This is a beautiful luxury townhouse,2500 square feet end unit. Watch the sunrise in the mastersuite or living room. Stand out on the deck and watch skiers go over the Grammy Jay Bridge. Glance out the kitchen window and see the Tram go up to the top of the mountain. This unit can accomodate 3 families comfortably. This townhouse is 5 star quality and built in 2006. The top floor has 2 king master suites with 2 full baths. The main floor has a queen bedroom and full bath. The bottom floor has a queen bedroom, and a family room with a TV, and foosball table. A bunk room which has 2 twin over full beds and a full bath. The bunk room sleeps 6 comfortably. The ski room can accomodate many helmets and jackets and the ski locker is right outside of the ski room. There is radiant heating on the bottom floor. Gloves and neckups will dry nicely if left on the tile floor.
The hot tub is a warm welcome after a long day of skiing, There is a flat screen TV in the family room, the 2 master suites and on the bottom floor family room.

The Townhouse comes will a fully equipped kitchen, linens, pillows, blankets and towels. A washer and dryer are also provided. There is a security camera located outside the front door, which shows the front entrance and parking lot.

Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area on the East Coast. The mountain has excellent beginner through expert trails, and the glades are spectacular. Jay Peak also has the only aerial tram in New England

Jay Peak has two brand new Hotels. There is a spa located in the Tram Haus Lodge, work out facility, and the Tower Bar and Alice's restaurant. The ice skating Arena is another nice addition to the resort. You can rent skates, and they also have a nice cafe and bar. There is a Nordic Center for cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

A brand new multi-million dollar 63,000 square foot indoor water park is a lot of fun for adults and children. The water park has multiple slides, the only indoor aqualoop in North America, a double surf wave, and the longest indoor activity river in the U.S. There is also an arcade attached to the waterpark to also entice the kids. This facility has the largest bar on the resort and the temperature is a constant 86 degrees. In the summer the roof opens up to give it an outdoor feel. There is also a rock climbing and movie theater facility located on state side and within walking distance of our townhouse.

If you plan on coming in the summer the Championship Graham Cooke Golf course is beautiful and challenging. It was rated the # 1 Golf course in Vermont. The clubhouse is brand new and has an excellent restaurant called the Club House Grill. The views from sitting out on the patio facing the 18th hole are fantastic and very relaxing. Jay Peak is a year round resort and there is something for everyone here.

It's a great place for a getaway in Vermont, located less than 5 miles from Jay Peak Ski Resort. It's also close to mountain biking and hiking trails, as well as waterfalls. The house can sleep 8-10 people, making it perfect for families, groups, couples, and wedding-goers. The home is bright, clean, and surrounded by Vermont nature. It sits on an acre of land with manicured gardens. It has all the comforts you need for a great getaway, including air conditioning, heated floors in the bathrooms, and a soaking tub. The house is owned by a local couple and their 4 children who rent it out to support their mountain life. The home is designed to be relaxing and stress-free, with a private driveway and plenty of space for parking. When you arrive, you'll see a large covered porch and a spacious entrance with hooks and storage space for your gear.

A new gas heater in the front entrance dries your gear and keeps the house comfortable. The first floor has an open layout with a fully equipped kitchen. It features a farmhouse sink, gas stove, fridge, and utensils. The living room has lots of windows, a gas fireplace, and a 46" smart TV. The dining area has large windows and sliding doors that open to the covered back porch. Inside, there is a dining room with a table for 8 people. An indoor hot tub room overlooks the gardens and fits 5 adults comfortably. There is also a bedroom with a queen size bed. All beds are extremely comfortable with high quality sheets and pillows.

There is a new washer and dryer on the first floor, along with a custom bathroom that has two shower heads and a concrete sink.

Upstairs is a big master bedroom with a king size Tempurpedic mattress, as well as a new master bathroom with heated floors and two rainshower heads. The master bedroom also has sliding doors that open to a deck with outdoor seating and views of Jay Peak and the mountains. Another living room is upstairs with a large couch that turns into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. There is also a second office desk with sliding doors to the upstairs deck. This living room has a pellet stove that keeps the upstairs warm in the winter. It is a great space for families with children, someone who wants some quiet time, or as a second office for people working from home. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with queen beds on custom barn wood bed frames. One room has sliding doors to the deck and the other has large windows overlooking the gardens, sandbox, and playhouse on over an acre of land.

