Located along the Russian River between Guerneville and Healdsberg, this home will allow you to get away from it all while being close to all the things you want to do. Walking distance to Mother's Beach. Just about two miles from the nearest wineries and a short drive to Healdsberg or Guerneville.

With two bedrooms and two baths the home is ideal for two couples but will sleep 6 comfortably, 4 in two queen sized beds and 2 on a fold out air mattress sofa or 2 in a daybed with trundle located in the master (best for kids). We are limited by the county to 6 guest.

There is a gourmet kitchen with electric appliances including a dishwasher that is well stocked enough you can cook Thanksgiving dinner.

We have a 6 person hot tub on the deck under the redwoods and stars at night.

Internet/Wifi is strong and was clocked at 258Mbs with Mesh Router that reaches the far ends of the deck.

Please note there is a small owners unit on site below the house you are staying in and it is occupied at the will of the owner, has a completely separate entrance and will not intrude upon your experience or privacy above. Also there is no central air conditioning but nights are usually cool and we do provide fans. We do have a Nest Cam that covers the parking area

In the event that due to circumstances beyond either of our controls (fire/pandemic/etc.) and we are not able to host you due to county or state orders, we will fully refund your stay per the VRBO agreement if you are inside the cancellation window. If it is too close to your stay, we will refund the cleaning fee and 1/2 of your stay. We will hold the other half as a credit towards a future stay of your choice when the home is available.

In the heart of the Russian River Wine Valley -The Attic at the Red Chateau is located on the top floor of an old river cottage with a private entrance. Upon entry, you feel as if you have stepped into a charming tree-house in the woods. With over 600 square feet (plus a generous sized sun deck) ) , and modern amenities, the space boasts unique angles, interesting design, many windows with views of the forest and waterfall including beautiful old “running glass” rounded windows. Highest speed internet. Although not a chateau and no longer red, the name has remained since 1929. The space invites you to curl up in the corner window seat with a book or sip wine in the sitting area in front of the stove for cozy winter relaxation. For those warmer months there is a private deck and a trail close by that leads you to a sandy beach on the Russian River where swimming, kayaking and sunbathing are popular– about a 7-10 minute walk through Steelhead Beach State Park and lazy river raft - inflate your raft at the park. The sound of birds flapping their wings as they fly overhead is one of the only sounds you'll hear. Inside, enjoy the mid-century architecture and a collection of ever-evolving modern and folk art.

The cabin is our family getaway, our absolute favorite spot, and we offer it to guests just ten times a year. The architecturally striking cabin, the prettiest one in the area, is close to great wineries, restaurants, spas, and hiking. Just as importantly - it's not in the flood zone nor the fire zone.

We know this cabin is more expensive than some others in the area, and it doesn't disappoint. You'll find comfortable mid-century furniture with plenty of modern touches. The grounds are landscaped and bouquets of locally grown fresh flowers are inside. The kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry areas are fully stocked, from spices and butter to detergents and soap, and plenty of paper products. Lots of extras are included - kindling and almond firewood, charcoal for the BBQ, beer & soft drinks in the fridge, ice cream in the freezer, and retro coffee service with a Chemex pourover.

We manage the cabin ourselves and it's a passion project for us. Every detail is meticulously cared for - from the gardens to the linens. We take the time to get it picture perfect, inside and out, for our guests. We've hosted anniversaries, milestone birthdays, and several honeymoons and wedding parties.

We don't take back to back bookings.

It's wonderfully diverse. On the one hand, you might see wild turkeys meandering down our road, and there's a Michelin starred restaurant in Forestville, too. We're happy to recommend our favorite haunts - many close-by and fabulous wineries and restaurants for you to visit during your stay.

The cabin finally has internet as of July 2023, thanks to Starlink's new technology for rural areas - relying on 4,000 small satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). It's still a rural cabin with plenty of giant redwood tree obstructions, but cell phone service and internet are now available. Starlink has plans to add another 8,000 LEO satellites, so we expect internet service to become more robust over time.

