Please note that this listing is just for the upstairs unit of a larger 5 bedroom, 2 story home. The downstairs unit will be locked so both units will be completely private.

Step into a harmonious blend of history and modernity at our fully renovated 100-year-old home that has been curated into an upstairs and downstairs unit. This space is for the smaller upstairs unit and includes two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small kitchenette. There is no living or dining room inside.

LOCATION:
Our location is unbeatable! Not many homes are situated as close to Downtown Lodi as we are where you can immerse yourself in the vibrant local energy. Walk to your favorite wineries, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, wine festivals, farmers markets, etc without worrying about driving or parking. Please note that there is no garage parking but plenty of street parking around the home.

BEDROOMS:
There are two bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has plush new mattresses and comfortable bedding ensuring a perfect night`s rest.

KITCHENETTE:
We have a small kitchenette with a fridge, sink, electric stove, and microwave. We do not have a dishwasher, but we provide a dish sponge and dish soap.

The upstairs unit is on the smaller side and does not have a living room. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a kitchenette.

PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog.

The entire upstairs unit of our two story home. The downstairs area will be locked and completely separate. You will have full privacy of the upstairs area.

Please note that this is a smaller two bedroom without a living room or dining area. There is plenty of street parking but garage parking is not available. The upstairs unit also does not have a washer / dryer and a dishwasher.

PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $125 per dog. We appreciate you keeping an eye on your dogs and kindly ask that they do not jump on the beds and furniture. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out. Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

HOUSE RULES:
- QUIET HOURS: The neighborhood Noise Curfew starts at 10pm. If you wish to play music passed 10pm, please ensure the noise level is at a minimum.
- NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, vapors, marijuana, etc) indoors. If you wish to smoke outdoors, please pick up after yourself.
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS: A max of 4 guests are allowed and all guests must be a part of your reservation.
- OTHER: Removing shoes indoors helps us maintain a clean home. Illegal activity is not allowed inside the home.

RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK IN PROCESS
Guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement prior to check-in. The agreement outlines house rules, liability, and property use. We also ask guests to provide an ID and CC upon booking. These additional security measures had to be implemented to prevent fraudulent bookings. A link with all of this information will be provided upon booking. If you are not comfortable with any of this information, you are welcome to cancel within 24 hours of booking as long as it`s not a same day booking.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
We offer early check in and late check out when we do not have another reservation checking in or out that same day. You can check in as early as 12pm and check out as late as 3pm for an additional $50 each. Please request early check in / late check out within 24 hours of your check in date so we can check out most up to date calendar to see if we can accommodate your request.

If you`d like to guarantee an early check in / late check out, we can block the day before /after for $100.

The host does not provide guests with medical insurance or treatment. All guests agree to hold harmless and release the host from any and all liability arising from or related to guests' active or passive negligence of the home. All guests are responsible for any loss, thief or damage to either their personal or house equipment during time using. The default cleaning charges will only apply for basic cleaning. Please keep the house reasonable organized and clean upon your departure (wash dishes, trash thrown away in the garbage bin outside the house, etc). EXTRA FEES will apply upon failure to meet a fair level of cleanliness. NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES NO GLITTER, EXCESSIVE NOISE IS ALSO NOT PERMITTED. No events. The "No Smoking" includes hookahs and cannabis. No noise is allowed outside after 10pm at night.
We have the right to request ID from guests and may also request to meet guests.
Your charge card on file will be automatically billed an additional $500 if any neighbors complain or there's evidence of smoking, drugs, cannabis or hookah in the home.
If the amount of people staying in the home changes from your original booking, the host must be notified before check-in and an additional fee of $35 per extra guest may occur. Only 5 guests total allowed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
An additional $250 will be charged to your credit card on file if more people stay in the house that aren't on the reservation or without the host being notified.
Unless pre-arranged check out time is 11am. There will be a late checkout additional fee of $12 per 15-minute increments for the first 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, $24 per 15 minutes’ increments.