Our 4 bedrooms have furniture, storage, and hooks for your convenience. There's a renovated bathroom with a big tub and towels. Each room has blinds and curtains for privacy. We have been renting our home for 11 years and have received great reviews. Asia Magriby-Palmieri co-owns Palmieri Concrete & Design and offers local adventure guiding services. Welcome to the Journeys End Chalet! We are located just a quick 10 minute ride from the base of Jay Peak Resort, home to some of the best skiing and riding in the Northeast. The chalet is set on a beautiful and private 11 acres just a stones throw from the Canadian border. We love all dogs and your well behaved furry friends are welcome in our home. We are located directly on the VAST trail system so bring your snowmobile and enjoy!

Our 2 bedroom chalet has an open floor plan and a spacious loft with 2 double beds. The master bedroom has one Queen bed. There are 2 futons located downstairs in the man cave which has toasty radiant heat for the cold winter months in the Northeast Kingdom. There is also a pool table downstairs which is a guest favorite. There are 3 flat screen TV's as well as super fast WIFI which guests will have access to. Bring your Netflix login and have a cozy movie night! The house boasts a HUGE elevated deck that can be enjoyed year round and is great for taking in the outdoors. We are located directly off a town maintained dirt road and our guests have full access to the property and can enjoy 11 private wooded acres complete with an outdoor fire pit.

Fantastic 3-bed, 2-bath, 1800 sq. ft. townhouse at Jay Peak, located right on the upper Racoon Run and Village Chairlift. Situated on the first two floors of the building, there are two bedrooms upstairs.The spacious master suite has king-size bed and bath; second bedroom has two twin beds. Downstairs on the first floor, there is a queen bedroom as well as a brand new queen-size sofa-bed in living room. Cell signal/Wi-Fi are in and out (Xfinity Mobile), however, but this is of no fault to the host. It's a public wi-fi signal through the resort, so lots of bandwidth being used at all times. Was able to get on essential things like emails and apps with my cell phone, but was there to disconnect in the first place. I was able to do just that, and having the excuse of limited service made it that much sweeter. Would absolutely stay here again, the host was fantastic."

The cabin is heated and cooled via two electric heat pumps (mini-splits). Stepping inside, the open floor plan provides a larger feeling of space than the tiny dimensions would suggest, with the living room being open to the kitchen and sleeping loft above. A window-height table serves dual purposes as a dining table and work desk, as does the kitchen island/bar. Welcome to our newly renovated, open floor plan apartment with mountain views, situated just above a detached garage less than 1/2 mile away from Jay Peak Ski Resort. This cozy getaway has a spacious back deck and backyard, great for hanging out and enjoying the crisp mountain air! The open kitchen has modern appliances and is perfect for eating in. A big, lofted ceiling brings in natural light throughout the apartment.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own unique charm. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable double bed, with direct access to the deck. The space
Rose Apple Acres Farm Bed & Breakfast has three rooms for you to choose from for your stay (see the pictures in the gallery, and let us know in your inquiry which room you would like to reserve):
- The "Blacksmith Room" can accommodate 3, and has a double and single bed. It is decorated with images related to the art and craft of blacksmithing, and even has its own private library of blacksmithing and old-time crafts. The room has views to the northwest, overlooking the village of North Troy and the Canadian Sutton Range.
- The “Zen Room” can accommodate 2, and has a full size bed and comfy chair. The room has a Far Eastern flair, decorated with painted bamboo wall hangings, statuary, and a bubbling fountain. The room has views of the gardens to the south, and of Jay Peak and the Green Mountains to the west.
- The “Child at Heart Room” can accommodate 2, has two single beds, and is decorated with wonderful original artwork as well as a golden carousel horse, and there are themed mugs for guest use. This room has views of the gardens and old barn.
- Each room has air conditioning for those few times in the summer when we get toasty weather.

We are a traditional Bed and Breakfast, and we enjoy chatting with our guests, and helping them with their plans. We typically breakfast with our guests. In the event guests need to rise/depart early, we can accommodate.

Other things to note
We share our home with three cats (Cornelius- he wears a tuxedo at all times; Sirius Black Kittenfish- the youngster; and Siddal- the diva), and one dog (Pogo-- Jack Russell/Papillon mix). All our animals are friendly and love people. Note-- if you don't want a cat in your room, please keep your door closed. Also note: the cats do not go outside (the birds like it much better this way :-).

