This upscale home is located in a quiet East Texas neighborhood offers 1,281 sq ft of deck space and 786 Sq ft of living space. This peaceful getaway is conveniently located in the Piney Woods just 1-1/2 hours from Downtown Dallas.

The house has Italian stone floors throughout, ceiling fans inside and on deck, granite counter tops, island bar with wine cooler, corner shower with body spray, custom cabinets and a metal roof. The master bedroom offers incredible views of the lake and has a queen- sized bed with a ceiling fan with a walk-in closet.

WiFi is available with 100 Mbps Internet thru-out the boat house, Direct TV with HBO an we provide a portable bluetooth speaker for outdoors along with washers, corn hole, jenga, dominoes and cards!

The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. We provide dishes, pots and pans, silverware, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Ice maker and toaster oven. The boathouse includes filtered water and a Keurig Coffee Maker. Seat four people at the island bar or have dinner for six outside on the covered deck.

This rustic bardominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an office with a daybed that pulls out into a king. There is ample onsite parking in addition to lake access via a private boat ramp. There is a full kitchen and laundry room. This barndo is unique in that it has unique features like a Texas shaped sink and memorabilia from our travels. There is a refreshing wrap around porch with chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee. This property also has a garage door to the porch you can open on the cooler days.

Brand new unit 1 bedroom 1 bath fully functional. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Close to the University of Texas at Tyler, short 10 minute drive to center of Tyler. The unit is equipped with queen bed and sofa bed.

- "Very clean and updated property. Has all the amenities, ie. Kuerig, toaster, microwave, dishes, etc. Main bed was comfortable - would have been nicer if it was larger than a double size. The bathroom was very spacious with a garden tub (we didn't use it) and a large walk-in shower with four shower heads to provide plenty of water. The recent update must have caused some light switch snafus because some of the switches in one room turned on lights in another (closet) and the dimmer switches took a bit to get used to but all in all the property was very accomodating and clean."
