Horseshoe INN is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom updated home with a large open kitchen and living area and a covered porch overlooking the lake.

The upstairs is a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a luxury bathroom. The 1st bedroom has 1 king bed, and 1 queen bed. The 2nd bedrooms has 2 twin beds and 1 full/double bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, jetted oversized tub, and double vanities. The upstairs has a separate air conditioner, heater and ceiling fan, as well as carpeted floors to help muffle the sound of little running feet. Beautiful views of our 5 acre resort can be seen out the large windows or enjoyed from the covered private balcony.

Downstairs has an open living/dining/ kitchen. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. Fully equipped with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, glassware, coffee pot, crock pot, mixer, and toaster. Living area has a sectional sofa and is a comfortable place to sit and take in all the beauty. This home features two large dining tables that can be the central gathering place for board games, playing cards or working puzzles. Wall mounted smart TV in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating.

There is a wrap around deck. The sun deck overlooks the pool and the shade deck overlooks the lake. Tables and chairs and lounge chairs are provided for your comfort.

The shaded deck has two ceiling fans to keep you cool while you enjoy the fresh, country air. Relax as you enjoy the view and fresh air.

Beautiful grounds to explore and enjoy our landscaping. Volleyball, croquet, kayaking, horseshoe pitching and bird watching are just a few of the ways to spend your time on the property.

Need more room? We have a bunk house with two additional bathrooms, kitchen, TV and air conditioning. It is set up with table and chairs for dining or playing games. RV sites, cabins and camping area available for the rest of your friends or family who would like to join you.

Our 2022, 42’ fifth wheel will make everyone happy! Our place is great for a couples or friends getaway, but where we really shine is families. We raised our two daughters here, and love to see families enjoy the same things we enjoyed with our children. You'll be able to swim off the dock, or roast hot dogs or s'mores at the fire pit.

Inside is like an upscale apartment. Residential size fridge, stove, coffee maker and all needed utensils.
The master has a king bed with 8” memory foam. It even has a loft with two twin memory foam mattresses.
Both couches in the living room make out into queen beds. There are also two electric recliners in the living room.
Outside, just can’t be beat. The views are spectacular. Sunrise or Sunset, doesn’t matter. You have it all. There is a huge fire pit with all the wood that you need. You'll have a pellet grill for cooking outside and an outside, covered dining area.
You also have 440 sq ft dock with diving board and swim ladder. Enjoy the water fishing or swimming, or just sit on the dock and watch the wildlife.
We also have a private boat ramp if you want to bring a boat or jet skis, with plenty of parking for your vehicles.
There is also some inside games in case it rains and a corn hole game outside.
The entire 5th wheel and dining area are covered.

Rest, peace and quiet, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, you can do it all here. It really is a paradise.

We live on the property, so if you don't know how to build a fire we can help you out. You can interact with us as much or as little as you choose.

Come and stay in this cute 2 bedroom 1 bath house that was all remodeled in 2020. We are 15 minutes from Lake Hudson and 20 minutes from Grand Lake. There are lots of restaurants within 10 mins or use the kitchen with all brand new appliances to cook! The house is within walking distance of historic downtown Pryor. Why book a motel when you can have a whole house for the same price? Absolutely no smoking! 49" Roku Smart TV & Verizon 5G Wireless internet provided. We do allow pets on a individual basis. Please let me know if you are bringing your pet along. There is a pet fee of 10$ extra per day per pet to cover extra cleaning costs. We have security cameras outside monitoring the driveway/door entrance.

● Oklahoma weather can be extreme; we'll try to maintain a comfortable temperature, but adjusting the thermostat too much can damage the unit, and you'll be responsible for repairs.
● Kindly refrain from disposing of anything besides toilet paper in the toilet, as it may cause system blockages. Any unclogging fees resulting from this will be your responsibility
● Please read the house rules for our policy in detail; booking implies agreement and compliance without any exceptions.

3. Additional charge:
● Pets: Accommodation for up to two dogs is available at a fee of $35 each (exclusive to dogs only).
● Belongings: Guests must thoroughly inspect their belongings before departure to avoid a $50 fee (plus shipping) for any lost items.
● Late Check-Out: A $40 charge will be incurred for stays beyond 11:00 am (unless approved), as the cleaning team may need to wait and reroute their schedule.
● Lost Keys: Kindly leave the key in the lockbox upon departure. Replacement keys can be obtained for a fee of $50.
● Extra Guests: Each additional guest carries a $50 cleaning fee per person, contingent upon written approval before their stay.
● Towels: Guests are entitled to one set of towels. An additional set may be requested with a 24-hour notice before the check-in time. There is no extra fee for earlier notice, but any additional amenity requests during the stay will incur a charge for the cleaning team to deliver.