You have all of the popular & well known attractions near by & all within 20 minutes or less away. It's important to us that everybody who stays here has a great experience & enjoys their time here in Northern Vermont. It's important that my guests are comfortable & able to relax while being away from home.

Guests have access to their entire fully furnished unit which includes items such as towels, wash cloths, hand towels, pots, pans, baking sheets, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses, plates, bowls, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups & tea, toaster, microwave, fridge, TV, cable, free Wi-Fi, portable A/C unit (summer months), free parking, and the list goes on.

If guests need to do their laundry during their stay, there are a few washers and dryers (coin operated) on site. I will show you where those are located. Guests can have access to vending machines if wanted, free parking (park directly in front of unit #1) & mostly anything else that's on site.

Other things to note
We have been slowly making improvements to the building and making renovations to make it more comfortable for guests. We have to wait until nice weather comes back around to continue working on the outside of the building since we are not satisfied with how it looks outside. But, the inside of our units are absolutely beautiful and we have put a lot of time & effort in making them as comfortable as possible for our guests.

The Woodshed Lodge is the closest independent lodging establishment to Jay Peak Resort, a 3 minute drive away. Our charming, rustic farmhouse has operated as a traditional BnB business for over 70 years and is open year-round, hosting skiers in the Winter and Long Trail hikers & outdoor adventurers in the Summer & Fall. THE BUILDING
Inside, you’ll feel as if you have been transported back to a time where skiing was 'the new thing' in Vermont. The 120 yr old farmhouse is authentically rustic and “quintessentially Vermont”. The vibe and general aesthetic hasn't changed all that much over the decades, but we have updated the rooms and bathrooms, and, importantly, we’ve added modern amenities such as high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, and keypad locks. The building has six rooms, three of which (the XL suites) boast 2-3 beds to sleep larger families or multiple couples. All rooms have a private ensuite bathroom except for the BIRCH room (which has a private but detached bathroom). The Lodge is nestled amongst 25 acres of quiet woods just off of RT 242 / Mountain Road. We have a 6 acre lawn which hosts a serene stream-fed pond full of trout, frogs, salamanders, and the occasional turtle or river otter. There is a small dock on the pond which offers a relaxing place to sit and read or to cold-soak your tired legs. Wild blackberry and raspberry bushes abound and there are two mature apple trees - all of which we utilize in various breakfast offerings. There is an organic veggie garden, an herb garden, and a large variety of wild and planted flowers and shrubs. A bubbling stream borders the yard and there are a couple of walking paths which are perfect for nature walks, bird watching, etc. On most nights you will find friendly guests (and owners!) grilling out on the patio, relaxing in the hot tub, gathering together around the smokeless fire pit, fishing in the trout pond, or helping the kids look for frogs and salamanders in the stream. If you keep your eyes peeled (and sometimes even if you don't!), you're likely to spot some of our local 'residents' including chipmunks, badgers, birds of prey, songbirds, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, moose, muskrats, foxes, skunks, beavers, deer, and black bears.

Montgomery Center is about a 12-15 min drive over the mountain and has a charming main street with several more aprés and dining options as well as a (slightly) larger grocery store. For bigger trips, the city of Newport is about 25 minutes away, Enosburg is about a 45 min drive, Burlington about 90 minutes, and Montreal about 2 hours. Burke Mountain and Stowe Mountain are each about a 55 minute drive from us. Only 10 minutes to Jay Peak Ski Resort. Secluded in the woods right next to Starr Brook, yet only a 2 min drive to the Jay Village Inn restaurant and bar and the Jay Country Store.

The space
The apartment is on the main floor of a contemporary timber frame.
You enter through a shared main door into the common area where you can keep your ski equipment and outdoor clothes. The apartment is on the ground floor. Some would consider it a basement apartment, however it gets a lot of light. It does have a pump up toilet which one can hear when the toilet is flushed or water is running
The floors have radiant heat.
The water for the house is supplied by a spring, delicious for drinking but not endless. Water conservation is important.
In the kitchenette there is a small fridge, a stove top, toaster oven, a microwave oven, a kettle and a coffee maker.
There is no smoking inside but there is a covered area outside that you can use if necessary. Well behaved pets are welcomed for a $45 fee. Extra guests $25 per.
The last bit of the driveway is a little steep. Winer tires are highly recommend in this area. There is a lower parking spot to use if necessary. Folks with summer or all season tires usually use the lower lot in a snow or weather event.

