The house is a spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom, ranch house featuring a great room with a large granite island centerpiece. The gourmet kitchen comes complete with high-end appliances, including Viking range, Fisher Paykel double oven, and the convenience of a microwave, warming draw, dishwasher and all the accoutrements you need -- this is the perfect place to entertain and release your inner foodie.
Your dining options extend outside with a large cedar 10-seat dining table on the expansive front deck overlooking the valley’s vineyards and mountains, and the back deck too, which enjoys its own views of oaks, redwoods and a recessed hot-tub. There's also an additional viewing patio just above the pool, perfect for that sunset cocktail. NOTE: Pool IS NOT HEATED NOVEMBER - APRIL

- "While the furniture in master was outdated and the flooring in master bathroom everything else was great. We had an amazing time! Thank you" - "Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 3-9) stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. We didn’t need anything - kitchenware, utensils, all things we needed to cook (except for food, oil) was there. We didn’t run out of dishes and utensils when dishwasher was running, with more than enough indoor dishes and outdoor dishes for our group to use throughout the day. More than enough cleaning supplies were there, like spray cleaner, dishwasher pods, detergent, trash bags, a vacuum cleaner. They supplied a nice set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, as well as plenty of towels. Rooms and bedding felt clean, and one of our guests even said the bed was nice and firm, unlike other places with sagging mattresses, and not lumpy pillows. More than enough space to spread out, with two very large common areas to hang out inside and out. It was HOT outside 3 of 4 days but A/C kept us comfortable inside when we needed a break from the heat. The house had some puzzles and games to keep us occupied. Best part was the outside. Pool was nice and warm, kids never wanted to get out! It was clean, with a nice shady area to sit. A lot of places to sit, nice working BBQ (with tools!), and large grassy areas to run around and play. The outdoor movie area was a huge plus! The host/manager was very responsive throughout our stay. We had some questions and a couple problems (not the fault of the house) all resolved quickly. Would definitely book again."

Breath-taking and peaceful views from the 20 acres of gorgeous property. Large open kitchen with farm table seating 12-14 people. Ideal for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops opening up to the outdoor living space with hot tub, pool table, TV room, 4 spacious bedrooms and a bonus room with bunk beds perfect for the kids. While we accept dogs, we do not allowed inside the pool area. We also ask guests to bring their own dog beds as we do not allow dogs on the beds or couches in the house. We perform rigorous inspections to make sure there is no damage or accident stains to floors, rugs or furniture.

- "My eight family members enjoyed our stay at Woodhawk very much. Working with Rob is a pleasure, as he is super responsive. The large house is well-equipped for a group, with a large well-organized kitchen and plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. Our 3 nights occurred over an extreme heat wave, so the pool was a welcome relief, even though the water was warm - the evening breeze helped. Our only concerns were that the shades for the windows near the large dining table did not function, so the sun blasted half of the table at dinner. We ate inside due to the 100 degree temperature, otherwise we would have been outside. Morning breakfasts were very nice on the deck. Also, one hallway carpet had large footprint marks on it, and one of the bedrooms with shared bath had stains on the carpet. Not exactly inviting, but also not a big deal. The electric fans in some rooms were finicky and maintaining a consistent temperature in some bedrooms was tough but we managed. The compartment that holds the pods on the dishwasher door doesn't close properly, resulting in only part of the pod being released, and a few partially cleaned dishes, even though we hand pre-rinsed them. These are more FYI comments for Rob than real complaints. Overall, we had a fun time catching up with each other and would certainly re-book."

Our guests drive through a stone gate and just a few hundred feet up the hillside to Starling's Rest. A large front deck accents the front of the home and accommodates a large table for dining.

Enter the house from the front porch and into the great room, designed for entertaining this contemporary styled area, in the heart of the house. Vaulted wood beamed ceilings, TV and sofas offer a nice conversation area. This open room connects to the modern gourmet kitchen and is one of three distinct living spaces; the TV lounge, Fireplace Lounge, and spacious dining room.

Four bedrooms and three total bathrooms are provided.

With the new modern kitchen, guests can easily prepare elaborate meals, and have lots of counter space, modern appliances, including Viking, Fischer Paykel double oven, warming drawer, large refrigerator freezer, dishwasher and 2 prep sinks. Guest bath is convenient to kitchen and a quick stop from the pool.

Exit onto the back deck for the hot tub, gorgeous in ground, solar heated pool. Thousands of starlings swirl and rest in the trees above during late fall and early winter months. Deer, quail and rabbits also live near and visit the hillside. A 7 person hot tub, and quality outdoor furniture are provided.

The vineyard views at the front of the home are perfect in the morning with coffee, juice or continental breakfast. In the evening the west facing front deck enjoys spectacular views and sunsets across the valley. And late into the evening the stars are amazing here.