The cabin is an actual log cabin, it was used as a fishing, hunting cabin until recently so it has a rough interior. The walls, ceiling, and floor are all solid wood and therefore the cabin has a tendency to smell like wood.
When it rains the exterior can get pretty wet and muddy so please be mindful of tracking mud into the cabin.
There are 2 mini splits in the cabin that serve as heat and or air conditioning, the remote needs to be pointed at the unit for it to work when changing temperatures.

About This Space

Betty's Branch is a fully renovated 1912 home, one of the first built in the heart of Locust Grove, OK. It is on a quiet dead end street. Neighbors are on the north and west sides.

Our unique cottages offer an experience in retro furnishings, artwork, and appliances. We have repurposed, upcycled, refurbished, and created much of the décor and furniture. Step back in time and enjoy the ambience of part museum, part art gallery, part treasure hunt. Everything has been carefully curated to provide a distinct, comfortable, inspirational vibe.

There are many places to sit, counting the indoor and outdoor spaces. Each offers comfort and an inviting view. Our cottage is minutes away from lakes, rivers, and creeks and is centrally located to many annual festivals, including Rocklahoma and Born and Raised. Our small town includes many wonders. You’ll find any kitchen item that you may need in our cheerful kitchen. The cupboards on the west wall and some lower cupboards are empty for you to store any grocery items you bring or purchase.


Bedroom

The blue bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a mattress topper, wardrobe, and nightstands for your use. A roomy wardrobe will hold your clothes and bags. The full bath is entered through this room.


Living Room

The aubergine living room has been carefully furnished for comfort and relaxation. The TV provides you with a wide variety of free programming. You may also login to your Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts if you choose. Enjoy the ambience of the soothing colors and vintage and folk art that adorn the space.


Kitchen

Our kitchen is light and lovely. Sit at the nook and enjoy the view. Coffee and tea are provided. The refrigerator and stove are large and useful if you chose to grocery shop and eat in. The two ovens and two burners on the right of the Frigidaire Flair work. Two electric skillets are provided, too. Dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and spices are provided. The washer and dryer are in this space. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided. Do not use liquid softener.


Bathroom

The unique bathroom is full of amenities. Enter through the bedroom. It is a full bath with vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo.


Outdoor furniture, balconies etc.

We have provided outdoor seating on the large front porch. Watch the birds and hear them sing while you swing on the front porch. The back yard patio seating area is covered. Please enjoy.


Smoking

Smoking is permitted outside only. We have provided ashtrays. Please empty them with other rubbish when you check out.


Towels

We have provided plush towels and plenty to use during your stay. When you depart please place any used towels inside the bathtub.


Parking

Park parallel to the front of the home or next to the trees on the south side. There is no covered parking. The neighbors’ driveway is on the north side and not available to guests.



Miscellaneous

The breaker box is behind the Aspen art print on the north wall in the parlor.

TV batteries, if needed, are in the top right drawer of the TV console.


A cellar is in the backyard should you need it.


Heating & Air Conditioning

The thermostat for heating and cooling is located in the living room. Please follow the house rules posted on the refrigerator for settings.


Trash

You’ll find rubbish cans behind the house near the cellar. Put your trash bags there as needed and when checking out. Make sure all trash is in bags. If you're staying on a Tuesday, please pull the bin to the road on Monday evening for trash pickup.

Wash all dishes.
Set the thermostat to 78 during warm months and 65 during cold ones.
Remove all perishable food items.
Place trash in bags in the receptacle behind the house.

The property also has a storm shelter for the Oklahoma tornadoes!

It has easy access to turnpike (2 miles), Area Lakes ( Hudson 5 miles, Ft Gibson 10 miles, Grand 20 miles, Pumpback 7 miles, Tenkiller 25 miles), Plenty of restaurants within 25 mile radius.

The cabin sits in a scenic, rural area with varied terrain. While Oklahoma doesn’t see frequent snow, when it does happen, a 4WD vehicle is needed for safe access. We suggest travel insurance for peace of mind.

