The Paniolo suite is our largest room! This suite is named after the famous Hawaiian cowboys of Upcountry Maui, the “Paniolos”. Designed with a rustic but modern upcountry décor this suite is sure to give you a taste of the real Hawaii! It was designed for families or couples wanting to have extra space with two private sleeping areas. Its king size bed is located in the private bedroom side of the suite situated with a cozy fireplace and living room area. The separate dining room, entertainment, and kitchenette side is located in the front of the suite and includes a fold-out futon, dining table and is adjacent to the lanai. The garden level lanai is spacious with a seating area and small yard where you can admire our banana grove, plumeria, and small waterfall pond. The lanai has its own staircase to the pool deck and Jacuzzi giving this room direct access to the pool area where you can sit back, relax and take a dip!

The Fisher's Hana Hale is located across the street from Hana Bay and Waikoloa Beach. We are within walking distance of Hana Bay, Hana town, and Travasa Hotel. Just a short distance down the road is Waianapanapa State Park, Koki and Hamoa beaches. The downstairs features one bedroom and one bathroom, kitchen, living area, screened in lanai with queen bali bed, limited wireless Internet and a Smart TV. For larger parties you can add the upstairs which has one bedroom and one bathroom, living room area, full kitchen and a screened in lanai with a ping pong table. Remember Hana is a rural tropical rainforest so there are insects and rain. But those are the things that make Hana so unique and beautiful. If you need extra space you can also add the upstairs area, please inquire.

I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the windows open since they were so close to the ground and I was only traveling with my daughter. We were over heated in the house with only leaving one window open at night. It was the only window that was high and low to the ground. It was very hot at night mostly because we are use sleeping in air-conditioning on hot summer nights and to scared to leave all the windows open in the house at night because we were in a wooded rainforest. I think if we weren’t used to sleeping in air-conditioning it wouldn’t have bothered us so much. We both were very sweaty and had a hard time sleeping both nights because of the humidity and ho summer night. We loved the house but have decided for future plans we will book a place with AC. We will never forget this experience because we woke up and had no idea that Lahaina had burned down last night, because there is no reception at this house. The Wi-Fi does not work, no TV and can’t make it out going call I’m your cell phone. It doesn’t have anything to do with the Wi-Fi technically at this house that’s how it is on the entire side of Hana, everywhere, every house! Only reception is at the gas station. We found a local family to stay with after we checked out because we couldn’t get to our hotel in Lahaina because of the wildfires."

The house sits in the middle of the 4 acres surrounded by lawn, flowers, fruit trees and forest. Guests are welcome to harvest the fruit and flowers. It is very quiet, and on clear nights it is like a bowl of stars turned upside down on our land.
Both bedrooms have top quality beds, luxury linens, tvs and ceiling fans. Both rooms look out into the magnificent jungle.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. The towels are big and soft.
The kitchen literally has everything, all top quality. There is also a charcoal grill on the covered lanai. There are two eating areas outside on the covered lanai where we have a harvest table and a four top teak table. There are also stools for the kitchen island.
The living area has been redecorated with new couches, chairs, and coffee table. It also has a tv, wifi and ceiling fan.
Outside on the covered lanai is another living set up with two couches and a coffee table and two outdoor eating areas. This is the best place to ponder how lucky you are! A wonderful outdoor shower is on the back of the house, hot and cold water, fun to use!
There are board games and a bocce ball set, dvd's, beach chairs and towels.
The house is located within walking distance to the Hana Lava Tubes, Kahanu Gardens and Hana Farms, Hana's Friday night hotspot for pizza and live music. There are also 3 food trucks on the road offering local eats, acai bowls and homemade ice cream. Waianapanapa State Park is only 2 miles away and Hana town is an easy 10 minute drive.

The home is perfect for couples or small families ( 4 people max). We do not allow group gatherings, parties, or animals. It is a quiet residential neighborhood and we are very respectful of our neighbors. We do have an onsite manager who is available should you have any questions or problems.

The Hawaiian styled architecture includes open beamed, vaulted ceilings, a large center cupola for great airflow, an open floor plan and a large lanai for evening dining under the stars or morning coffee with the sunrise.

Over time, we have completely renovated, including a large fully equipped kitchen, an all tile bathroom, queen sized beds with high thread count all cotton bedding, propane BBQ and an additional table for dining on the lanai. The ocean facing bedrooms are conducive to romantic sultry evening breezes.

Hale Manu is perched at the rear of our fully landscaped, two-acre property, providing privacy. Hamoa Beach, considered the best in town, is just minutes away. We provide beach fins, chairs and beach towels.
