Located in a safe, quiet and convenient area in South Tracy, the home features an oversized kitchen with a 12-foot island opening to the dining and great room- perfect for large families and entertainment! Spacious master bedroom, dedicated workspaces, double-sink bathrooms with bathtubs, and tankless water heater (Not worrying about running out of hot water).
