This comfortable 2 bedroom,1 1/2 bath lake front home offers a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains, private dock, and hot tub. Sleeps 6-7 people comfortably. You can fish, swim, or bring your boat. Full kitchen, so bring your food or maybe go out to dinner at one of the near by restaurants . Located only a couple miles from public lands where you can use your ATV, snowmobile, go hunting, biking or hiking.
There are two towns within 10 miles which offer great ammenities such as; grocery stores, restaurants (Sports bar, Mexican, gourmet pizza, fast food), gas stations, espresso stands, hardware stores, bars, 18 hole golf course and a casino among many others. Welcome to Waitts Lake Vacation Rental .Open all year ! The water is very shallow where the house is located and swimming is not advised. However boating small fishing boats or kayaks are fine .. absolutely no diving as the water is only about 4 feet deep at the end of the dock.

This two-bedroom two bath home feature's granite counter-tops and cherry maple cabinetry. Leather two seat sofa, bar stools and small table for Playing games . Fresh linens-Washer Dryer-Towels-Micro-Coffee Maker-Wi-Fi Starlink. This is an A-frame home with large windows and a nice deck . The house is shielded with trees and offers privacy from the lake . However, the dock and water is only about 20 feet away . The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed.
If you wish to BBQ I do have a propane BBQ
There are two resorts on the lake, Winona North great for swimming and fishing.
There is a small Grocery store within three miles of the cabin.

The lake isn't huge and has quite a bit of boat traffic - I like that this place is closer to the less inhabited side of the lake - we thoroughly enjoyed our water time as well. The water leading out to the end of the end of the dock is very shallow and looked like it would be mushy/muddy, but we just put our boards in at the end of the dock and it worked wonderfully for us. We loved this place and would definitely stay again!"

Are you tired of the hustle and bustle of city life? Need to get some fresh air? Then head to Chewelah and stay in Mid-Mountain Cabins' quaint, cozy cabin nestled in the woods five miles up Flowery Trail Rd. We are one of the closest lodging to 49 Degrees North Mountain Resort just five more miles up the hill. 49 Degrees has a variety of beautiful trails for all ski levels, as well as showshoeing and cross country trails. We offer Stay and Ski Packages onsite for discounted lift tickets as well as two extra sets of snowshoes for our guests to use free of charge. During the Spring and Summer months, staying with us will put you within 25 minutes driving distance to three separate incredible golf courses in our area. Not to mention we also have Stay and Play package deals with Chewelah Golf & Country Club so ask us about those specials. You will also find hiking trails of all levels in and around our property.
Our vacation rental cabin was renovated in 2016 with beautiful wooden floors throughout the entire cabin and added bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom area features a custom-made queen size log bed made personally by David with logs from our property. We also have a sleep nook that is a huge hit with the kiddos, as well as a futon chair that folds down into a twin size bed. The bathroom has a vanity top, shower, toilet and is fully stocked with towels, hair dryer, soap, and shampoo as well as luxury robes for our guests to use during their stay.
Our large open kitchen has beautiful cabinets and features a cute breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffeepot, small refrigerator, stovetop, crockpot, cooking pans, as well as all the kitchen utensils, plates, and cups you will need for a wonderful stay.
The cabin has a 48 inch LCD TV with 200+ DVD library, Netflix movie access, and various PlayStation 3 games as well as various board games & cards. Free WI-Fi is available. Most cell phone connections are available on the property.
While we love animals, we currently do not allow pets in the cabin. Please also note this is a NON-SMOKING rental cabin and we do live on the property.
We invite you to come and enjoy our cabin for all seasons in the Chewelah, Washington! In the evening, you will find we sometimes playing good ole country music in our saloon. With a quiet family-oriented setting, you will have a wonderful stay at Mid-Mountain Cabins whether you are skiing down the slopes, hiking a trail around the area, playing a round of golf, grabbing a bite to eat at one of our fantastic restaurants in Chewelah, or relaxing in the cabin. Sunset Loft is a 1000 sq ft open floor plan with one bedroom with a Queen bed, full kitchen (including a 1 day basic breakfast kit), wood burning fire heater, one bathroom with a custom stone tile shower, vaulted living room with a new La-Z-Boy Queen sofa sleeper couch and TV, and separate office space. We also have available an inflatable electric over sized twin mattress and 2 twin folding mattresses available upon request. Balcony overlooks large marsh/bird sanctuary and partial lake views with wonderful sunsets. Back porch/deck has extra firewood and a BBQ grill.

