This is a beautiful waterfront lake 3 BR, 2 Bath house property which offers you a quiet and serene atmosphere to relax and also enjoy the refreshing clear lake water. Right next to the property is the beautiful Ebenezer Park for hiking and roped-off swimming area. Humphrey's Public boat ramp is approximately 7 minutes boat ride to rental property. Max parking at the lake house is 2 vehicles with boats. Overflow boat parking is available approx. 100 yards southeast of the lake house next to the Ebenezer Park. PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED THE MAX OF 2 VEHICLES & BOATS DUE TO LIMITED PARKING SPACE. Boat rentals are available at Powell Park at 409-584-2624 or at Twin Dikes at www.Lake-Boat-Rental.info at 409-795-0140. Call them for rates and request they deliver the rental boat to the Humphrey's Public boat ramp for easy pick-up. Within a short 15 minutes boat ride, Powell Park has a cafe and inflatable water slides in their swim area for family fun at a very reasonable price. Several great restaurants within 3 miles east on FM 255 including Stumps and Hamburger Depot. Jasper is twenty minutes away by car with great restaurants & shopping. Cabin is fully furnished, including linens, dishes, and outdoor grill - so just bring your fishing pole, food, charcoal, & drinks. A fish cleaning station is also available at our lake house. Housekeeping fee is $125.

Recommended renter preparation -
1. The L.O.L. rent house is located in a gated community called O’Neal Hill adjacent to the Army Core of Engineers Ebenezer Park off FM 255
2. Be sure to enter the address (2070 Private Rd 6065 Jasper TX) and zip code (75951) in your GPS map for directions
3. Code for security gate to enter the O’Neal Hill Subdivision and front door key lock box will be provided before arrival
4. Upon arrival, you need to turn on the water. The water valve is located on the left side of the house next to the AC unit - under the wooden box.
5. There are general house guidelines posted on the refrigerator door
6. We provide linens, dishes, charcoal grill, basic local TV, board games & horse shoes.
7. No WIFI service available unless you use your cell phone as a hot spot.
8. Excellent cell phone access available in the area (especially Verizon, Spectrum).
9. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs, hammock, charcoal, fishing gear, floats, life jackets, & favorite games.

Enjoy this new house with granite counters, new appliances, central heat/air, and clean comfortable places to sleep. We are located next to Ebenezer park about 1 mile west of the Lake Sam Rayburn dam. From here it within 8 miles of the public boat ramps and pineypoint plaza/dollar general. Most weekends there are big fishing tournaments at the Umphrey Family Pavilion/public boat ramps nearby. The City of Jasper is about 20 miles south of here. It is a short walk to the beach area, and from the living room/kitchen you can enjoy the view of Lake Sam Rayburn. This house includes silverware, dishes, full appliances, towels, sheets, and plenty of comfortable seating. Our master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room has two futons that fold into a double beds. We do not allow pets sorry.

- "Private and perfect getaway. Clean place and nice little beach!" - "Working with the owner was perfect. We stayed in contact most of the weekend. While that may sound bad, we had severe weather with a hail storm that blew through and he was in contact to make sure our internet was working since we were stuck in doors. The place is clean and very inviting. I prefer a larger bed, but the full bed was very comfortable. The only thing I think people should know is the walk to the water is like a hiking trail. My older Mom and handicapped brother couldn't make the hike down to the water but my teen son and I were fine. Once you get to the water, it has a sandy beach and gradually gets deeper so its perfect for swimming or just hanging out."

This 5 Bed Room and 3 Bath room unit have a spacious living room w kitchen, dining and equipped with refrigerators, microwaves. Rooms have king size beds and with central AC & Heating. Spacious covered porch overlooking beautiful east Texas country side wooded outdoor property of 4 acres around the cabins. Sam Rayburn lake is few minutes away. Price negotiable if you need less number of rooms in affordable price for a smaller family.

Our spacious lake house has 7 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, ice machine and coffee bar. The open living area has a dining table that seats 8 with 2 extra chairs. The living room has a large TV with a DVD player, an antenna for local TV stations and a Fire stick for streaming and Starlink WIFI.
The lake house sleeps 22 with a very large common area upstairs with 2 bunk beds, a daybed, and a sleeper sofa. 15 beds total. The upstairs has a TV and DVD player in the common area.
There is a large covered deck that is 16' x 50' outside the back door. It has two tables that sit 6 people each and there are extra chairs too. On the deck are three ceilings fans and large pull down shades to block the sun. There is a large stainless steel double sink for fish cleaning and/or cooking outside. We have a charcoal grill, Blackstone table top griddle and a 2 gas burner cooker on a stand, the Blackstone and 2 burner cooker are hooked up to the propane line on the deck. The washer and dryer are in a closet on the deck. There is also an extra refrigerator on the deck.
We have a large driveway in the front. Parking for 8 vehicles, a boat would count as a vehicle.
The lake house is .4 (four tenths) of a mile from the private boat ramp and beach area with a beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of room on the beach for swimming and just sitting and enjoying the view. As of June 2024 the water is up and you can use the boat ramp. There are other public boat ramps nearby. Sandy Creek park is about 3 miles from the lake house and has a boat ramp. Umphrey Family Pavilion and boat ramp is about 8 miles from the lake house on hwy 255.
The National Forest is about a mile from the house for hunting.
And it is just a short drive to the local restaurants and stores. Brookeland is about 10 miles. Brookeland has several restaurants, a Dollar General, a great meat market, tackle shops and a few gas stations. There is a Dollar General and gas stations 6 miles from the lake house on hwy 63. The city of Jasper is about 20 miles away and has plenty of restaurants, a Wal Mart, Lowe's, Walgreens, Grocery store, hospital and most things a small city would have. Rayburn Country Resort and Golf Course is 12 miles from the lake house.

The house has four bedrooms and 2 and ½ baths as well as a large game room with a refrigerator and a regulation size pool table and card table which is fully supplied with cards, dominoes and many games for a fun visit. Upstairs is the master bath/bedroom and a huge open concept living/dining room and large kitchen with amazing views of the lake from every room. Both covered and uncovered lakeside deck seating areas finish off the perfect lake house.

Westwood boat launch is around the corner and Corp easements offer a sandy beach adjacent to the property which is perfect for swimming and convenient parking of your boat or water toys. This is ideal for fishing and tournaments.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with many small appliances, a wine bar and a coffee bar, a wood burning fireplace in the living room, four flat screen TVs with VHS/DVD, Dish network TV and free Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped laundry room. Both upstairs and downstairs have outdoor living areas and the outside kitchen includes a Weber BBQ and Blackstone Griddle with related utensils and equipment.

The outback at the rear includes a regulation sized Ping-Pong table and accessories, and badminton. The outdoor fire pit is perfect for s`mores and relaxing by the water.

Within minutes are several restaurants, liquor store, bait & tackle shop, Dollar General, gas station, convenience store and the Rayburn Country Resort, which is open to the public and offers two golf courses, tennis, swimming pool, restaurant and even live music on the weekends.

My house is by a beautiful creek . Perfect to enjoy the backyard and watch sunsets while you do some BBQ and if you want, you can even practice some fishing. If you have a kayak, bring it so you can enjoy the creek.
