- "More than met my expectations 👌" - "Our room was lovely.The girl at the desk was very rude . Whatever questions we had she would always start with what is your room number. Once we gave to her she could not help us. This happened multiple times.I asked to use a pen. She asked my room number and then said we don’t have any. The condo is located off Lower Honoapiilani Rd in Lahaina, Maui (Napili-Honokowai on the map - Kahana to the locals), about 15 mins north of the Lahaina downtown. 1-minute walk north you will find yourself on a small secret beach, 5-minute walk south there is a local's favorite beach park with plenty of room for chairs and towels as well as excellent surfing. Within a 10-minute drive, you will have access to several WORLD-CLASS beaches such as Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua

This is not resort living, there are some conveniences the large resorts provide that I just can't offer, but my goal is to ensure a smooth & unforgettable experience for you in Aloha State!

- "The most clean place I’ve ever been .. and I’ve stayed at many places all levels.. but believe me this was the best . It’s Quite , clean , entertaining and have all the appliances and services and stuff you will ever need or might think of ! Tv connected to the internet and to all apps like Netflix , Disney and others .. suits all the family.. I was with my husband and my infant We were more than happy and comfortable Bed was soft and comfortable The deck was amazing and had the beach , ocean view. We could see the turtles from it every day . But Take care ! It doesn’t have beach ( the one with sand ) it does have shore with black rocks but of course it’s very dangerous and not for children or people who don’t swim! Very recommended"

This quality 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with spacious lanai opens to beautiful tropical setting. The 13 foot high vaulted ceilings provide a feeling of size and volume found only in larger more expensive properties. Both bedrooms offer comfortable queen size beds, cool air conditioning and ceiling fans while the bamboo floors in living room, bedrooms and hallway bring the tropics inside to match the fun Maui décor. A recently remodeled bath with newly installed washer and dryer add to the convenience and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to jump to action for all your culinary artistry along with bar seating and comfortable seating for 6 on the Lanai along with two "dosing rockers" perfect for an afternoon nap.
Our Maui cottage is nestled on the top floor of a two story townhouse and is situated on 9 lush tropical acres with 2 pools, basketball, tennis court and 3 barbecue acres-one directly on the oceanfront for sunset grilling. This ocean front promenade is equipped with lounge chairs and picnic tables also provides a wonderful place to enjoy your favorite beverage or meal while watching flaming sunsets, sea turtles and humpback whales. Located just north of the property is Napili and Kapalua Bay two of our favorite places on the island to swim and snorkel. Across the street and a three minute walk to the south you will find the uncrowded Kahana beach, great for walking, shell hunting, surfing and launching paddle boards. Noelani is located in a highly desirable area between Ka'anapali and Kapalua on the West coast of Maui, with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches. - "If you like the sound of the waves on the beach this is your place. You can watch the whales, turtles, surfers, sunsets, and sun rising onto Molokai right from your couch, bed or lanai. You can sit in the jacuzzi or pool 10 feet from the waters edge and watch a sunset. The one room studio is large enough for the bed, a sofa table for 2 to dine or for us work on your laptops away from the office. The kitchen has everything you need to make your meals and there are 3 grills available by the pools. There is a coffee or drink bar that has a coffee grinder, and a brewer for the fresh Kona beans you can buy. There even is a blender for making your own exotic Hawaiian drinks. The bathroom has a large double vanity with a dresser and a closet in one room separate form the shower and stool room. For going to the beach there was 2 beach chairs, a mat, umbrellas and a boogey board with the sand beach only 100 feet from the room. The laundry room is right around the corner with 4 sets of Samsung machines to use for free. The parking lot is only 25 feet from your door for quick loading and unloading. This is your perfect place for a couple to come relax and be entertained by nature from your room. For families with younger kids the sofa pulls out into a bed. This has been an amazing stay in March with the whales out in front of the condo to watch and our final day there was a rainbow in front of the island of Molokai at sun rise. Would love to stay longer and look forward to coming back!"

The Space:
As you walk in, the view of the ocean will take your breathaway. The living room and full sized kitchen are filled to the brim with amenities! To the right, you will see a hallway that leads to your back bedroom, the main bathroom, and the front bedroom.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The back bedroom has a king sized bed, it's own ensuite bathroom with a bath tub, smart tv, and a lanai with it's own stunning view of the island. The main bathroom as a large shower, and both bathrooms have all the hygiene necessities you will need. The front bedroom has a king bed, private access to the lanai in the front, so you can wake up and step out to breathe in the fresh air while gazing out into the wide ocean.