The Cozy Clifftop View is dog friendly & nestled on 40 acres surrounded by trees and fields. This secluded atmosphere will help you unwind and relax after a day of shopping locally or experiencing the many outdoor activities the area offers. There is a private propane fire pit and 2 chairs for enjoying the view when weather permits.
You'll stay will consist of a private bathroom on the second floor above a detached garage has a stand-up shower, sink, and toilet. The space comes standard with queen bed to sleep 2 comfortably. For those traveling with friends, parent, children or an additional guest, we offer 2 folding twin beds with 5" mattress and a pack n play. (Must request additional beds during booking and allow us time to set it up) Guests with children, please be aware the property is on a cliff/hilltop. The property is not fenced. Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. Host is relieved of all responsibility.
The room has a small kitchenette area has SS refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster for your convenience. Please note this is NOT an apartment. It does not have a stove for cooking hot meals. We offer occasional snacks such as protein bars, popcorn, and/or oatmeal to get you through your first night. We include coffee/filters, tea, and creamer. We have excellent well water which you can obtain from the bathroom sink for drinking/coffee or bring your own. Guests are not required to wash their dishes. Host provides a tote for the dirty dishes. For guests staying long periods, we ask that you place them in the tote & leave them at the bottom of the stairs when you need them washed. We will return them ASAP.
In the rear of the unit, there is a propane grill and a propane firepit for your evening enjoyment during Spring to early Fall. (Seasonal) We are a pet friendly family and offer our booking to those traveling with dogs. Sorry but we cannot accommodate cats at this time. Please let me know if you are bringing pets. Pets will be billed an extra $25 per stay. Failure to notify host will result in a $50 additional fee for cleaning. There are no fences or confinements for pets. Pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets and keeping their pets safe and on the premises. Cleaning up after your pet is appreciated. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET IN THE UNIT UNATTENDED. Leaving your pet is not permitted.
Wi-Fi is available for streaming to a Smart TV. Factors associated with small town/rural area will affect the availability and you will experience buffering or no internet at all. Guests will be provided an uncovered, private parking site close to the entrance. It is located to the left of the two-car garage. We can accommodate an additional vehicle if notified of the need.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Our property is located approximately a mile off Farm to Market once you turn in Iverson way. You will drive through our neighbor's yard about halfway up the driveway. You will climb 400 feet to the top! The view is worth the drive. We’re excited to have you as our guests. This is a rural mountain area and appropriate transportation is required especially during adverse weather. Guests assume full responsibility for the ability to navigate rural areas. We do try to keep the road plowed during winter but we do work full time so it may not be plowed until the evening. Please plan appropriately for adverse weather conditions. Occasionally, we do experience power interruptions. Host is not responsible for acts of nature that may interrupt your stay. We will do anything we can, within reason, to ensure you have a relaxing 5 star stay.

A short walk from beautiful Waitts Lake, this duplex offers an exceptional modern design with some warm rustic touches. Enjoy the many amenities this property offers from the fully stocked kitchen, to the personal and custom outdoor fire pit with rock seating area! Grab one of our included campfire forks and make some s'mores with the family! This space also includes a 55" TV with DISH programming for those rainy days or cozy evenings indoors. Enjoy the included 4 burner BBQ and included beach towels as well! Fantastic for summers on the lake or ice fishing in the winter! Parking is provide next to each side of the duplex units. Only 2 vehicles are permitted to park per duplex unit. You are able to park a second vehicle behind the first but not in front the other duplex.

For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or payment app that starts with a V from the local resort host.
The Neighborhood:
This unit is part of the new Waitts Lake Resort. This unit will share all resort amenities at no additional cost. Quiet time for the resort is from 11pm to 8am so please be respectful to your neighbors.
Other Things to Note:
For those guests that want to bring a boat to the lake please know there is $20 dollar per day boat launch and mooring charge. It is collected by cash, check, or Venmo from the local resort host.
We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

We do not live onsite, however, the resort is managed by a camp host that can address any immediate issues or concerns. Any additional assistance can be obtained by reaching out via phone or text message.

