedding and linens to ensure a cozy, sound sleep. Additionally, they all have stylish décor, great lighting, and lots of storage space.

There’s also lower-level outdoor seating beneath the main deck, with easy access from the downstairs family room. And anytime you want, you and your guests have just a short walk down to the beach to enjoy its crystalline sand, clear waters, and storied shoreline! So while you’ll be staying in a fantastic vacation home with your own superb back-door access to Lake Michigan, you’re also near some other excellent beaches – including popular Weko Beach, which connects with Warren Dunes State Park for 3 consecutive miles of beach. There are also a wide variety of cultural activities and restaurants in Bridgman (21 restaurants and 4 breweries within 3 miles, plus Pebblewood Country Club, a distinguished public golf course) or antique shopping and the art district of the Harbor Country town of Harbert, just a short 10-minute drive away. Similarly, since you’re a quick car ride away from New Buffalo, there’s plenty of water-related fun and adventure afforded by the region’s largest recreational harbor – boat, jet-ski, kayak, canoe, and paddleboard rentals, as well as fishing excursions and day and evening cruises – plus all sorts of woodland, lake, and riverside parks with hiking and biking trails galore. The many popular restaurants, galleries, and boutique shops of downtown New Buffalo are just a hop, skip, and a jump away.

The lodge backs up to a 2000 acre park called Warren Dunes that runs along Lake Michigan. The lodge is on the North end of the park with no parking lots on the lake so it is very private. The beach trail starts a few houses down at the end of Floral Lane. It is a beautiful hike to the beach over the dunes. The rooms in the lodge all open to a 66 foot long by 10 foot wide screened porch that houses the private hot tub and access to fenced yard and patio with fireplace pit. Also WBFPL in LR.

THE SPACE
Warm and welcoming, the main living spaces at Hearth and Timber strike the perfect balance between relaxed comfort and refined design. Plush seating invites late-night chats or movie marathons, while the fully equipped kitchen, with its spacious island and forest views, is perfect for preparing group meals. Tom, the property caretaker, helps maintain the pool area and typically clears leaves every other day. Guests are also likely to be welcomed by Moka, Tom’s gentle and beloved dog, who roams the grounds freely. A senior pup with a calm spirit, Moka often waits near the driveway or front door to greet new friends. He is not a stray and is welcome inside the home. If preferred, Tom is happy to keep Moka leashed during your stay—just let us know.

I back up to a 2000 acre park called Warren Dunes that runs along the lake. The trail starts two houses down at the end of the lane. It takes five minutes to walk to the top of the dune where you see the lake and another ten to the waters edge. It is like a stair master coming up but it is a gorgeous hike. If you prefer there are two parking lots on the beach, a mile half South through main entrance to Warren Dunes and the other two miles North at entrance to Weko Beach. Thus private house has 1000 square feet plus a 500 square foot screened porch and private fenced yard and patio with fire pit. All of this space is private to my guests.

We love the privacy of our location while still only being ninety minutes from Chicago. When we hike the dune down to the beach trail on the Northern end of the park, it is deserted. You feel like you landed on your own private island. Dogs are allowed with $30 per dog per stay with maximum of three

This is a fabulous opportunity to get away to a secluded beach house just an hour and a half from downtown Chicago. The house is less than 500 yards from a semi-private beach and has a lovely screened-in porch- that overlooks a pristine dune forest. Going to the beach is the most popular activity, but fruit picking, biking, hiking, golf, tennis, and go-carting are also available nearby.
The house sleeps 8-10 people, in a quaint retro setting.

The space
It is a simple 4 bedroom, one and one half bathroom summer house built the mid 1960’s. It hasn’t changed much since then and vacationers should be prepared for kitschy design and the lack of modern amenities, like air conditioning and laundry. The house has a lot of character, but also a lot of quirks, like a sliding glass door that sticks in the rain. There is ample parking, a full kitchen w/electric stove, two grills- one at the beach and one at the house, a stereo, and a projector with an HDMI connection, and beach gear galore. The screened in porch overlooks the dune and it very private. Its true value lies in its privacy and peaceful surroundings.