This home has been recently remodeled and furnished by an interior designer and features 16' sliding doors opening to front and covered back decks for truly indoor/outdoor living and is a serene, relaxing home with a leaning to Asian aesthetics. The primary bedroom, with queen bed, opens to the back deck and the master bath features a large shower with two shower heads. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bath has a tub/shower combo. Not suitable for handicap access due to steep interior stairs. Maximum stay: 4 nights. No children under the age of 5 years. No pets including service animals due to severe allergies. Exterior camera at entrance. Central heating and a fireplace keeps guests warm in cooler months. - "This is such a beautiful property nestled in a resort area well off the main roads. It's absolutely quiet at night and relaxing. While it's quite the drive down a single lane road that is not the smoothest, it's worth the drive. In the evenings, the plum tree out front attracted deer from the area forest, so we had great wildlife sightings each time we came back. We used this as a base for some wine tasting, which is a bit of a hike to get to, but it was great to come back in the evenings to get away from the towns of Sonoma. Basha was a great host and had excellent winery recommendations!"

- "I liked it very much. It's a remodeled kind of old mountain house on a hill top surrounded by trees. I love the idea for the place. Old mountain cabin meets modern interior designer. There are several great entertainment zones inside and out (4). Location is great for Russian River activities. It was spotless and I can't imagine it has been VBRO for very long, like newly remodeled. Dog friendly fenced yard all the way around. Yeah, a couple things. The road in is steep and sketchy (basically a curvy one lane road in spots), but I got used to that; the side yard steps are very steep w/o handrails; it is possible to lock yourself out if you don't get the idea of the door lever locks not being opened by the keyless entry; the neighborhood, other than the trees nothing special to look at but people were friendly. It's fun sitting on the back decks and watching the squirrels while BBQing. Fantastic county lake recreation nearby and of course the Russian River+ Wine country. Yes, worth it. Host helpful and has obviously put a ton of effort into making it look/feel like luxury."

- "Although it was raining during our stay, looking out the windows at the mossy trees was magical. The temp of the cabin when we checked in was a freezing 50 degrees! It would have been nice for it to be somewhat warmer. Having said that, the place warmed up super fast and stayed warm. We cooked almost all our meals at the cabin so we would have liked a few more pans. The place was very clean with an abundance of clean towels, pillows and blankets. The deck is lovely and would be great to spend time on during warm summer evenings. Overall we loved our stay and I would recommend this place for a short getaway. It took us a while to find all of them and unplug them. Other than that. we enjoyed our stay!"

The room boasts a heat pump for efficient heating and cooling and a private parking spot, with bike parking available upon request. Given it's compact size, it is best suited for 1 person for longer stays. Enjoy the shared brick courtyard shaded by a 100-year-old poplar tree and the convenience of an up-and-coming Asian eatery in the same building. A laundromat and coffee shop are just a half-block away, making this the perfect spot for relaxed, stylish living in the heart of Sonoma County.

A Quick Note: This cozy, private room is part of a historic boarding house. You'll have your own fully private unit—complete with a private entrance and bathroom—tucked between two other guest spaces. While the entry doors are nearby, there are no shared interior areas.

Guests access their private room or apartment through the courtyard and up the exterior balcony stairs. There are small, locally owned businesses on the ground floor, so you may see owners, customers, and other guests during the day — it’s part of the charm and character of staying here! I’m always available by text and can be on-site within the hour if anything urgent comes up.

This is a very private cabin with garden and is totally new inside. It is right in the wine country also. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Russian River beaches are a short walk away and there is a view of the grape vines as you enter. The ocean is a short drive. Santa Rosa is a ten minute. And there is an eagle nest in one of the many tall trees nearby. There are also many red wood trees and the area is sunny and spacious. There are many fine restaurants and wineries too.

The space
The apartment has a large deck in front of it which you have use of. There are two beautiful redwood trees growing through the deck area. Across the street are more trees and lots of blackberry bushes. It is generally quiet and peaceful.

Guest access
There is a keypad entrance so it's easy to check in and out. You have full use of the entire lower deck, which includes a couch, coffee table, BBQ, patio table, and three chairs.