Lake home with 150 feet of lakefront with a private dock. Room to park several cars. A beautiful partially covered, partially open deck. Full kitchen. The first bedroom is downstairs and has a king-size bed and gorgeous view of the lake.
The second bedroom is also downstairs and has a queen-bed and a futon with another fabulous view of the lake. The loft has a queen bed, 2 full-size beds, a futon that folds down and amazing views of the lake and lots of extra room.
The main floor includes a living room and dining room with open concept and more huge windows to see all the activities on the lake. It also includes a kitchen with the basics and half bath. The deck is large on the south side of the house with outdoor furniture and also runs along the front of the house with chairs and small tables to sit out and enjoy all the lake has to offer.
A private dock is included with ample space to tie up a couple boats, canoes or kayaks. Swimming is great right in front of the house as is the fishing. Fish can be caught right off the end of the dock. There is a yard between the lake and the house with a fire pit. 3 kayaks Are available for your use.
The house is located 6 miles from the Chewelah Casino, 10 miles from the town of Chewelah, 20 miles from 49 degrees North ski and snowboard area, 14 miles to the Chewelah Golf and Country Club's 27 hole course and 45 miles to Spokane. Some ice fishing in the winter. Hunting nearby.

Beautiful view from the rental and the docks. Very clean units. Great fishing dock, swimming area, grassy area for shade and games, beach area and firepit. Coin laundry in basement, $1.50/wash $1.00/dry. The check in process was easy, communication with owners and on site property manager was also easy. No wifi so come prepared for that. We brought our own lawn chairs as we inquired before hand and there are not any (we used for sitting on the dock and fishing and also the grassy area for shade.) The units are very clean and nice. We did not have plans for cooking while there so cannot comment on those amenities. The AC is great. The beds are very firm, so also be prepared for that. Would it keep us from coming back, absolutely not. Thanks for a great stay for my husband, myself and our 15 year old!"

The amenities with the hot-tub, Alexa music, the lake, the gas range stove, the amount of towels, the spice rack, the comfortable bed, the BBQ, the large TV for movies, the list could go on with how well equipped they made they made the home. It’s clear the owners took their time with this property. We will absolutely be back to experience the beauty of this place. Large Farmhouse located in Chewelah minutes to downtown and 14 minutes from 49 North Ski Resort. The house has plenty of sleeping options: 4 queen beds, a double full bunk and triple twin bunk. It has plenty of living space with large sectionals on both floors, and kitchens, baths and laundry on each floor. Full outfitted kitchens, comfy memory foam mattresses, games and large screen TV's will make for fun times. Recreation opportunities abound, with mountain biking trails, the ski resort, local lakes and access to the Columbia River within a half hour's drive. Local pubs, a brewery and grocery within five minutes drive. 10 minutes to the casino, 15 minutes to the golf course. Parking on site for boats and RV during your stay.

The Clifftop View is a dog friendly hideaway nestled on 40 acres surrounded by trees and fields. This secluded atmosphere will help you unwind and relax after a day of shopping locally or experiencing the many outdoor activities the area offers.
Recently updated, offering a comfortable queen size bed and private bathroom on the second floor above a detached garage. Two folding twin beds with 5inch foam mattress are available upon request. The space comes set up to sleep 2 for immediate occupancy. If the twin folding beds are needed, additional time will be required to make the unit available. Guests will be provided additional linens, blankets and pillows for no additional charge.
The small kitchenette area has a SS refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster for your convenience. Be aware, this is NOT an apartment. It does not have a stove for cooking hot meals. We offer occasional snacks such as protein bars, popcorn, and oatmeal items to get you through your first night. We include coffee/filters, tea, and creamer. We have excellent well water which you can obtain from the bathroom sink for drinking/coffee or bring your own. Guests are not required to wash their dishes. Host provides a tote for the dirty dishes. We ask that you place them in the tote. In the rear of the unit, there is a propane grill and a propane firepit for your evening enjoyment during Spring to early Fall. (Seasonal)
Guests with children, please be aware the property is on a cliff/hilltop. The property is not fenced. Guests are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children. Host is relieved of all responsibility.
We are a pet friendly family and offer our booking to those traveling with dogs. Sorry but we cannot accommodate cats at this time. Please do not let your pets sleep on the bed(s). Pets will be billed $25 extra per stay. Failure to notify host will result in a $50 additional fee for cleaning. Pets are NOT to be left alone in the rental. There are no fences or confinements for pets. Pet owners are responsible for keeping their pets safe and on the premises. Cleaning up after your pet is expected.

