The house is a spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom, ranch house featuring a great room with a large granite island centerpiece. The gourmet kitchen comes complete with high-end appliances, including Viking range, Fisher Paykel double oven, and the convenience of a microwave, warming draw, dishwasher and all the accoutrements you need -- this is the perfect place to entertain and release your inner foodie.
Your dining options extend outside with a large cedar 10-seat dining table on the expansive front deck overlooking the valley’s vineyards and mountains, and the back deck too, which enjoys its own views of oaks, redwoods and a recessed hot-tub. There's also an additional viewing patio just above the pool, perfect for that sunset cocktail. NOTE: Pool IS NOT HEATED NOVEMBER - APRIL

- "While the furniture in master was outdated and the flooring in master bathroom everything else was great. We had an amazing time! Thank you" - "Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 3-9) stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. We didn’t need anything - kitchenware, utensils, all things we needed to cook (except for food, oil) was there. We didn’t run out of dishes and utensils when dishwasher was running, with more than enough indoor dishes and outdoor dishes for our group to use throughout the day. More than enough cleaning supplies were there, like spray cleaner, dishwasher pods, detergent, trash bags, a vacuum cleaner. They supplied a nice set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, as well as plenty of towels. Rooms and bedding felt clean, and one of our guests even said the bed was nice and firm, unlike other places with sagging mattresses, and not lumpy pillows. More than enough space to spread out, with two very large common areas to hang out inside and out. It was HOT outside 3 of 4 days but A/C kept us comfortable inside when we needed a break from the heat. The house had some puzzles and games to keep us occupied. Best part was the outside. Pool was nice and warm, kids never wanted to get out! It was clean, with a nice shady area to sit. A lot of places to sit, nice working BBQ (with tools!), and large grassy areas to run around and play. The outdoor movie area was a huge plus! The host/manager was very responsive throughout our stay. We had some questions and a couple problems (not the fault of the house) all resolved quickly. Would definitely book again."

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