Other things to note
The apartment has a brand new Keurig Duo, which makes a pot of coffee or a single cup of hot OR cold coffee (coffee included). The full bed has luxurious sheets and lots of pillows. There is air conditioning and space heaters to make sure the temperature is comfortable. The bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion. And, in the refrigerator you will find condiments and sometimes a beer or two from our favorite brewery, Old Caz. The deck is another large area to enjoy. On the deck you will find beach chairs, pool noodles, mats to put under your towel at the river, and an umbrella for fun at the river (or ocean).

There are stairs going up from the parking lot to the deck, which is in front of the apartment. Our private beach does not allow dogs, but there is another beach within walking distance that does allow dogs on leashes.

Sunny and spacious 3 bed/2 bath upper-level (3rd story) unit with one ensuite bath, double vanity, and a clawfoot tub! The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are in tandem, access is through the 2nd bedroom. There is a private deck with a patio set to enjoy outdoor dining amongst the trees. There is a washer & dryer in the unit. The smart TV has streaming apps (personal subscriptions needed) and 400 Mbps high-speed internet. We provide beach towels for hanging out at the river. The downstairs unit is a short-term rental as well, please be respectful of their space and noise level. We provide a Pack 'n Play portable crib with organic cotton sheet & blanket. *The fireplace is electric and a secondary source of heat. It was just fitted so please disregard the image with the old fireplace in the living room photo.

This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom offers a small kitchen open on the living and workspace. You'll find: coffee machine with Kpods, kettle, microwave, air fryer, small electric cooktop, fridge/freezer, toaster and blender. And we provide basic cooking utensils, pots & pans.

In the living area the electric fireplace will keep you warm and cozy.

The sleeping area features a queen bed with a comfortable Lucid memory foam mattress and 2 types of pillows so you can choose what feels best for you. Window treatment allow the room to get completely dark. A beautiful mid-century modern dresser and a modern clothing rack invite you to organize your belongings to feel right at home.

We live right above and welcome guests on the upper level as well. Despite having quiet guests and being quiet ourselves, we can't guarantee a completely noise-free space. We provide earplugs for noise-sensitive guests.

We love our quiet and friendly neighborhood and expect anyone staying to be as respectful of this incredible environment as we are :)

You may hear the noise of a neighbor venturing into a DIY project— it's rare though.

At night it's silent. Deers, raccoons, skunks can occasionally be seen.

Utilities (internet, electricity, water) are included. We kindly ask to be mindful of electricity use as it is VERY expensive here.

From November to March (wet season) you might hear a sump pump activate during heavy rainfall. It keeps the crawl space dry.

This newly renovated home is named after our dog, Hazel. It's nestled up on a hill among two dozen redwood trees and features modern river-inspired decor, with plenty of games and puzzles to keep you occupied.

Hazel's Hideaway sleeps six, has 2 bedrooms plus a bonus room with a queen bed & attached bath downstairs with another full bathroom, living room, dining room and full kitchen upstairs. The bonus room on the lower level is extra private with a separate entrance - as well as laundry if you need it! There is also a Pack n Play portable crib for your little ones.

The home features a smart TV with access to Netflix’s Standard plan with ads, available for guests to enjoy. You'll also find high-speed internet, a relaxing hot tub, and a gas fire pit — making this the perfect spot for a relaxing Russian River getaway.

Welcome to our Redwood get-a-way in an artsy Garden Studio. This lower level unit is a 3 minute walk to Steelhead Beach, & a short drive to many wineries. The studio stays nice and cool in the summer. Just outside is a private, magical patio under redwoods. Enjoy the propane BBQ, and a swing for lovers with plenty of heat and shade on a summer day. We keep coffee, tea and wine stocked in the kitchenette. Behaved dogs are welcome but should never be left unattended.

My house in Forestville is a walk to the river (Steelhead County Beach), near endless wineries, canoe rentals, gorgeous Sonoma coast beaches, Santa Rosa airport, a bicycle trail through West County with bike rentals in downtown Forestville offering immediate access to the trail, and a very well-stocked little grocery store a 5-minute walk down the hill. Lovely back roads take you to Healdsburg to the north or Sebastopol to the south. My dog & I stay in a basement studio when guests are here.

