This is a comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood. There are walking trails through out the neighborhood and this home is steps away from Foothill Regional Park and hiking. Across the street are tennis courts, community pool and hot tub. A variety of eating places are just 5 minutes away as well as lovely shops.

Windsor is located about an hour north of San Franscico. There you can enjoy all the sights without having to pay high city prices to stay there. Located in east Windsor is Foothill Regional Park. This wilderness park is located in the foothills of Sonoma County's Mayacamas Mountains and features nearly 7 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. Healdsburg, California is located 10 minutes north of Windsor and has a diverse array of fun things to enjoy as well.

The resort features a nice deck or patio. The outdoor pools and spa are heated and open year-round. A Children's pool and play area are conveniently located. Movie rentals are available as well. The resort has limited parking therefore they cannot accept RV’s. Many local activities are available to be enjoyed year-round.

Worldmark are the nicest units of any resort or hotel in town. There are many different types of units and dates available. All units are frequently refurbished and modernized. The buildings all have elevators.

Enjoy all Windsor and the surrounding area has to offer, then retreat to your fabulous condo. Even though daily housekeeping and room service are not available, a full kitchen with basic necessity’s is. Linens and towels are also provided. Check-in is 5 P.M. plus or minus an hour. Checkout is 10 A.M.

Rooms are assigned at check-in, and no substitutions from your original reservation are allowed. All bookings are done through the owner and not the resort so they cannot extend your stay or refund for leaving early.

Wyndham does run your credit card at check-in for a $250 security deposit. It is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or charges. This usually takes up to 5 business days to process.

Occupancy of is strictly enforced at resort and Wyndham counts all persons regardless of age as a guest, including infants. If you plan to have guests visit you during your stay, be sure to ask the front desk if that is allowed.

The home is shared with one timid Shiba Inu. She spends most of the time with me. I ask that you keep your door closed during your stay to prevent her from wandering in. It is ultra-important that you keep the door from your room to the main house closed while entering and exiting, as she will run if she gets outside.

This GREAT Windsor listing has a 2-night minimum. Located only 4 miles from the new Russian River Brewing Company; 6 mi. to the Healdsburg Plaza; 7 mi. to starting point for Santa Rosa's Ironman. Bring your bikes and store in attached, secure garage. Or you can walk 1/4 mi. to Foothill Regional Park (271 acres) and hike the trails up to 3 lakes. There are 3 popular wine valleys (with over 260 wineries) located just north of here. *Be assured that your privacy is my "main concern"!

My explanation: Private Room means you'll be renting the one bedroom + full private bath + reasonable use of the rest of the house and garden (all as shown in listing pics). What it doesn't mean is that you'll be renting the "entire homeplace" -- with only you and your party in attendance.

If you are coming from San Francisco Airport or Oakland Airport, I recommend you take Sonoma County Airport Express Inc.

It is very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. This way you can rest through the stressful traffic coming out of the city and travel in the carpool lane which is much quicker. It will take you to the Sonoma County Airport where you can rent a car or take an Uber/Lift or taxi.

This beautiful, brand new studio is attached to a single family home. It's located in the adorable town of Windsor right at the foot of Foothill Park where great hiking and biking trails are available. It is just a 5 minute car ride (10 minute bike ride) to Windsor's downtown and a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Healdsburg. It is also within minutes of multiple wineries and lovely vineyards. It is less than 10 minutes from the north end of Santa Rosa and 15 minutes to downtown Santa Rosa.

This cozy studio is attached to a single family home. It is a lovely, modern and clean private space with all the comforts you need for a great weekend wine tasting or exploring Sonoma County. Private bath with twin sinks, new 40" flat screen HD TV, and has lots of closet space and is across from a safe, well maintained park. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and other room has queen size sofa sleeper. There is an adjoining wall to main house. Private patio in rose garden setting.

The space
This 2 room suite is located near vineyards across from a well maintained park. On the corner of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the heart of Sonoma wine country, it is walking distance to the town green. Enjoy sitting on the patio watching hot air balloons in the morning. Beautiful hiking and walking trails abound in the nearby parks. Close to dining in the historic town of Windsor.

Hot air balloons go up and the morning and you can watch them from the patio. Just a pleasant thing to do while having coffee.
The summer starts all the day on the greens Thurs evenings 6-8 (other days also check on internet) with bands and the farmers markets on Sunday 10-1pm. and Thursday 6-8pm . Lots of fun activities going on this summer. Hot Air Balloon festival in July.

This GREAT Windsor listing has a 2-night minimum. This is a Queen bed, comfy foam mattress and "bed bug" free linings and definitely cleaned to Covid standards.
There is also a 2nd room with Twin beds that, upon request, may be slid together to create a Queen. However, when only one room is requested, the other room is never rented out so you have your own bath. There is one (1) in-house resident (the host) living on this property.
Host is very conscience of your privacy and concentrates on giving you your privacy most of the time. Host is available if needed for any sightseeing advise or any household needs.
Guests have access to all areas noted by the pictures, including the kitchen, work space area, backyard hot tub etc without ever sharing with other guests. (washer/dryer available for 5 or more days booked and requested)
