This property is setup very nice, and can be used in a variety of ways.
Lots of sight seeing in the area with Gardner caves, Sweet creek falls, PeeWee Falls, Chain lakes on Hwy 20, Box Cannon Dam, Sullivan lake, and many more. Golf at Serendipity. There is a casino in Cusick 15 miles away. Gravel pit across hwy 20 that is great for target practice, biking, ATV riding, hiking, and sledding in the winter.

The dock is great and a boat ramp is conveniently located 2 doors down. We would definitely stay here again!" - "We enjoyed four days at this well-maintained property on the Pend Orielle River. The small cabin is decorated in hunting, fishing, woodsy decor - quaint and comfortable. So many sitting spaces from which to enjoy the river: on the front porch, in chairs overlooking the river, lounging on grass and from the dock. There is also a large gazebo with picnic table. We spent a lot of time outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