The Kitchen
This fullsized kitchen has everything and we mean everything. Washer and Dryer, Oven, microwave, air fryer, Keurig, all the necessities to make an amazing meal. The dining table seats four and there is room at the island for two more.

Living Area
This living are has a queen sized sofa bed and has a modern and breezy design. A Smart tv, and lots of board games, toys, and two more chairs for relaxing. There is also a station for those who need a space to catch up on any work!

Guest Access:
Guests have their own parking spot in the underground parking area as well as parking in the front if needed for any guests. The pool is open from 9 am to 9pm and has a barbecue area and there is even an outdoor shower. The kayak/ surfboard storage area is behind the front office.

There is one parking space reserved for our condo. There is also parking in the front. We are walking distance to many restaurants and rental shops. All the most popular beaches are just a short drive away as well!

Other Things to Note:
Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We kindly request that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning crew to prepare the condo for the next guests. One parking spot is reserved for you in the underground parking garage, and additional parking is available in front of the building. We do not allow smoking inside the condo. Pets are not permitted. The pool and barbecue area are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours.

Our HOA does NOT allow for Central Air Conditioning.

When you reach Royal Kahana Resort, you will start to feel the Hawaiian vibe when you enter the lobby and all you see are big beautiful waves crashing from the floor to ceiling windows. If you have a vehicle, you can park in the parking lot for $18.00 a day plus tax which is collected when you arrive by the front desk. They will issue you a parking pass for your stay. Take the elevator up to your charming, new remodeled air conditioned ocean view studio, equipped with a king size bed and a twin sofa bed. The kitchen is stocked with items to prepare your own meals and there is a two seater dining table that can be also used as a work desk in case you have to take care of business while on vacation. The living area has a 55 inch smart tv, blue tooth clock radio, night stands that have built in phone charges and a ceiling fan. The bathroom offers a beautiful walk in shower and vanity. The unit also provides a washing machine and dryer for our guests to use. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open up to your lanai where you have breathtaking view of the ocean and the resorts ocean front pool. There is free WIFI, Internet and cable. A basic starter set of kitchen soaps and bath items are provided. If more is needed during your stay, you will need to purchase what is needed. Our studio accommodates 2 guests. Other things to note: Shoreline Erosion
Since the winter of 2015-2016 Hawaii has experienced record high surf conditions mostly during winter months, and as a result the Resort experienced severe shoreline erosion, as did many beach on Maui and throughout all of Hawaii. Large sand bags have been placed on the beaches of the resorts on Kahana Bay to protect the shoreline and adjacent buildings.

For much of the year the sand returns and covers all but the top layers of the sandbags, allowing for a walk on the beach, beach activities or just relaxing with a good book. However, winter currents, storms and high surf can take away the sand leaving little of no beach in front of the building at times.

Resort Notice
A resort-wide spalling repair is underway at Royal Kahana until mid- 2024. This means noise may be heard around the property during working hours M-F: 9 AM- 4:30 PM. Rates have already been discounted to reflect this impact.

- "My wife and I chose to return to the Kahana for our 45th Anniversary, and stay at Anneleise’s studio unit at Royal Kahana. The condo appeared to be recently updated, and was very well kept. The pillows and king bed were very comfortable. Though the ocean view was nice from our balcony, we had to view the awesome Maui sunsets from the chairs provided by the hotel along the ocean front. The Royal Kahana provided fresh Kona coffee in the lobby every morning. This unit is located near some of our favorite beaches and the Makaluapuna Point hiking trail. Anneleise was extremely helpful with our booking and the condo was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located to Lahaina, Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua - and within walking distance to several restaurants."

Noelani is located in a highly desirable area between Ka'anapali and Kapalua on the West coast of Maui, with close proximity to many of Maui's top beaches. The property has oceanfront barbecue grills, and not one but TWO oceanfront pools, one heated and one not, plus a hot tub all overlooking the water. What more can you ask for? The direct oceanview from this unit is unique as it overlooks a very popular surf spot known as "S Turns" and sandy beach known as Pohaku Beach. Unit 119 is an end/ corner unit and very private. Noelani also has a private turtle viewing beach where turtles come to rest on the beach during low tides!

A large grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. The small Kapalua airport is just a mile away, where you can catch a quick flight to a neighboring island for a change of scenery, if your heart desires. The main Maui airport in Kahului is about a 40 minute drive.

Impressive Maui sunsets, rainbows over the ocean, swaying palms, warm trade winds, soothing surf, unobstructed breathtaking views of Moloka'i and Lanai, whales playfully frolicking (during whale season), turtles swimming by just below your private lanai, and when the evening stars begin to shine it becomes apparent that you have truly found paradise!!