Our property is located approximately a mile off Farm to Market once you turn in Iverson way. You will drive through our neighbor's yard about half way up the driveway. Follow the gravel drive to the top! We’re excited to have you as our guests.
Please note this is a rural mountain area and appropriate transportation is required especially during adverse weather. Guests assume full responsibility for traveling in rural area. We do try to keep the road plowed during winter but we do work full time so it may not be plowed until the evening. Please plan appropriately.

Dell's Cottage sits fairly close behind the original 1890's farmhouse on 3 acres. It is just a few short miles from the small quaint town of Chewelah, 45 min north of Spokane and about 20 miles south of Colville. Just a few miles up Sand Canyon is the beautiful Chewelah Golf Course and Rusty Putter Grille and small airport. The cottage is also approximately 25 minutes from 49 Degrees North Ski Resort.
The space
The Cottage is just under 600 square feet and has been recently completely remodeled. Guests can pull right up to the door and park under the carport. Dell's Cottage is part of an old dairy farm and current residence of our daughters family and their dairy goats. It is currently a working farm and the larger farmhouse sits just beyond the cottage.

There is a separate driveway to the cottage from the main farmhouse off Sand Canyon Rd just north of Dutchman Way. Guests can park in the driveway or in the carport but not on the lawn.

If we have heavy snow 4 wheel drive is required to get to our driveway until the plow truck comes through.This only happens a few times a year. And usually only lasts an hour or two. We keep our driveway plowed during daylight hours.

Experience life on a sustainable homestead! Your home away from home is a spacious yurt that comfortably fits a family or group of 3 (up to 6 if you bring sleeping bags). It has a full kitchen, half bathroom, dining area, queen size bed, sofa, desk, and wood burning stove. Right outside your doorstep is a private sauna and shower where you can relax after enjoying the great outdoors!

The yurt can get quite warm during the day in July and August but cools to 50s/low 60s at night.
The space
Our 40-acre property is located on a hillside with picturesque scenes of pastures, valleys, forests and mountains. You can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sunset from the property.
We raise sheep, chickens, and geese on our farm, all of which are free-range, so you might find them roaming outside your front door. Sustainability is important to us. The farm, including the yurt, is completely solar powered. Water comes from our well and heating is from wood sourced locally.
Guest access
You'll have full access to everything inside the yurt, including kitchen essentials to make your own meals and we will provide wood for your fireplace to keep you toasty and warm. The sauna is also for your use and it is conveniently located right next to the yurt.
A note on the bathroom: you have a small half bathroom inside the yurt with a sink and bidet, but no toilet/shower. The shower is located inside the building where the sauna is, and you can use the bathroom that is on the side of the cabin near the driveway. It has its own private entrance and is only a few steps away from the yurt.
Other things to note
As we are in the country it can get quite dark at night. You may wish to bring a few flashlights with you to make navigating in the dark easier. We will provide a loaner flashlight if you don't have any.
Winter Notes:
* The yurt is moderately insulated but requires a regularly running fire to stay warm. We are supplying the firewood and supplement the wood burning stove with an electric space heater. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive so we can get the space warmed up ahead of time for you. At night it is suggested that you keep the stove going so that the yurt will be warm in the morning.
* During the winter the yurt does not have running water available to the kitchen or the bidet, as the pipes are not yet winterized. We provide plenty of clean drinking water from our well in 5 gallon carboys for your drinking & cooking needs. There is also a large pot of hot water on the wood stove so that you can wash your dishes effectively. There is hot running water available in the detached bathroom.
* The shower has hot water available but the room is not heated. If desired the shower room can be heated by coordinating your sauna session before your shower.
* Please bring plenty of warm clothes including lots of layers so you can stay warm and comfortable as you explore the farm and surrounding areas! Bring slippers for indoors where we ask your shoes be removed and a headlamp for walking to the bathroom,
* If you plan to walk around the farm some areas are likely to be wet or muddy so you may want to bring appropriate boots or shoes.