- "Our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children couldn't have been more happy with this home! First off, the location was perfect, just off #101 but a million miles away as far as the area - beautiful vistas, quiet couentryside but easy access to a grocery store if you need it. We never left from the time we arrived on Tuesday until Saturday. The home is lovely and has everything our family wanted - a swimming pool, hot tub, a play structure and a huge lawn for all imaginable games. Plus the outside has a huge gas grill and two firepits and a movie screen for late night movies, not to mention the two large decks. Then you walk inside to a beautiful, well-appointed, expansive family room, and well stocked kitchen all open and so inviting. The master suite was huge and the big surprise for our 4 and 6 year old grandchildren was a bedroom with a set of bunk beds! Our host was very helpful with two questions we had and got right back to us! We are definitely planning a trip back to this location!"

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Enter into the living and dining area, where a bank of windows looks out onto valley views. In the living space, you'll find an entertainment and sitting area with 42in flat screen TV, Nintendo Wii, and a wet bar with mini-fridge.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up tasty vacation meals. A dining table with seating for four is just off the living area. You'll also find an informal dining area in the kitchen, and a full bath by the main entry.

You'll want to spend most of your time outdoors thanks to the fabulous multi-level sunset deck, which is furnished with several seating areas, a hot tub, a gas grill, and a continuous wave pool.

This house has three upstairs bedrooms. The master, with king bed, enjoys its own balcony. There is also has a full en-suite bath plus a European-style in-room sink.

The second bedroom features a full bed, while the third room is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed - perfect for kids and teens. Guests in these rooms share a guest bath on the upper level. You'll also find an additional full bath in the downstairs laundry room.

THE LOCATION

Besides having several wineries and wine tours close at hand, Cloverdale is a 31-minute drive north of the attractions of Healdsburg, home to some of the most outstanding wineries in Sonoma.

When you're ready to venture farther afield, Santa Rosa is a 45-minute drive from the house and offers a number of museums, dining spots, and attractions, including the Charles M. Schultz Museum, Safari West, the Luther Burbank Museum and Historic Home, the Russian River Park, and a number of sightseeing tours.

WiFi service is by satellite. It's okay for e-mail and blogging/web surfing, but video downloads and other high bandwidth needs may be spotty and cause a slowdown of other web services.

Pull through the gates to a parking area. As you survey the surroundings you notice the bocce court and seating area. A small deck fronts the entrance. A coded front door lock opens to an entry with bar table, and an open living room to your left. Stunning floor to ceiling windows allow amazing light and views, and sliding glass doors provide easy access to the large deck beyond. To your right a modern and updated kitchen has gas range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and plenty of counter space for groceries and meal prep. Just beyond is a dining table for eight guests.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up tasty vacation meals. A dining table with seating for four is just off the living area. You'll also find an informal dining area in the kitchen, and a full bath by the main entry.

The space
Located on a sprawling 16 acre property where the owners also live; the Airbnb home is completely private and at the top of 1/4 mile gated driveway, not visible from the owner's home. No shared amenities except driveway.

This property is located just minutes away from Dry Creek & Alexander Valley Vineyards & walkable to quaint downtown Geyserville.

There is also a separate cabin on the property which can accommodate an addition 2 people. Lets us know if you'd like to rent that as well.

The space
Nestled in the hills of Cloverdale, this stunning home offers 20 acres of private, serene landscape in Alexander Valley, perfect for those seeking tranquility and privacy. Just five miles from downtown Cloverdale, this property features expansive grassy areas ideal for outdoor activities, and a hilltop gazebo with breathtaking views of Alexander Valley.

The home is designed for entertainment and comfort, boasting a large open kitchen with a farm table that seats 12-14 people, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The living space extends outdoors to include a hot tub, pool table, and a TV room. It accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 spacious bedrooms, a bonus room with bunk beds ideal for kids, and 4.5 newly renovated bathrooms, including a luxurious master bath and an additional en-suite bedroom.

Outdoor amenities include a 20 x 40 foot pool with an 8 x 8 spa, both solar-heated for a resort-like experience. Please note that the pool heating is dependent on unobstructed sunshine and may not be sufficiently warm if temperatures drop below 72 degrees Fahrenheit.

The property accommodates up to 10 guests. For larger gatherings, prior approval from the host is required.

While dogs are welcome, they are not permitted in the pool area, and guests are asked to bring their own dog beds as pets are not allowed on the furniture. We conduct thorough inspections to ensure no damage or stains to the property.

Guests can access any parts of the property within the property boundary for their enjoyment. Lots of picnic spots and mini hikes. Please do not trespass into the neighbors' yards or tamper with any installations such as electrical panels; solar panels, water wells or any other infrastructure used to run the house.