The space
Unique green home that utilizes solar power to reduce its carbon footprint. Home has a great layout, is quiet and overlooks a beautiful property with tall trees and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Queen and king bedrooms on main floor, along with separate dining room, bathroom, living room and kitchen with all new appliances. Large upstairs space with queen bed, and additional tv & sofa area. Excellent home for entertaining, cooking, or just relaxing with family. Depending on the time of year, we occasionally get some ladybugs and stinkbugs in the house. Being in the SW MI country, this is common for the area.

Entire home is yours to enjoy. We ask that guests park their cars outside the main back door entrance or on the parking pad by the garage. The barn and garage are currently not available for use. The kitchen has all the essentials to make your own meals, and the dining room is very spacious for you to enjoy. We have a basket of beach toys and a couple beach chairs you are welcome to use. We recommend bringing your own beach towels. Fire wood for the fire pit can be purchased at the local grocery store, a mile away.

Other things to note
SW Michigan is home to numerous award-winning wineries and tasting rooms. This house is located on Lemon Creek, which is directly on The Wine Trail. Down Lemon Creek, you will see numerous farms growing wine grapes, apples, and hops for the nearby wineries and breweries. We highly recommend checking out Tabor Hill, Round Barn & Dablon Vineyards & Winery. There are many events, and even hiking trails connecting some of these vineyards, all just a short drive from the house. Lemon Creek Winery is also a fruit farm with a variety of family-friendly events, hayrides, and you-pick apple and peach orchards.

This is a gorgeous, newly renovated home with a ton of great amenities! I back up to a 2000 acre park called Warren Dunes that runs along the lake. The trail starts two houses down at the end of the lane. It takes five minutes to walk to the top of the dune where you see the lake and another ten to the waters edge. It is like a stair master coming up but it is a gorgeous hike. If you prefer there are two parking lots on the beach, a mile half South through main entrance to Warren Dunes and the other two miles North at entrance to Weko Beach.

Large fenced in backyard is great for kids, and has a gas BBQ and solo stove for nightly cookouts and campfires. The heated 30 ft in-ground pool has an automatic cover and will be open Memorial Day through the end of September. Pool has a maximum depth of 5'5". Sliding glass door from kitchen opens to blue stone patio with campfire seating and picnic table. Pool deck has 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas.

House sits on three acres with a small wooded area behind the fenced in yard, and large front yard, plenty of space to unwind!

House has a mudroom and attached garage with ping pong table inside. You will have access to the entire house and property. Please note, there is a small shed in backyard that will be closed and locked. The large driveway is plenty of space for parking. Several beaches are a short 5 to 10 minute drive including Warren Dunes and Weko Beach. Sawyer Market and Greenbush are a 7 minute drive. Downtown Bridgman is also a 7 minute drive. Wineries are about 15 minutes away. Super great location for exploring everything in SW Michigan!!

We absolutely love dogs but due to allergies can only allow well behaved hypoallergenic dogs like poodles, doodles and the like. Please inquire if you would like to bring your fluffy friend.

The space
We outfitted the home for personality and comfort with art from independent artists, playful themes for the bedrooms, Silk & Snow mattresses, Oeko-Tex bedding and towels and non-toxic body products. The vaulted living room captured our hearts as the perfect gathering space and the new electric fireplace, Bluetooth speaker and piles of books set the mood for relaxation.

The main floor houses the connected living/dining/kitchen areas, three bedrooms (two with queen beds and the other with two twins), a powder room and full bath with a tub/shower combo. All rooms have central heat and air conditioning for your comfort.

The climate controlled basement features laundry and a stylish family room with a fold-out Crate & Barrel sofa with Saatva topper for additional sleepers, record player, sound bar, TV with DVDs, streaming and DDR for movie nights and a charming game table. It's the perfect spot to spend your evenings or a rainy day.

The kitchen is stocked with all you need to create delicious meals – new appliances, premium cutlery, stainless steel cookware, spices and oil and vintage tableware. Bar tools and glasses are provided for those that enjoy a craft cocktail, and local coffee, a Fellow kettle, French press and electric coffee maker are available for your morning brew.
