Horseshoe INN is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom updated home with a large open kitchen and living area and a covered porch overlooking the lake.

The upstairs is a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a luxury bathroom. The 1st bedroom has 1 king bed, and 1 queen bed. The 2nd bedrooms has 2 twin beds and 1 full/double bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, jetted oversized tub, and double vanities. The upstairs has a separate air conditioner, heater and ceiling fan, as well as carpeted floors to help muffle the sound of little running feet. Beautiful views of our 5 acre resort can be seen out the large windows or enjoyed from the covered private balcony.

Downstairs has an open living/dining/ kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. Fully equipped with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee pot, crock pot, mixer, and toaster. Living area has a sectional sofa and is a comfortable place to sit and take in all the beauty. This home features two large dining tables that can be the central gathering place for board games, playing cards or working puzzles. There is a wrap around deck. The sun deck overlooks the pool and the shade deck overlooks the lake. Tables and chairs and lounge chairs are provided for your comfort.

Our 2022, 42’ fifth wheel will make everyone happy! Our place is great for a couples or friends getaway, but where we really shine is families. We raised our two daughters here, and love to see families enjoy the same things we enjoyed with our children. You'll be able to swim off the dock, or roast hot dogs or s'mores at the fire pit.

Inside is like an upscale apartment. Residential size fridge, stove, coffee maker and all needed utensils.
The master has a king bed with 8” memory foam. It even has a loft with two twin memory foam mattresses.
Both couches in the living room make out into queen beds. There are also two electric recliners in the living room.
Outside, just can’t be beat. The views are spectacular. Sunrise or Sunset, doesn’t matter. You have it all. There is a huge fire pit with all the wood that you need. You'll have a pellet grill for cooking outside and an outside, covered dining area.
You also have 440 sq ft dock with diving board and swim ladder. Enjoy the water fishing or swimming, or just sit on the dock and watch the wildlife.
We also have a private boat ramp if you want to bring a boat or jet skis, with plenty of parking for your vehicles.
There is also some inside games in case it rains and a corn hole game outside.
The entire 5th wheel and dining area are covered.

Rest, peace and quiet, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, you can do it all here. It really is a paradise.

We live on the property, so if you don't know how to build a fire we can help you out. You can interact with us as much or as little as you choose.

There are lots of restaurants within 10 mins or use the kitchen with all brand new appliances to cook! The house is within walking distance of historic downtown Pryor. Why book a motel when you can have a whole house for the same price? Absolutely no smoking! 49" Roku Smart TV & Verizon 5G Wireless internet provided. We do allow pets on a individual basis. Please let me know if you are bringing your pet along. There is a pet fee of 10$ extra per day per pet to cover extra cleaning costs. We have security cameras outside monitoring the driveway/door entrance.

Parking spots are delineated on the right side of the driveway, alleviating parking concerns. The fenced backyard and patio are also solely for guest use, promising privacy and outdoor delight.

2. General information about our properties:
● Check-in: 4 pm, check-out: 11 am.
● Pets: Dogs (only) are welcome with an additional fee. Refer to pet fee details below.
● Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am.
● Same-day bookings may only sometimes be available. Please send us a message, and we'll let you know the check-in time as we'll require a window of time to prepare the unit for your arrival
● We don't offer streaming services or cable TV, but feel free to use your streaming accounts on the provided TV—remember to log out.
● Monthly pest control is in place, but Oklahoma weather can bring ants and insects. If you spot any, find the spray bottle under the sink.
● Oklahoma weather can be extreme; we'll try to maintain a comfortable temperature, but adjusting the thermostat too much can damage the unit, and you'll be responsible for repairs.
● Kindly refrain from disposing of anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, as it may cause system blockages. Any unclogging fees resulting from this will be your responsibility
● Please read the house rules for our policy in detail; booking implies agreement and compliance without any exceptions.

3. Additional charge:
● Pets: Accommodation for up to two dogs is available at a fee of $35 each (exclusive to dogs only).
● Belongings: Guests must thoroughly inspect their belongings before departure to avoid a $50 fee (plus shipping) for any lost items.
● Late Check-Out: A $40 charge will be incurred for stays beyond 11:00 am (unless approved), as the cleaning team may need to wait and reroute their schedule.
● Lost Keys: Kindly leave the key in the lockbox upon departure. Replacement keys can be obtained for a fee of $50.
● Extra Guests: Each additional guest carries a $50 cleaning fee per person, contingent upon written approval before their stay.
● Towels: Guests are entitled to one set of towels. An additional set may be requested with a 24-hour notice before the check-in time. There is no extra fee for earlier notice, but any additional amenity requests during the stay will incur a charge for the cleaning team to deliver.

Spring Valley Ranch is about 500 acres of God’s beautiful creation. The topography is rolling hills, hidden hollows and picturesque meadows. The Ranch has a great variety of wildlife, seasonal waterfalls, thick foliage, and grand vistas.

To the north, the Ranch has 300 feet of Spavinaw Creek frontage. To the west, the Ranch fronts Lake Spavinaw. To the south, the Ranch fronts the 17,000 acre Spavinaw Hills State Game Refuge. We are a very private setting perfect for all sorts of custom adventures. We are continuing to developing the Ranch to meet a wide variety of needs and interests.