The space
From within the house, the surrounding houses are visible but not obtrusive, and from the street, outsiders cannot see into the house. It feels quite private when you're inside. I strive to live as sustainably as possible. Sustainability is my #1 priority. I compost everything (actually composting is now required by law in CA) and grow a lot of food, mostly seasonal vegetables, but parsley, thyme, & rosemary (sorry no sage ;-) as well as perennial non-traditional greens are available to harvest all year. You are welcome to wander around & explore the yard.

My pup was meant to be a foster, but he became my full-time responsibility in Sept. '21. Kobe is very energetic and wants everyone to love him 1000%, but he has a way-too-jumpy style of expressing his immediate affection for you. He is not aggressive, just excessive. I have enclosed portions of the yard with make-shift fences so we can be in the garden together; please forgive the goofy-looking dog barriers everywhere. I will do my best to keep him quiet while you are visiting. Please let me know if you are afraid of dogs and I will keep him out of sight as much as possible.

Sorry for the car noise that rises up from River Road two blocks below us.

If you have read my reviews, you perhaps noticed mention of my EV charger. It is not free to use, although you may ASK to use it (NOT during peak hours 4-9pm), but plan to make a donation if you use it. A recent Tesla-driving guest sent my electric bill off-the-charts without giving me any additional money for electricity, so I can't make that mistake again.

You can make yourself at home all over the place, as if the whole property is yours. I probably need to work in the yard at some point while you are here. If I let Kobe run free in the yard, he will run immediately up to "your" deck to get your attention. If you would prefer not to be bothered by him, please lmk and I will keep him in the basement while working in the yard. (Please do not let him into the house!)
I will need to water the plants on your deck every day during warm weather months, so let's figure out timing that works for you during our intro conversation. I will prefer to water the deck while you are not home so as not to disturb you.

Other things to note
The upstairs is my home, so it doesn't feel like a rental, since I still use the upstairs when there are no guests. Apologies to anyone who depends on a service animal: I cannot accept animals inside the house because I have allergies.

The TV is only for movie watching. There are lots of DVDs to choose from.
There is no reception of regular TV channels, and streaming no longer works.

The house is actually 2.5 bedrooms. The front room can offer bedroom-like privacy, but it's tiny, plus too cold in the winter months since it has no heat and no insulation. It is comfortable in the night only from June-August. Don't choose my place if you and your friends need 3 separate bedrooms, except in the heat of mid-summer.

IF YOU HAVE a YOUNG CHILD: I wish Airbnb would provide a category for hosts to choose against them. I don't mind kids over 5 years old, but guests that have stayed here with toddlers have not worked out well. There's lots that can be readily destroyed by wild little hands & feet, and the clean-up is enormous, yet parents don't have to pay for kids. I wish I could change Airbnb policy. As much as I love kids, I don't love the clean-up afterwards. So if you have young children, I will accept your reservation only if you will pay an additional cleaning fee that can be reimbursed if there is no extra clean-up for me. Since Airbnb does not arrange for additional costs like this, it would have to be a cash payment on arrival.

IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT: please don’t choose my place! If you don't know what I mean by "carbon footprint", do NOT choose my place! My bottom line is SUSTAINABILITY. I appreciate guests who love this planet as much as I do. That means TURN LIGHTS OFF during the day when you’re not at home, TURN HEAT DOWN and wear an extra sweater, COMPOST everything you possibly can, STOP buying wasteful PLASTIC packaging, and don't over-consume water.
I want you to enjoy yourselves on your vacation, but if you are interested in a luxury trip, my home is not right for you. My place is meant for people who love to be among trees, who can handle some quirky funk, and who are willing to make an extra effort to protect our precious earth.

Welcome to our sweet lilypad on the Russian River - located right across the road from Steelhead Beach in gorgeous Sonoma County! If you appreciate: organic/farm-to-table foods, wine tasting, antiquing, majestic redwoods, floating down a river, fishing, then you won't find a more perfect launch pad from which to explore the magnificent bounty that is Northern California. We are 15 minutes from Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Graton, Occidental, Guerneville, Santa Rosa, Windsor - so much fun to be had!