Our vacation rental cabin was recently renovated in 2016 with beautiful wooden floors throughout the entire cabin and newly added bathroom and kitchen. A small electric fireplace (as well as two base board heaters) gives the cabin a warm, cozy feeling.
The bedroom area features a custom-made queen size log bed made personally by David with logs from our property. We also have a sleep nook for small children as well as a futon chair that folds down into a twin size bed.
The bathroom has a vanity top, shower, toilet and is fully stocked with towels, hair dryer, soap, and shampoo as well as luxury robes for our guests to use during their stay.
Our large open kitchen has beautiful cabinets and features a cute breakfast bar that is fully equipped with a coffeepot, small refrigerator, stovetop, crockpot, cooking pans, as well as all the kitchen utensils, plates, and cups you will need for a wonderful stay.
The cabin has a 48-inch LCD TV with 200+ DVD library and various PlayStation 3 games as well as various board games & cards. Free WI-Fi is available. Most cell phone connections are available on the property.

We are one of the closest lodging to 49 Degrees North Mountain Resort just five more miles up the hill. 49 Degrees has a variety of beautiful trails for all ski levels, as well as snowshoeing and cross country trails. We offer Stay and Ski Packages onsite for discounted lift tickets as well as two extra sets of snowshoes for our guests to use free of charge.
During the Spring and Summer months, staying with us will put you within 25 minutes driving distance to three separate incredible golf courses in our area. Not to mention we also have Stay and Play package deals with Chewelah Golf & Country Club just 10 miles away so ask us about those specials. You will also find hiking trails of all levels in and around our property.
In the evening, you will find we sometimes gather around the campfire while David plays the guitar singing good ole country classics. We hope you will consider this an open invitation to join us and know that you might just find the fixin' of smores available for roasting!

This is a great space for a romantic get-away, or add on the adjoining room and make this a great family vacation spot! The main apartment has a full kitchen, walk-in shower and master bedroom with a king size bed. You can add on the additional room (our Queen Suite) making the space a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite. Use the kitchen to cook or BBQ in the yard with the view of the mountains!

This is a secondary unit on our property - the Chewelah Motel and RV Park. This unit is not connected onto the main motel, but off to the right heading back towards the RV Park.

Guests are welcome to pick fruits from the orchard, walk the RV Park loop at sunrise to enjoy the view or enjoy the shade from the trees located all over the property.

We love dogs! But we do have to charge a cleaning fee for them. We charge $20/night, per dog. If you are on an extended stay, we do offer a discount - just ask! Dogs must remain on a leash, unless they are in one of the two dog parks.

The space
Our hope for The Farmhouse is that it will be an escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. We want to give you a place to relax, get into nature, and slow down a little.
The entire house has been renovated from floor to ceiling. We kept the old charm, but made it a cleaner, comfier place to stay. We have modern amenities like heat, running hot and cold water, a toilet, electricity, etc. but the house does not have air conditioning or WiFi (although cell phone reception is very good). You will not be missing the WiFi though, as there is so much to do up here! Activities to enjoy on the property include:
Going for a hike up into the hills.
Birdwatching using the bird ID books and binoculars provided.
If they’re in season, picking some pears, plums, apricots, or apples.
Reading a book on the back deck and enjoying the sunset.
Cozying up in the living room and watching a movie (we have almost 200!).
Spending some quality time doing a puzzle or playing a board game.
Hanging out by the campfire and gazing at the stars on a clear night.
We are also conveniently located just a few minutes off of US-395. We are: 5 minutes from Mistequa Casino, 10 minutes from downtown Chewelah, and 20 minutes from Granite Point Resort and 49 Degrees North.

We are currently renovating the barn, so in order to ensure our guests’ safety, we ask you stay out of it at this time. However, please still walk over and take a look inside!

