Ideally located one block up from 26th Ave beach and conveniently centered in Santa Cruz from Capitola to downtown Santa Cruz and the World famous Beach Boardwalk. This sweet beach home beckons visitors to relax in a peaceful atmosphere. Fall asleep to the sounds of crashing waves and wake up to the scent of the ocean. Guests can walk or bike to many desired places around town and avoid the hassles of driving and parking. Guests love staying in our friendly neighborhood, walking, playing at the beach, watching surfers and abundant wildlife just off our shoreline.

This is a comfortable, dual-level, family town home situated 1 block from the beach at Rio Del Mar … just far enough to feel peacefully apart from the crowds, but an easy amble to the beach. This popular beach runs south of Santa Cruz and boasts miles of sand and a variety of restaurants. There is also a shopping center with a major grocery store; sundries and hardware store and other shops and restaurants nearby. A 2 minute walk takes you to the Seacliff State Park and Beach with BBQ and picnic areas, fishing pier and walking path.

Pick your relaxation - sit and sip on the deck while watching the activity at one of the Santa Cruz area's favorite beaches, or gather the beach chairs (provided) and the kids to enjoy being outside on this beautiful, long, wide, setting where the ocean meets the land!

Upstairs is the living area with a front room, kitchen, eating counter, and half bath. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. The entire house has been renovated with granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, new kitchen appliances, cabinets, and amenities. Very clean and comfortable. Just the right size, not too big, not too small!

Picnic table on the deck along with a gas barbecue. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the other has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top. Cable Flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD, Free WiFi. Shower outside in the carport for getting the sand out!