A Modern Riverfront home on the Russian River. 3 bdrm and 2 ba, with wifi and streami available. This is a spot at which you will want to enjoy the river, deck, fire pit, bocce court, BBQ, and hot tub. It's like your own mini resort! This area is where star gazing is amazing against a darkened sky. You may catch wildlife dart by, egrets diving for a fish, geese or ducks floating by, turkeys visiting, fish jumping for flies and other insects all a part of this beautiful landscape.

The space
Pull through the gates to a parking area. As you survey the surroundings you notice the bocce court and seating area. A small deck fronts the entrance. A coded front door lock opens to an entry with bar table, and an open living room to your left. Stunning floor to ceiling windows allows amazing light and views. The sliding glass doors provide easy access to the large deck beyond. To your right a modern and updated kitchen has gas range, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and plenty of counter space for groceries and meal prep. Just beyond is a dining table for eight guests.

Down a small hallway to your right are two guest bedrooms each with queen bed, sharing a full bathroom. Upstairs is a landing/workspace area and the main bedroom, which is ensuite offering a walk-in shower.

The property stretches from valley floor to a ridge, sandwiched between vineyards, and offers dramatic views clear across the valley and features an in ground solar heated pool (Solar is turned off November through April). A large outdoor deck with hot tub and propane grill and play area on a beautiful green lawn.

The space
Starling's Rest is located in northern Alexander Valley, Cloverdale/Asti and sits on eight acres of hillside overlooking Alexander Valley's vineyards and redwoods. The property stretches from valley floor to a ridge, sandwiched between vineyards, and offers dramatic views clear across the valley and features an in ground solar heated pool, large outdoor deck with hot tub, porch cinema and propane grill, and play area on a beautiful green lawn.

Starling's Rest is the perfect retreat at the end of a busy week, with Healdsburg, Geyserville, and Windsor only a 15–20-minute drive, along with Coppolla Winery Resort, Sonoma Lake for boat rentals, the Russian River, wineries, restaurants and Anderson Valley (famous for Pinot and apples), and of course the vineyards and wineries of Sonoma County.

Our guests drive through a stone gate and just a few hundred feet up the hillside to Starling's Rest. A large front deck accents the front of the home and accommodates a large table for dining.

Enter the house from the front porch and into the contemporary style great room designed for entertaining and is the heart of the house. Vaulted wood beamed ceilings, TV and sofas offer a nice conversation area. This open room connects to the modern gourmet kitchen and is one of three distinct living spaces: the TV lounge, Fireplace Lounge, and spacious dining room.

Four bedrooms and three total bathrooms are provided.

With the new modern kitchen, guests can easily prepare elaborate meals, and have lots of counter space, modern appliances, including Viking, Fischer Paykel double oven, warming drawer, large refrigerator freezer, dishwasher and 2 prep sinks. Guest bath is convenient to kitchen and a quick stop from the pool.

Exit onto the back deck for the hot tub, gorgeous in ground, solar heated pool. Thousands of starlings swirl and rest in the trees above during late fall and early winter months. Deer, quail and rabbits also live near and visit the hillside. A 7-person hot tub, and quality outdoor furniture are provided.


The vineyard views at the front of the home are perfect in the morning with coffee, juice or continental breakfast. In the evening the west facing front deck enjoys spectacular views and sunsets across the valley. And late into the evening the stars are amazing here.

Immerse yourself in Sonoma County wine country from an idyllic hilltop retreat. This Dry Creek Valley gem offers unparalleled mountain & valley views, and all the amenities for 6-8 guests. Winding garden paths lead to 3 intimate bedroom bungalows, each with its own full bath. Gather at the main pavilion to cook in the ultimate chef's kitchen, or sip wine from the infinity pool deck, complete with hot tub, woodfired pizza oven, & grill. Picnic under the old oak tree amongst the 10-acre vineyard.

The space
Nestled on the hilltop of oaks and cyprus trees, the Main Pavilion includes the kitchen, dining table area, and sitting area with a fireplace. The adjacent bath house includes two half-baths, a shower room for the pool, and laundry facilities. The primary bungalow includes the primary bedroom with full bath, yoga/reading room and a separate den with large screen TV, desk, and sleeper sofa.

Each of the two additional bungalows include their own full bath, seating area with TV, outdoor private deck, and kitchenette with coffee maker and mini refrigerator. Bungalow 2 has been completely renovated to include an updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bungalow 3 can be arranged as 2 twins beds or 1 King bed. The property sleeps 8 total.

Hike the 10-acre vineyard or 90 acres of mountain trail that are on property. Feel free to pick fresh herbs, fruits and veggies from the gardens for cooking and enjoyment.

There is a friendly vineyard cat at the property that may come to visit you during your stay. He is fed daily by the manager and should not be fed by guests.
