Our ground-floor, single level (no stairs inside), fully renovated 2-bedroom villa consists of a king sized master suite with walk-in closet, and a guest suite with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite and each living space has it's own Freidrich air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep cool (although, with windows and doors open, Maui's trade winds provide a more fragrant and desirable natural cooling).

For those traveling with another couple (or possibly teenagers with differing sleep/wake schedules), the villa contains two master suites, each with a private full bath, and separate, private entrances. One master suite has floor to ceiling windows that lead to a private lanai with tree top views overlooking the pool. The other master suite has multiple large windows with views of the tropical grounds.

The tradewinds feel amazing. In the mornings and evenings you may enjoy opening the large lanai sliders that run the length of the villa to feel the cool breeze and watch the sunrise and sunset. Both front doors also have latches to keep them ajar for those not afraid of little Gecko visitors.

Aloha! We are back on the rental market after a lengthy remodel! Enjoy beautiful ocean views while relaxing in our very spacious 2 story, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath Condo/Townhouse! Our end unit, #1702, has 1500 sq ft of living area, plus 400 sq ft of lanai/patio area. Great views of Kahoolawe, Molikini, and spectacular sunsets! With 2 separate entrances (one lower and one upper) there is no need to carry your luggage up or down any stairs! With Ekolu Village being a low rise (2 story complex), there are no neighbors above or below you!

This beautiful townhome has been completely renovated. My daughters and I have decorated our home in what we call "beach chic"! It is cool and comfortable and sparkly! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, quartz counter tops, and all new appliances. All three bathrooms have also been updated with new cabinets, quartz counter tops, new showers, sinks, and toilets. There are 3 brand new separate AC units, along with new ceiling fans, in the Living Room, and in each Bedroom.

The Upper level has a large Living Room, 1/2 Bathroom, fully equipped Kitchen, and Dining Area. The Living Room has a large flat screen TV, with premium digital cable and DVR. Also connected is a DVD player. We offer free high speed wireless internet which works great in every room!

The kitchen offers everything you need to make a gourmet meal or a quick breakfast! Brand new coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice steamer, and mixer. New dishes, glasses, pots and pans and bakeware! There is a brand new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer (w/ ice maker and filtered water), brand new microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher.

The lower level has 2 over sized Bedrooms, 2 full Bathrooms, and a brand new full sized Washer/Dryer. There is a fold down ironing board and iron next to the laundry area. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains for extra privacy. The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable CA King Bed. The adjoining Bathroom has 'his & hers' sinks, with a beautiful new walk in shower. There is also a 32' LCD TV on a swivel wall mount which also has premium cable. The large Guest Bedroom has 2 comfortable Queen Beds. There is also a 32' flat screen T.V. in this room too and cable. The Guest Bathroom, located next to the bedroom, has a large walk-in shower.

There are beach towels, chairs, ice chest, umbrella, and sand toys for your use.

Set among over 17 acres of beautiful landscaping, Wailea Ekolu Village is located on the 'sunny' side of Maui, close to beautiful stretches of white sand beaches perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. Wailea's 5 beautiful beaches are less than a 5 minute drive, but many prefer to take the 15 minute walk to Ulua Beach, or to walk the 2 mile ocean front walkway that runs the length of Wailea. There are 2 pools on the property, and we are less than a minute walk from the upper pool, but not within earshot. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the lanai, and watch the whales migrate Dec - March. The Village is adjacent to the Wailea Blue Golf Course, and across from the Wailea Tennis Club. We are above The Shops at Wailea, which is about a 15 minute walk (my daughters love this!) Enjoy the upscale shopping, galleries, and fine dining while you are there. Be sure to go by Lappert's ice cream and don't forget to have them put your favorite flavor in one of their amazing waffle cones!

There is also a pool right up from the condo.

After booking, your checkin information will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival with a lock code to checkin. You will not need to check in with us. If you need anything, we are always available by phone, text, or email.

The property was very clean. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. We loved that she provided beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/mats/towels so that we didn’t need to rent them. - "Wow! This property is truly amazing and the photos online can’t even begin to do it justice. The views are unobstructed and breathtaking-we would return from the beach or shopping and immediately head for the upstairs lanai to take in the view. We were a party of six-2 adults and 4 older teens and the condo was a perfect size. We loved having an upstairs/downstairs and the owners have remodeled and decorated to perfection. The condo was equipped with everything from beach chairs to blenders! The third FULL bathroom with a shower was such a plus. The location of the condo is prime-an easy stroll to Akamai Coffee for breakfast and down to Manoli’s for pizza with the kids. The Shops at Wailea are a quick 10 minute walk as well. We elected to drive down to Wailea Beach as we tended to bring a lot of gear with us, but that too is a short walk from the condo. Lastly, the property manager, Teri, was super responsive, providing us with all of the details needed for our stay well in advance of our arrival. Five stars isn’t enough to award this property! We will definitely be booking our next stay on Maui at this condo!"
