Experience what Lemoore has to offer while staying at our house. The home is conveniently located on the outskirts of town but close enough to downtown. Major highways, Hwy 198 and 41, are close by. Events must be pre-approved by the host and additional fees apply for events. The home is partially fenced. Rental agreements are needed for all bookings over 28 days, which the host must sign, and for all guests over 18 years of age, a State ID must be on file. Read the terms and agree before booking.

“Casita Oleander” studio apartment is walking distance to downtown Lemoore. You will have your own private studio apartment that is pet friendly and has high speed internet. We are a short 5-10 minute drive to Kelley Slater’s World Surf League wave pool, NAS Lemoore, The Tachi Palace, and Adventist Health Hospital. The relaxing, clean atmosphere of the Casita is a great play to unwind and has everything you need for your short or long term stay, including a beautiful shared pool and spa!

Casita Oleander is connected to our home but with a private entrance and private patio. We do live here so there will be some household noise occasionally. We also have a brand new pool and spa that are in our main backyard and open for you to use. I am happy to show you around and how to operate the spa, if you wish.

- "The host Allen was great! He stayed in communication with us and even offered to turn on the heater for us because we weren’t expected to get in until about 10pm. When we arrived the thermostat was showing that it was heating but the vents were blowing cold air and the inside temp read 61. I set the thermostat to 72 and waited about and hour and the temp had gone down to 60. Sent Allen a message through the app, not expecting a response due to how late it was. Looked around the house and there was only one extra blanket. In the morning the temp dipped down k to the low 50’s. Sent Allen’s a text message and he responded right away and came straight over. Apparently it was a known issue that sometimes happens with the thermostat. After that the heater worked, however it was roasting in the back bedroom where my wife and I slept and cold through the rest of the house. And to top it off there’s a vent that can’t be closed directly over the bed in the back room that blows hot air right in your face. We were sweeting all night because when we tuned it down the rest of the house froze. Other than the bipolar heating unit and temperamental thermostat it really wasn’t a bad stay and Allen was great. "

The bedroom and PRIVATE bath is spacious and comfortably furnished with plenty of towels. The bedroom is suitable for singles, couples or families with a queen bed, single airbed and pack and play available. The hot tub and pool are available seasonally. The space
Your bedroom is located upstairs. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom, for your private use. Upon your arrival you will find refreshments available in the room along with Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube TV, Hulu, small frig, Keurig and microwave for your convenience. Eating utensils, cups and glasses are also provided. We love meeting new people and are open to sharing our common areas, pool, hot tub, patio, etc. With prior arrangement the kitchen is also available. We are dog friendly (NO CATS PLEASE , DUE TO ALERGIES) and have a large fenced yard. We just ask that you please pick up after your fur baby.
We are a retired couple who are usually up and about by 6 a.m. We love to entertain and frequently have guests over. We would love to share a glass of wine and tell you about the local area. When the weather permits you are welcome to use the pool and hot tub. During colder months we often sit around the fire pit enjoying conversation and a beverage of your choice. The same holds true for the summers when we gather in and around the pool in the evening. You are welcome to join us anytime. Cigars and good Scotch or beverage of your choice are always welcome!

The bedrooms and private bath is spacious and comfortably furnished. The bathroom is NOT shared with the host, but is for your use only. The rooms are suitable for singles, couples, families and a single airbed and pack and play are available.