The space
Our guest house features a private bedroom with a Queen sized bed, goose down pillows and comforter wrapped in Belgian linen, and 100% organic cotton sheets for a luxurious nights sleep. A large walk-in closet houses an energy efficient front loading washer and dryer for your exclusive use. The kitchen is fully stocked with a six burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and brand new refrigerator. For those of you who enjoy cooking at home, we also have a vintage butcher block that makes cooking fun!
We also have a fantastic Nespresso machine for the coffee lovers that can do espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, ristrettos, etc. The full bath includes a radiant heated floor-perfect to warm your feet after a day on the river. There is an expansive deck accessible through the living room with an authentic Austrian beer garden table, lounge area, and open space - great for indoor/outdoor entertaining with room for morning yoga sessions! Our cozy living room includes a large and comfortable sofa, that can easily accommodate one adult for sleeping. Cell phone reception is wifi dependent, however, the entire home has strong wifi coverage. (Turning on wi-fi calling allows for excellent connectivity)
Central heating keeps the house warm during the winter. Although the home does not have AC, coupled with the downstairs nature of the home, the central fan, used at night to pull cool outside air, keeps the home cool during the day and at night.

Guests have exclusive access to their house and patio. Guests also have exclusive access to our 6 person hot tub located outside located on a common landing, but not shared with house residents. There is also a heated Helios bench near the hot tub that guests can feel free to use. Very therapeutic!

Our guest cottage is cozy, quiet, and quaint. A good place to unwind in a country setting. We are located only moments from fabulous restaurants and a vast selection of Russian River wineries. The beautiful Russian River is less than 1/4 mile away!
With the new developments in the world we utilize a 24 inch UVC sterilization lamp. Your room will be fully sterilized prior to your arrival.

The space
Our guest cottage is approx. 400 square feet. It has a couple of levels and a few steps inside and out so mobility is important. The bedroom has a brand-new Sterns and Foster mattress as well as luxury linens and towels.
The bathroom is one step down and divided by a privacy curtain. (See privacy curtain photo). THE CURTAIN IS NOT A SOUND BARRIER. You should be fairly well acquainted with your vacationing partner.
There is a Kuerig coffee maker and microwave along with some local goodies for your enjoyment. Outside there is a small lounging deck with a small dining table. Just beyond the table is the small private garden with a private hot tub. Photos show it all!!

Important things to know about the space is that every entrance will have stairs to access the suite. The backyard space is private for you as guests which includes the hot tub, barbeque and sauna. The back patio is right next to a road that is commonly used so there will be some road noise especially during Fall since that is the season when many winery work trucks are in action. Also, there is a no pet policy since I do have a cat that lives on property and wouldn't want any issues to occur with another pet on property.

This thoughtfully reimagined cabin blends timeless charm with modern comfort. Once a 1930s hideaway, the home was lovingly rebuilt in 2021 and added an additional 800 sq. ft. of fresh space designed for easy living and memorable stays. From the moment you arrive, it feels like a retreat—quiet, inviting, and tucked beneath the trees.

Step inside to find a sunlit, open-concept living area with soft wood tones, curated décor, a romantic wood stove, and welcoming seating—perfect for sharing stories after a day exploring the river or curling up with a good book. The home features central heat and air-conditioning and the newly built kitchen features sleek appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare a meal with local finds from nearby markets or wineries.

This cabin features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for calming comfort. The vaulted master bedroom is a true haven, complete with a king-size bed, soft lighting, and elevated ceilings that invite in ample natural light. An en-suite bathroom provides added convenience. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third a full-size bed, with cozy linens and charming touches ensuring every guest feels right at home. Updated bathrooms throughout the cabin provide a refreshing space to get ready and recharge, showcasing fresh finishes and quality fixtures.

Outside, you’ll find a standout feature: the private swim spa AND hot tub, offering both relaxation and fun. Swim in place against a gentle current, or sit back and let the soothing jets melt your stress away. Whether you're soaking under the stars or starting your morning with a quiet dip, this space is designed to help you unwind.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire cabin, the deck, the swim spa, hot tub, and all outdoor areas. Parking includes a covered carport for two cars on the lower level, plus one additional space on the upper level. As part of the Hacienda Homeowners Association, guests also have access to a famous stretch of the Russian River, perfect for sunbathing or a refreshing swim with views of the picturesque Hacienda Bridge.