Perched above Lake Hudson, the cabin offers lovely treetop lake views in summer, and wider views in fall and winter when the leaves have fallen. Deer often wander within view of the cabin. A 750-foot stroll down a paved/gravel road takes you to the water’s edge for fishing, kayaking, or soaking in the scenery. *NOTE: The walk to the water is down a fairly steep road with a mix of asphalt and gravel paving.*

We provide two adult kayaks and one child-sized kayak, plus life jackets. Bringing your own boat? A public launch is just 4 minutes away at Kerr Dam, or you can rent watercraft from the local marina (summer availability).

Guests will have full access to the entire cabin, with just two exceptions: a locked storage closet located inside the primary bedroom’s walk-in closet, and an outdoor shed on the property, both reserved for owner use only.

HOT TUB
Enjoy a soak in the six-person CalSpas hot tub, perfect for unwinding with a book, your favorite playlist, and a drink in hand. Located on the east side of the cabin, the hot tub offers seasonal views of the lake. While it’s a peaceful spot, please note it’s not fully secluded and may be visible to the occasional passerby.

WATER ACCESS & ACTIVITIES
The lake is just a short 750-foot walk away, perfect for taking a dip, fishing, or launching a kayak or canoe. (Feel free to bring your own or use the ones we provide!)
(Please note: the walk to the water is a variety of pavement, gravel, and grass, and is steeply sloped in some areas.)

We offer:
• Two single-person adult kayaks
• One youth kayak (max 130 lbs)
• Life jackets: 2 adult + 2 youth (50–90 lbs) - required when using the kayaks

There is a community boat dock in the neighborhood that is owner-use only. Please do not go on the dock.

The Iron Horse Landing Marina (15-minute drive) offers boat and tube rentals if you’d like to get out on the water! They also have great food and drinks, live music on weekends, and Sunday night karaoke. (Seasonal availability.)

PARKING
The cabin accommodates up to 4 vehicles in upper and lower parking areas, both of which are gravel. You are also welcome to bring your boat along! There are a number of boat launches within a 10-minute drive.

GETTING TO THE CABIN
Because the cabin sits in a rural nature area by the lake, the drive to the cabin may consist of paved and gravel roads, with scenic views along windy roads of varied grade, depending on where you travel from. Entry into the neighborhood is at the base of a steep hill, and the road leading to the cabin’s driveway comes off an incline - just something to keep in mind when arriving.

PETS
Dogs are welcome at a $25 fee per dog, with a max of 2 dogs. Dogs must stay off furniture and bedding. If your dogs are used to being on the sofa or bed, please bring your own coverings to protect the furniture.

Please use a leash at all times, and pick up after your dog with the provided bags (located in the living room cabinet).

STAIRS
The cabin is one level but there are stairs located outside in the following areas:
• There is a single step up to the front door.
• There are several steps (with handrails) off the back porch to get to the hot tub and fire pit areas, and an additional set of stairs (with handrails) to get to the lower area of the property.
• There are rock stairs leading from the second parking area to the house level.

Other things to note
• The minimum age to rent is 25 and the primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking.
• A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation.

PARTIES
We're all about celebrating, but our cabin is more of a serene sanctuary. Party hats and confetti are a no-go here (seriously, no confetti), so please, no parties are allowed. Let's keep the tranquility intact!

SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors, on the back porch, or within 10 feet of the home. Violating this rule will result in a $300 deep cleaning fee.

NOISE
This is a peaceful, family-friendly community, and while the cabin is tucked among the trees, there are neighbors in view. We love a good time, but let’s keep the volume respectful, especially during quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

If you’re playing music outdoors, just keep it clean and at a chill volume. Our neighbors are great, let’s keep it that way by being thoughtful guests. Thanks for spreading the good vibes!

SECURITY CAMERAS
For safety, there’s a Ring doorbell at the front door and one outdoor camera watching the back slider. These only record when motion is detected. Rest assured, there are no indoor cameras as your privacy is fully respected.

WILDLIFE & MAINTENANCE
You’re staying in the great outdoors, so expect deer sightings, birdsong, and maybe the occasional bug. We have routine pest control, but it’s still nature, so keep doors closed and don’t leave food out. Wildlife sightings and the occasional bugs are part of the experience (and not eligible for refunds).

There is a rock wall off the back of the home. For the safety of anyone in your group, please stay off the wall.

The property accommodates 10 and is set up for families with children. If your booking does not include children under the age of 18, the guest limit is 8.