Fully furnished apartment that was recently renovated inside. This location is absolutely perfect & convenient since Jay Peak is only about 9 miles away, the VAST & VASA trails are nearby so you can enjoy snowmobiling & four-wheeling, Newport & Lake Memphremagog is only 15 minutes away & Canada is about 1 mile away. Just being able to ride around & explore the beautiful Northeast Kingdom is truly the most memorable & special part of the trip.

All essential cooking and dinnerware are provided in the full-sized kitchen. There are two smart TVs for your use that comes with Hulu Live TV that includes Disney+ and ESPN, gigabit internet and wifi. There's even a popcorn machine!

Guests will have access to the entire space. The bedroom has a Queen and twin bed, and additionally we have a Double sized Futon in the living space. For extra sleeping surfaces we will also have an air mattress available.

A full size washer and dryer are available for your use.

While we are dog friendly, we require that guests do not leave their pet unattended unless they can be crated. We prefer only 1 dog per reservation but will consider additional on a case by case basis.

This FIR Room has a queen bed, two twin/single beds, and a window overlooking the pond in the back yard. The private bathroom is ensuite and has a tub & shower. This room is appropriate for a couple + two children, or up to four adults (with two sharing the queen bed).

Inside, you’ll feel as if you have been transported back to a time where skiing was 'the new thing' in Vermont. The 120 yr old farmhouse is authentically rustic and “quintessentially Vermont”. The vibe and general aesthetic hasn't changed all that much over the decades, but we have updated the rooms and bathrooms, and, importantly, we’ve added modern amenities such as high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, and keypad locks. The building has six rooms, three of which (the XL suites) boast 2-3 beds to sleep larger families or multiple couples. All rooms have a private ensuite bathroom except for the BIRCH room (which has a private but detached bathroom). If you have a larger family or group please call us to see which of our rooms are most appropriate for you in terms of bedding arrangements and pricing. *Please note that all of our guest rooms are located on the second floor and there is no elevator*

There are communal sitting dens on each floor: the upstairs room has a book-share library, the downstairs living room has a smart TV with streaming platforms installed. All guest rooms and common areas enjoy high speed WiFi access.

Our rustic dining room is a highlight for most of our guests. Aside from serving as a fueling station in the morning (caffeine + calories!) it’s a popular room to meet like-minded folks for some aprés drinks by the fire. A Vermont Castings wood stove sits on a a river stone hearth to warm and dry people and clothing after a long day outside. The walls, floors, ceiling, and countertops are made from reclaimed wooden beams and the walls host a collection of vintage wooden hand tools found amongst the ruins of the original farmstead. A collection of rare vintage skies lines the wall, and if you brag about having skied that same pair once upon a time, you’ll be asked to prove it. Guests will also find 24/7 coffee and tea stations, a bottomless snack basket, plus appliances including a communal refrigerator, a bar sink, a microwave, a toaster, a convection oven, a kettle, and a hot plate for those who wish to prepare their own food or need to heat up some leftovers.

The Lodge is nestled amongst 25 acres of quiet woods just off of RT 242 / Mountain Road. We have a 6 acre lawn which hosts a serene stream-fed pond full of trout, frogs, salamanders, and the occasional turtle or river otter. There is a small dock on the pond which offers a relaxing place to sit and read or to cold-soak your tired legs. Wild blackberry and raspberry bushes abound and there are two mature apple trees - all of which we utilize in various breakfast offerings. There is an organic veggie garden, an herb garden, and a large variety of wild and planted flowers and shrubs. A bubbling stream borders the yard and there are a couple of walking paths which are perfect for nature walks, bird watching, etc. On most nights you will find friendly guests (and owners!) grilling out on the patio, relaxing in the hot tub, gathering together around the smokeless fire pit, fishing in the trout pond, or helping the kids look for frogs and salamanders in the stream. If you keep your eyes peeled (and sometimes even if you don't!), you're likely to spot some of our local 'residents' including chipmunks, badgers, birds of prey, songbirds, woodpeckers, hummingbirds, moose, muskrats, foxes, skunks, beavers, deer, and black bears.