Other things to note
We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Dogs should not be left alone at any time unless they are crate trained and can remain inside the crate without causing noise disturbances. We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.

Russian River Wine Valley -The Attic at the Red Chateau is the complete private top floor of an old river cottage w/ private entry. Feel as if you have stepped into a charming tree-house in the woods. 600 square feet (not including deck) and modern amenities, space boasts unique angles, designs, windows and forest views. Private deck & trail to beach - 7 min walk through Steelhead State Park. Abundance of wineries and great restaurants close by.

The space
To reach this charming getaway, you'll wind your way up a hillside along historic river roads—a throwback to a time when cars were a rarity. This special property perched high above redwoods and vineyards was the very first home ever built on the hill over 100 years ago. While the cabin is nestled away in a small woodsy mountain community, it is only 10 minutes from the nearest Russian River beach, 15 minutes from the town of Guerneville and within 30 minutes from the Pacific Ocean, Healdsburg, and other notable spots in Sonoma County. This is NOT a party home, but rather a serene retreat for those looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Inside, you'll find high vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Sink into the oversized couch and unwind while enjoying complimentary Netflix on the 43" 4K HDR television. Whether you're cooking a meal in the fully-equipped open-concept kitchen or sipping coffee, you'll feel right at home. We provide complimentary coffee (via Nespresso machine), tea, and convenient compostable to-go cups with lids for your convenience. We also offer a toaster, kettle, blender, coffee bean grinder, milk frother, Chemex pour over glass coffeemaker, kids dinnerware and utensils, and more.

Outside, you can dine alfresco or simply unwind with a glass of wine as you take in the breathtaking sunset views over the Western horizon from the deck.

Retreat for the night (or a relaxing afternoon nap) in the main bedroom or smaller second bedroom, both featuring incredibly comfortable queen beds with high-quality foam mattresses, down-alternative pillows, and luxurious 100% viscose bamboo sheets. Each bedroom also includes:

GETTING HERE:
Google Maps will guide you here with ease. However, please carefully follow your GPS instructions as the house numbers ARE NOT in order on the way to our home. Enjoy the scenic drive along the Russian River, and look for Sam’s Market as your cue to turn onto Forest Hills Rd. Please note that once you leave River Road, the final few miles are winding, single-lane roads with speed bumps. If you encounter another vehicle, you may need to pull over to let them pass. When you arrive, you'll find ample parking available.

THINGS TO DO NEARBY:
There are plenty of beautiful beaches to explore, some just a few minutes' drive along the banks of the Russian River, and others a bit farther away along the coast. While there aren’t many services within walking distance, you’ll find a magical forest just waiting to be explored—perfect for moments of peace and tranquility. Please refer to our Guidebook for local suggestions for place to eat, drink, and explore.

For your convenience, there is a great local mini market right before you turn off of River Rd to get to our home. However, the nearest full-service grocery store is in Guerneville, and for larger shopping needs, Santa Rosa has a variety of big-name grocery stores

Nestled among the treetops across the road from the Russian River, this Forestville home is a true escape for the senses. It's the perfect place to experience a special part of Sonoma County - in peace and privacy, but with so much at your fingertips.

This two-story home sits in a rural area on the north side of the river, about five miles north of small-town Forestville. The house feels wonderfully secluded, yet it's also close to charming downtown Healdsburg (12 miles), Sebastopol (12 miles), and a wide assortment of world-class wineries, including some right on Westside Road. In warm weather, go rafting on the river or soak up the sunshine at Mother's Beach (one mile). Or, take a drive through Guerneville (six miles) to spend the day on the wild and beautiful Sonoma Coast at Jenner (19 miles).

Quiet and cozy, this home provides generous space to relax both inside and out. Sip your morning coffee on the deck as you breathe in the fresh forest air. In the evenings, prepare your favorite meals in the spacious kitchen, linger around the dining room table, and stream movies in the living room late into the night.

The bedroom layout is unique and particularly private, with one bedroom and one full bathroom in the main part of the house and an additional studio - with its own sleeping space and full bathroom - downstairs, accessible from the exterior of the house only. Complimentary WiFi is provided but can be spotty due to this beautiful rural country environment.

Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules.