*PET POLICY*
We understand the importance of your canine companions and warmly welcome them to our property. We allow one dog, up to 30 pounds. In return, we ask for adherence to our responsible dog owner rules. Non-compliance with these rules may lead to additional cleaning costs, up to $250.

If you are traveling with a dog it is mandatory to inform us in advance so we can apply the necessary pet fee.
To maintain the cleanliness of our furniture and bedding, we ask that you prevent your dog from accessing any bed or couch without a protective covering. Please bring flat sheets or other protective coverings from your home to place over all upholstered furniture and top-of-bed coverings.
If your dog causes any damage to the property, you will be held financially responsible for those damages.
Your dog must be contained in a crate when you are not in the home. You must provide your own crate for this purpose.
Lastly, it is your responsibility to clean up immediately after your dog does their business. Please bring your own plastic bags to pick up dog waste from the yard. Failure to do so could result in additional cleaning fees.
Please note, our cleaning company does not launder additional linens for dogs; therefore please make sure to provide your own.

Dedicated 1700 sq ft Airbnb property – not lived in by anyone. 3 BR Cozy lakeside home sleeps up to 6 guests, featuring master BR with king bed, attached bonus room with two single beds, and guest room with queen bed. Large living room with LaZboy full power reclining sectional , Remote gas log fireplace has an authentic glow that mimics a real wood-burning fire, 53 in TV with home theater, separate large seating area for casual conversation, full kitchen with island and solid wood top, high speed internet, full and half bath with heated comfort height toilet seats , washer/dryer, and one car garage with Free EV charging. Outdoor fire-pit with wood onsite for grilling burgers and steaks.
Sparkys is tastefully decorated for each holiday season and includes spiced coffee and teas for an evening in front of the fire or a morning chat on the deck outside.

Sparky’s offers a beautiful view of Lake Hudson though it’s not directly lakefront. I own the adjacent lakefront property next door which overlooks the lake so if you’d like to snap photos or enjoy a peaceful sunrise just let me know —

Other things to note
You may be wondering where the name Sparkys Hideaway came from. Well, Sparky was our cat, a fluffy black and white feline that was quite curious and had the habit of disappearing for hours at a time. We never knew where she was but always returned home happy and content. After we purchased the cabin and began renovations Sparky would often follow us inside and make herself right at home and often didn’t want to leave. We finally realized Sparky had been “hiding out” over the years in the neighbors house where she’d been well cared for!

Our goal is to make every stay special. Whether you’re planning a birthday party , wedding, or weekend retreat, we’re there to help. If you need anything prior to arrival such as a fire in the pit or ice in the freezer, let us know and we’ll try to accommodate,

Sparky’s has been a natural settlement area for thousands of years. Located at the confluence of three rivers, it provided Native Americans with a strategic viewpoint overlooking the valley and its wildlife, as well as a crucial water source for both people and animals. Even today, artifacts from that era can still be found. If you happen to discover something, please document it in the guest book and leave the item inside the cabin.

Be prepared to be surrounded by nature. The many squirrels enjoy an occasional romp around a tree and are known to drop acorns and nuts on the roof or cars. You may also see an occasional deer, armadillo, owl, eagle, duck, opossum, and even foxes.

There is a Tesla home charger with 20’ cable in the garage. You can have one vehicle in the garage and your EV charging outside. Charger will work with other makes of vehicles with proper adapter. Security of the property is monitored by two PTZ video cameras that record live video. One on the post by the front door, and another on the tree overlooking the parking area. There are no cameras inside the house.

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved (Non-shedding) dogs for a $25 per pet fee.
Please keep pets leashed, off furniture/bedding, and clean up after them (bags provided). If your dog prefers the couch or bed, bring your own protective covers. (you will be charged an extra fee for shedding pets)

The guest house is steps away from the resort pool. Sit outside on the screened porch to beautiful pool side and lake views. Our private, shady, resort offers an easy walk to the shore, water sports, and great fishing. The master has a king bed and the upstairs has 2 queens. There are 2 bathrooms, and it easily sleeps 6. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of room to play. Access to amenities of our resort include pool, fire rings, dock, kayak rentals, horseshoes, volleyball and other yard games.

If peace and relaxation are what you are looking for, this is your place. The Lake Hudson Grand Lodge is an authentic hand-hewn log cabin with spectacular views of Lake Hudson. Every log has been crafted by hand and specifically positioned just like the early American pioneers did. Every bit of this cabin was designed to honor nature while providing modern amenities. We are located 2 miles south of Strang and 3 miles to the Strang boat ramp.
