Experience what Lemoore has to offer while staying at our house. The home is conveniently located on the outskirts of town but close enough to downtown. Major highways, Hwy 198 and 41, are close by. Events must be pre-approved by the host and additional fees apply for events. The home is partially fenced. Rental agreements are needed for all bookings over 28 days, which the host must sign, and for all guests over 18 years of age, a State ID must be on file. Read the terms and agree before booking.

“Casita Oleander” studio apartment is walking distance to downtown Lemoore. You will have your own private studio apartment that is pet friendly and has high speed internet. We are a short 5-10 minute drive to Kelley Slater’s World Surf League wave pool, NAS Lemoore, The Tachi Palace, and Adventist Health Hospital. The relaxing, clean atmosphere of the Casita is a great play to unwind and has everything you need for your short or long term stay, including a beautiful shared pool and spa!

Casita Oleander is connected to our home but with a private entrance and private patio. We do live here so there will be some household noise occasionally. We also have a brand new pool and spa that are in our main backyard and open for you to use. I am happy to show you around and how to operate the spa, if you wish.

- "The host Allen was great! He stayed in communication with us and even offered to turn on the heater for us because we weren’t expected to get in until about 10pm. When we arrived the thermostat was showing that it was heating but the vents were blowing cold air and the inside temp read 61. I set the thermostat to 72 and waited about and hour and the temp had gone down to 60. Sent Allen a message through the app, not expecting a response due to how late it was. Looked around the house and there was only one extra blanket. In the morning the temp dipped down k to the low 50’s. Sent Allen’s a text message and he responded right away and came straight over. Apparently it was a known issue that sometimes happens with the thermostat. After that the heater worked, however it was roasting in the back bedroom where my wife and I slept and cold through the rest of the house. And to top it off there’s a vent that can’t be closed directly over the bed in the back room that blows hot air right in your face. We were sweeting all night because when we tuned it down the rest of the house froze. Other than the bipolar heating unit and temperamental thermostat it really wasn’t a bad stay and Allen was great. "

Your bedroom is located upstairs. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, for your private use. We love meeting new people and are open to sharing our common areas, pool, hot tub, patio, etc. With prior arrangement the kitchen is also available. We are dog friendly (NO CATS PLEASE , DUE TO ALERGIES) and have a large fenced yard. We just ask that you please pick up after your fur baby.
We are a retired couple who are usually up and about by 6 a.m. We love to entertain and frequently have guests over. We would love to share a glass of wine and tell you about the local area. When the weather permits you are welcome to use the pool and hot tub. During colder months we often sit around the fire pit enjoying conversation and a beverage of your choice. The bedrooms and private bath is spacious and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is NOT shared with the host, but is for your use only. The rooms are suitable for singles, couples, families and a single airbed and pack and play are available.

Welcome to our home, just minutes from Downtown Lemoore and close to Highway 198 and 41. This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home has plenty of room to make everyone comfortable. The house has plenty of RV parking and a portable basketball, backyard firepit, and BBQ grill to enjoy time together. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, HVAC, and a Smart TV.

This home offers four bedrooms and two baths.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a dresser, a spacious closet, a SMART TV, and a private bathroom entrance.

Two other bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, and the last has a Full-size bed with a desk.

Two bedrooms have working space, and one has a printer and scanner for last-minute needs.

Each bedroom has its closet and brand-new mattress!

Our home offers a spacious, open kitchen with everything you need to eat at home and an attached dining area. We also have a spacious living room with a built-in fireplace and SMART TV and a laundry room with a washer and dryer, making it convenient.

We offer plenty of RV parking and access to our portable basketball hoop.

You can access our home through the safe and secure security locks located on the front door. The code will be sent to you before check-in. The home is not baby-proofed however families with children of all ages are welcome.

RV Parking-We have plenty of room to accommodate RV parking and small gatherings. We do ask that you advise us at the time of booking that you will have an RV or any OVERSIZED trucks since large trucks cannot be parked on the driveway but can be parked in back of home on street.

This is a residential property, parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. To ensure this rule, we do have EXTERIOR cameras/noise detectors. IF the NO party rule is violated there will be a charge of $500.

NO Smoking -

There is no smoking inside the home. There is plenty of room outdoors to smoke, and please dispose of property. If this rule is violated, a fee of $200 will be charged.

Please respect our neighbors, keep quiet from 11pm - 7am to ensure a peaceful community for all.

Wifi:
Our home is equipped with complimentary high-speed internet. The network name and password will be sent to you prior to arrival and will be located in the house manual located on the counter by your welcome basket, as well as multiple locations throughout the house.

Surveillance:
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at all exits and entrances, on the exterior of the home.

Pet Policy:
We LOVE pets, we also love the furniture and hardwood floors in this beautiful home. There is an initial pet stay fee of $50. For any incidents that occur, for example, woodwork damage, carpet ruined, furniture destroyed, etc. there will be a $200 charge per incident.

Stays Over 28 Days: We require a contract for any stays longer than 28 days to be signed by all parties.

Two other bedrooms feature queen beds for a restful stay. The minimalistic interior is complemented by a full kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, and stove. Our home is a newly built, single-story residence designed with comfort and convenience in mind. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that flows seamlessly into a well-equipped, full kitchen. The kitchen features modern appliances including an oven, microwave, full refrigerator, and stove, making meal preparation a breeze.

The property boasts three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with queen beds featuring premium linens for a restful night's sleep. The third room is a versatile space that can serve as a home office or be transformed into an additional sleeping area with one of our air mattresses.