A note on our water:
The water source feeding The Farmhouse is a mountain spring, just like when it was built over 80 years ago. We have upgraded and updated the original system, but the water has a high iron content, so it still has a metallic taste/smell and can have a slight yellow hue. The water is potable and safe, this is just very common for spring and well water. We have provided a water cooler with hot and cold filtered water if you’d prefer to avoid the metallic taste. Our boho studio is connected onto our small motel, located right off of the main road. This studio has a queen size bedroom with a 55” SmartTV and USB plug ins. The kitchen has full size appliances and fully stocked with dishes. The living room has a cozy sofa and additional 55” SmartTV. This unit has 2 entry ways, one into the kitchen, one into a large mud room, perfect for storing snow gear! The mud room is also large enough for a twin size air mattress if you need to sleep an extra person!
The space
Located on our property is 8 motel rooms, a studio apartment, a secondary rental unit, a cottage, our family home and an RV Park at the back of the property. There is something for everyone! We are located right off the main road and easy to find, close to a laundry mat, restaurants and so much more. You can really enjoy the small town feel here, surrounded by mountains, trees, the railroad and directly across from an old mill.

Guest has the entire apartment unit to themselves. The mud room in the unit can even sleep another person if guest brings an air mattress or cot. There are two dog parks available to use and guests can help themselves to the orchard trees.

The Cottonwood Creek Cabin is the perfect mountain retreat when visiting Northeast Washington. The charming town of Chewelah, pop. 2700, is a 20 minute drive away. The easy drive from the Spokane International Airport to the woods where the cabin is located will take just over an hour. You'll be able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, and watch the wildlife. The location is also a great home base to start an exciting Northeast Washington adventure.
The space
The well-insulated log-sided cabin features its own private drive and parking area. The hardwood maple floors, comfortable bedding and cozy propane-fired enameled heat stove will make you feel at home right away. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, including a gas cook-top and electric oven. The cabin features the art of several local artists, and you'll find information about each one in the Welcome Book. Special amenities include some breakfast items and coffee and tea to start your day, a Nespresso machine, French press and drip coffee maker; earth-friendly toiletries, along with comfy robes and slippers. The queen-size pillow-top bed will have high-quality flannel sheets with a down duvet in the winter months, and high thread count cotton sheets in the warmer months.
Along with the gas-fired Jotul heat stove, there is also electric heat controlled with a thermostat. In the warmer months, a ceiling fan over the bed provides a comfortable breeze.
Sit out on the covered deck in the rocking chairs and listen to Cottonwood Creek as it makes its way through the property. There are large picture windows where you might spot a white-tailed deer or a moose on the game trail that runs right in front of the cabin.

The cabin has a private fire pit that guests are welcome to enjoy. Firewood and fire-starting supplies are included at no charge.
Other things to note
The very friendly dog, Oliver, will probably greet you when you arrive, tail wagging. He is an outside dog that takes patrolling the property very seriously (when he's not napping, which is most of the time). The elderly cat, Peggy, stays close to home. There are two horses in the front pasture (quite a ways from the cabin) that mostly just eat and look beautiful.
The property location is fairly remote and is located 6 miles from a highway and 1.3 miles off the pavement on a county-service road. The owner's home is located on the property about 400 ft away from the cabin. The closest services are 8 miles away, and the town of Chewelah is 11 miles away. Winter conditions can require an all-wheel drive vehicle and/or snow tires.
Because of the rural location, it is not unusual to lose power, especially during the winter months when a snow-laden branch may fall on a power line. But don't worry! There is a flashlight and battery-powered lantern at the ready in the cabin, and the propane heat stove does not need power to operate. Doesn't that sound cozy? If it looks like the power will be out an extended time (not a usual occurrence), we'll fire up the generator.
The 100+ acre property to the west of us is fenced with electric fencing to contain a herd of buffalo that occasionally make an appearance. The buffalo are cool to see, but touching the electric fence is not so cool, so please keep your distance.

Drive right up to the front door for easy access and ample parking. Outside parking for up to 6 vehicles. No incline and only one big step up to front door and main floor. Keypad lock to enter. Code shared upon check-in.

Additional Feature: Master bedroom has grab bars next to toilet and in shower if needed - seat in shower as well. However, master bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.
Unfortunately, there is no garbage service at all in this area - odd, we know but thank you for understanding. Pack it in, pack it out. Garbage left behind will incur an additional removal fee of $200+.
Additional guest fee for more than 10 people is $25 per person, per night.
