The only small thing they needed to add was a bath mat for the tub, it was very slippery, and maybe a small step stool for shorter people to reach some items in the cupboard. I'm only 5'4". - "This property was at most the horrible experience. Property is not at all where it states on the website. When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. We stood for a week and they came at the second to last day of our stay. It was cold every morning and the windows were patched with garbage bags. Everything was prone to disconnect from walls such as everything in bathroom. In addition to paying for the stay they tried to charge me $59/per person per night. Everything was communicated but ignored. I even took pics and videos. In return I was giving a late check out with no charge so far who knows."

- "The apartment was clean, suited with the appropriate basic kitchen and linen items you would need to get along day to day. The way the apartment is fitted, there's tons of room for your stuff. The A/C, heat, water pressure in the shower are all fantastic. There are 2 large closets to hang clothes. The building overall is safe. There is a childcare center on the 2nd floor that is mostly under control. This apartment is on the first floor with 5 stairs to reach the apartment. The terrain of the area is made up of hills. The street is on a hill and the adjacent avenue is on a hill. There is anything you could need within a few blocks but right across is a Dollar store that really offers everything and an amazing hair salon along with laundry service. The neighborhood can get loud but there's fans within the apartment that drowns out all that or turn on one of the huge fantastic televisions in the place. Mr. Lambert is a fantastic host and always available for questions and to help out with any apartment problems.Truly a gem. "

- "I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I personally did not feel comfortable there, but she keeps a nice and clean rental and can be a perfect place for a short vacation."

Welcome to The Big Apple. My house is located Hunter Point peninsula, walking about 8 minute takers you to the 6 train subway stop, the tran puts you into the center of Manhattan within about 35 minutes. The laundry mart is two minutes away from here.
This room is newly renovated with a twin sized bed it is perfect for singer traveler I prefer that you make booking a month first if you like here and fit in here. You would extend the other days..

This room has a twin size mattress good for singer traveler or more than one person stays an extra mattress available if needed. I provide clean sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival.

Guest should feel free to make themselves at home and use the kitchen to save on restaurant money. Three food markets & a laundry mart are the corner from my house.
Keys will be provided for the front door and the individual room.

The room in the middle is the smaller room in the apartment but is a very comfortable one.. It's well equipped to make guests feel welcome: a twin size bed, a closet, a TV set, a drawer, a night stand an iron, and an AC unit for hot summer days. All this room needs is you. Come and share this apartment with two other guests or perhaps 4 more, but so far this has never been the case. Read my reviews to get a better idea of this listing.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus).

If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

This room is suitable for a single person only as the bed is twin size. The room has a desk, a mirror, a dresser, a small refrigerator, a TV set, an AC unit, a ceiling fan, an iron, and a closet. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms to be shared with its two occupants and one other guest.

** Kitechen access is limited to the microwave, Keurig coffee maker and filtered water in the kitchen refrigerator and sink filter. Filtered water in the sink is is on the left side on the sink faucet.
